Folks have pointed out some serious service concerns, but somehow this didn't reflect my experience when I needed floral arrangementsi n a pinch. I paid $45 cash and managed to get a lovely, customized bouquet that my recipient loved. It is true, the setup is hardly perfect. Save for the large roadside sign, it's not obvious for folks to turn in on the side of building, where the the flowers are crudely laid out and slightly confusing if not for some handwritten signs. The man in the booth didn't seem to want to interact with anyone, but the young man working in the area was kind enough to explain and talk things out properly. The inside has a certain odor that might be off putting for folks, but oftentimes places that specialize in plants will always have a strong smell. There are some nicer arrangements on display along with some headstone pieces (#1) laid out, and religious memorabilia masquerading as decor. The man who helped picked my stems provided advice and did the arrangements in real time, while standing on a floor of trimmings. It's clear there is a lot going on. While I paid a premium, there are some deals to be had here. I'm willing to bet that some light negotiation may merit for a better deal, but ultimately we all pay for the quality of the product. I provided the shop with inspiration pictures for a wedding bouquet, center pieces and an arch. The employee who assisted me provided thoughtful suggestions and had concise answers to any questions I had. When I decided to move forward with the order I was shocked by how reasonable the prices were. To top off the excellent service, I had initially decided to have a family member pickup the arrangements on the day of the wedding. The morning of I received a call from one of the employees stating that due to the predicted warm weather - they wanted ensure the arrangements were as fresh and protected from the elements as possible and stated they'd happily deliver our arrangements at no extra charge. If I recall, it started out as one small shop which to this huge space! They have so many gifting ideas from fresh flowers & arrangements to live plants, merch like T-shirts, vases, pots, etc. Staff are friendly & helpful. My dad recently picked up a bouquet for an offends for my dearly departed grandmother. Tomorrow is her heavenly birthday, she would've been 106 years old. In comparison to other places like florists, farmers markets, the Los Angeles Flower Mart, supermarkets like Ralph's or Pavilions, the prices here are on the higher end. It looks like this shop has continued to serve its community well that it has grown in size. Today was a good example, it was very busy with many customers patronizing the business.
