Did it bring joy to my kids and all the other kids who saw me on Halloween? You know it did. Oscar was straightforward, responsive, and incredibly kind. When I asked him to send a picture he did and the costume he rented me matched exactly what he sent. Moreover, the costume was clean, inside and out, and easy to transport and wear. If I ever decide to do another mascot costume, I'll very likely go back to Magic Dream.

I have read the reviews and they all sound great, but we lived a nightmare because of this company. Last Saturday, we had a Birthday party for my son. We ordered the Water Slide with a delivery time of 10:30 am, our party was to start at 12:30pm. We had ordered our tables and chairs from a local company (lucky us!) But the evening before the event, we realized that we needed a large Tent. We called Fun Size and they agreed to bring it out for $70.00. We agreed. On the day of the event, at 11:00, no show. We called numerous times with no results. Once Lorraine did answer the phone and she was rude and hung the phone up in my face. I was horrified. At 12:30, they still had not showed. I was in tears. My guest began to arrive and no Waterslide. And they were sitting in the hot sun. This about ruined my party! We called our local guy and he brought over a Bounce to save my party. Finally at 1:30 (3 hours late) Fun Size showed up with the Waterslide, and the Tent. Wanted to charge me $ 100.00 for the Tent, and I had to take both or no deal. They left! Hope you never have to live thru this, and try to explain to your nine year-old why the Waterslide never came. Don't be fooled by the cheap price. They won't accept a deposit because they will not guarantee their service. Spend more and get what you paid for.

Then on the day of the party, you told me multiple times that you were on your way. So explain to me, how does your response make any sense? If you didn't service my city, shouldn't you have told me that when I first contacted you? Next, in your response you wrote, "We did not have any agreement from you or our company." You're lying again considering you told me multiple times throughout our texting conversation that you were available on the date and the time, with the items we needed, and that you would come and deliver it then. Never once did you request that I fill out some sort of form or document, or make a deposit, to make it an official order / agreement. I was taking you on your word... But I guess I was wrong about trusting your word, wasn't I? Lastly, you responded with, "We don't think it's fair for you to write a review when you weren't even provided with service from us." Well, that's the problem, because I was told by you on multiple occasions, nearly a month before the party, that you would indeed provide me with service. So I have every right to leave a negative review when you offer to provide us with the items, and you flake on us a few hours before the party begins (even though you had told us you would be there 6 hours before)! Leaving me and my family scrambling and stressed to try to find another service last minute, when we had so many other things on our plate to take care of. You're not sorry that my family and I experienced this. You're just sorry that I left this review on your page for everyone to see. Lory, you told me to have a "blessed day". Which says to me you are a woman of faith, no? I too am a person of faith. And I also have faith to believe that you are not a bad person. But in all sincerity, you made a mistake that day. You did me and my family wrong when we were counting on you to help us at our child's party and you bailed on us last minute. And you continue to make mistakes when you lie and try to backpedal your way out of my genuine complaint towards you. The business is owned by this really nice couple that I can tell want to leave a good impression on their customers. Well let me tell you I am a fan of these people! The tacos were DELICIOUS!! They offered me three meat choices; I asked for asada, chicken and pastor. My family is usually not a big fan of pastor meat but they loved it!! Their asada is great, and they have the best chicken tacos I've had! The salsas were superb! I specially loved their red salsa. They also included two aguas frescas (horchata and jamaica) that were just perfect. They also included everything needed for the tacos as far as plates, napknis, onions, limes, etc.. They arrived 1 hour early to set up and have everything right at the time we had agreed and stayed over 30 minutes longer at the end to serve everyone's last round of tacos and they didn't complain or ask for more money which I thought was really nice. My wife loved the way they set up their salsa table with sarape and a little donkey pinata. We got a lot of compliments from my guests :) Chairs, tables, & specially the jumper were clean which is a big PLUS. They were nice enough to let me keep the chairs overnight and picked up the next day at the time we agreed. Their prices are very reasonable and you get GOOD food and great service for your money. That day, 2pm hit and I hadn't received an ETA or a message to confirm their arrival. Several people and myself called multiple times but the call went straight to voicemail. I texted on Yelp as well and no one responded. I texted asking if they needed my address in case I got lost. At 3, they finally texted and just said they would be delivering late. We called because they finally answered and they said that the drivers car had broken down which is understandable, but what was unacceptable was the fact that no one called or messaged when they left or when they might arrive. The person who answered my call even said it themselves that it was unacceptable and there was no reason why they weren't answering any of my calls or text. There was no way to contact them until an hour AFTER they were already supposed to have delivered. They texted me saying "sorry deliver was running a little late." All my messages delivered, but they only replied once I said I don't need services anymore. I understand things happen but it is good to COMMUNICATE with costumers.
