Additionally, be warned there was over a $100 delivery fee in addition to the minimum that is not disclosed anywhere across the website. Updating my review based off the response to encourage the owner to listen to the recording of the call. I was in no way rude to the person who answered.

I cannot overstate how exceptional their service was from start to finish. The scope was significant: we rented a huge 20x40 commercial tent, 100 chairs, 10 baguette tables, Chiavari chairs, lights, linen, and more. The challenge was that everything needed to be carefully placed on our newly painted basketball/tennis court without a single scratch. The team at Party Palace went above and beyond. They actually set up all the equipment a few days early at no extra charge. This was a game-changer! It allowed me to strategize the décor, visualize the seating arrangements to ensure family dynamics were perfect, and alleviate so much last-minute stress. What truly impressed me, however, was watching the entire family who runs and operates this business work together. Their synergy, professionalism, and clear pride in their work were palpable. It's a rare and wonderful thing to see a family business operate so seamlessly. I am writing this review in the hopes that many others will follow my lead in supporting this incredible local company. Thank you, Mr. Magic, and your entire family and staff, for the extraordinary service that helped make my parents' party an absolute triumph.

They sent me a suggestion to a "sister company" that was based out of Orange County which is not helpful for me considering I am in Long Beach and I'm trying to find a local vendor to support.

I had such a wonderful experience working with The Simple Luxe for my son's first birthday party…read morethat was farmers market themed! From start to finish they were incredibly easy to communicate with- responsive, attentive, and truly listened to what I wanted. Lisa and her team brought my vision to life, and it was even better than I imagined. What really stood out was their willingness to work within our budget without compromising on quality or creativity. They not only designed and set up all the balloons, backdrops, installations but they also spent extra time helping me decorate and design the farmers market with the custom gifts I made and/or purchased for my guests. The entire process felt stress-free and enjoyable. Everything turned out beautifully and we received so many compliments. I am truly honored to be The Simple Luxe's first farmers market themed client and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a talented, reliable, and kind vendor who goes above and beyond. If you have been following them on social media like I was and have an upcoming event - reach out to them and get a quote! You will not be disappointed!
