Worst customer service , and terrible self awareness in the product they are selling. Literally as they are putting the string in the balloon I see it already deflating, so I tell him and he adds more air. I'm walking out and it's deflating again I tell him and he says no it's good no more air. Clearly the balloon was damaged because why would it deflate. I told him thi is not good they were rushed to leave and dismissed everything. I told him I would be back the next day because I knew it was no good . Keep in mind I bought this 16$ balloon for work so I did not get to use it unfortunately and I'm upset I wasted money and time . Never again will I be back to this store. I posted the picture walking out of the store at 6:34 pm and when I got home the balllon at 7:01 pm the picture even have a time stamp Update : I had walk in the next day 7:30 am because I needed it for work and he saw it and immediately switched it. The least he can do, at least he didn't go back and forth . But the inconvenience of having to go back is not appreciated wasting time is no fun! Sad. I've been coming here for years, but my last visit will be my final visit. I was charged for more expensive balloons (balloons with confetti inside, almost $2 each), but were given cheaper, plain balloons (no confetti inside, price is .99). The balloons also only lasted half a day. Super shady and untrustworthy. Find another place for your balloons. read more

Didn't find what I was looking for at Dollar Tree; but since this was in the same plaza, I thought it wouldn't hurt to check here. It's a small store but it's crammed with tons off stuff! Staff is sweet and helped me find what I needed: Kiwi black shoe polish for $1 YES! Good place to go if you're not looking to spend a lot; but realize that the cheap prices reflect the quality of the items. Looking at the reviews below and I didn't think the service was bad. I asked for the gold happy birthday balloons in the display and the cashier knew exactly what I was talking about and said I could either blow it up myself or he could do it for me free of charge. I needed a shark balloon for my sons birthday and by the time I got home I realized the balloon was already starting to deflate. I had to put a chip clip to make sure it holds up for tomorrow. If I could give it no stars I absolutely would! From the customer service to the quality of balloons. Spend the extra and go to party city. I bought a number 1 and number two along with smaller balloons and the number two popped before I could even make it to the car! Went back in and they said it was my fault and they would have to charge me to replace it! After going back and forth with these men they filled another number two and walked me out to the car to prevent them from popping. Low and behold it popped again! So they filled another one because they couldn't deny that the quality was terrible! They proceeded to walk me out again and the man accidentally let it go! He said we're done with you and left me in the parking lot unwilling to replace my ballon! The owner is so rude and I cannot stress this enough. You ask him a question and he mumbles to the point where you have to say "excuse me" like 3 times in order for him to speak up. I always come here and every time I come here it seems to get more and more expensive. Once I brought my own number ballon and he charged me the same price as if I had bought it there. Today, I went in to get a number ballon and when I got to my location it completely deflated. I went back and asked if I can get a new one and he pointed at him sign saying "no refunds" ... rude! No customer service! This would have been my go to for balloons, however not after today's interaction. The man behind the counter accused me of using my ring to pop a display balloon! I was just as startled when I tapped the balloon that said "tap here" and it popped. I blame poor quality and it's age- it had been on display for months (was there a few weeks back and considered buying one like it). The man wanted to argue with me and I was in a hurry. I contemplated not purchasing anything, he was very insistent that I needed to buy that popped balloon or equivalent. I ended up getting one like it for any extra $5. My boyfriend and I decided to stop by at this place and they have the number balloons in pink , I believe they have it in every color and they had so many other balloons .
