Worst customer service , and terrible self awareness in the product they are selling. Literally as they are putting the string in the balloon I see it already deflating, so I tell him and he adds more air. I'm walking out and it's deflating again I tell him and he says no it's good no more air. Clearly the balloon was damaged because why would it deflate. I told him thi is not good they were rushed to leave and dismissed everything. I told him I would be back the next day because I knew it was no good . Keep in mind I bought this 16$ balloon for work so I did not get to use it unfortunately and I'm upset I wasted money and time . Never again will I be back to this store. I posted the picture walking out of the store at 6:34 pm and when I got home the balllon at 7:01 pm the picture even have a time stamp Update : I had walk in the next day 7:30 am because I needed it for work and he saw it and immediately switched it. The least he can do, at least he didn't go back and forth . But the inconvenience of having to go back is not appreciated wasting time is no fun! But at least my balloon got switched and I'm happy with that read more

Sad. I've been coming here for years, but my last visit will be my final visit. I was charged for more expensive balloons (balloons with confetti inside, almost $2 each), but were given cheaper, plain balloons (no confetti inside, price is .99). The balloons also only lasted half a day. Super shady and untrustworthy. Find another place for your balloons. read more

They always have what I need. The staff is professional and courteous. I've gone to this party store for years, as new party stores have emerged and some no longer available. But Alins, was, is, and will always my go to. It's a Fantastic.. read more

Amazing customer service, very nice, kind, caring people.DEFINITELY 100% recommend this place for party supplies!

They charged almost 3 times for number ballon $14.65. In Dollar tree it is $5 with same quality. They are not only overcharging but also scamming the emotions of poor people who really wants to celebrate for some happiness. Such a Cheap guy, Shame on you owner. You should fear god before charging 300% more money compare to dollar tree. read more

It's a complete rip off.. the owner is rude , the charges are quoted high and they underfill helium and they don't last even 5 hours. My experience three times and decided never to go there again read more

Didn't find what I was looking for at Dollar Tree; but since this was in the same plaza, I thought it wouldn't hurt to check here. It's a small store but it's crammed with tons off stuff! Staff is sweet and helped me find what I needed: Kiwi black shoe polish for $1 YES! Good place to go if you're not looking to spend a lot; but realize that the cheap prices reflect the quality of the items. Good place for items that are for temporary or short term use like props, party favors, etc. read more

Love the family who owns the store. They always have what I need! They're accommodating and helpful. Would recommend them

Looking at the reviews below and I didn't think the service was bad. I asked for the gold happy birthday balloons in the display and the cashier knew exactly what I was talking about and said I could either blow it up myself or he could do it for me free of charge. The balloons were pricier than I was expecting ($16) but not the end of the world. It's just nice to have a place like this around to add some extra touches for a little celebration. read more

I wish I looked at the Yelp reviews before going here. This is my first negative experience review. I needed a shark balloon for my sons birthday and by the time I got home I realized the balloon was already starting to deflate. I had to put a chip clip to make sure it holds up for tomorrow. Didn't have time to go back. Spent $15 on this shark balloon and it's barely going to last a day (hopefully). Avoid this place. I used to go here and quality was better but this is ridiculous! read more

Worst customer service and with an attitude! When your store is a hot mess and you ask if you have something and then with the attitude you don't have it why would I want to purchase anything from you?? Want to support small businesses but young lady you make it difficult read more

This is a HORRIBLE business Don't waste your time or money ! Spent $60 on my daughters balloons (4 balloons ) to not even be able to take them to her dinner party! So i went back on today explaining my story and this cheap asshole charges me $5 for a new one and says he usually charges $14.99 i laughed ! i only did it to make my daughter smile! I read all of the unpleasant reviews after purchasing which is something I rarely do. PLEASE DONT SHOP HERE... DONT BE FOOLED BY THE NICE FADED BALLOONS IN THE WINDOW . The lack of customers is all clearer to me now the balloons are the same ones that are being sold for $5.99 or $1.99 at any other store his business must barely be hanging on with the outrageous prices! STAY AWAY! I learned a valuable lesson! read more

If I could give it no stars I absolutely would! From the customer service to the quality of balloons. Spend the extra and go to party city. I bought a number 1 and number two along with smaller balloons and the number two popped before I could even make it to the car! Went back in and they said it was my fault and they would have to charge me to replace it! After going back and forth with these men they filled another number two and walked me out to the car to prevent them from popping. Low and behold it popped again! So they filled another one because they couldn't deny that the quality was terrible! They proceeded to walk me out again and the man accidentally let it go! He said we're done with you and left me in the parking lot unwilling to replace my ballon! I wanted to support the small business but not enough to deal with horrible customer service and terrible quality! Save yourself the money and time! Go elsewhere! read more

The owner is so rude and I cannot stress this enough. You ask him a question and he mumbles to the point where you have to say "excuse me" like 3 times in order for him to speak up. I always come here and every time I come here it seems to get more and more expensive. Once I brought my own number ballon and he charged me the same price as if I had bought it there. Today, I went in to get a number ballon and when I got to my location it completely deflated. I went back and asked if I can get a new one and he pointed at him sign saying "no refunds" ... rude! He put his mouth all over the ballon to let me know he there was no holes (gross)... he only put more air and once I got to the car it deflated again. This was the last time I give this place a chance. Horrible service read more

Place has a lot of things we might think we don't need , but the service was a little rude especially the guy at the front. The balloons I got for my daughter didn't even last 24hrs all the air came out . read more

This place is wayyyyyy to expensive. I bought letter balloons for a baby shower and he charged extra to inflate them, which the owner only mentioned after I had bought the balloons. The service also isn't great. The owner is rude and disrespectful, and he also doesn't help when you ask for help. Never going back to this store. read more

This store has been around forever, but they dont have the best merchandise or the best prices. You might as well go to the Dollar tree they have in the same plaza because they sell a lot of the items there. The workers wasn't friendly and seemed like he had no desire to assist us. read more

I've been getting calls nearly every day from Discount 4 U. UNSOLICITED calls. I never pick up but they continue to call. You guys might need to be aware that a scammer is using your number to buy people to death! When I googled this I found that lots of other people are getting these calls as well. Ugh!! read more

The balloons here are beyond over priced. The sunflower I was looking at was 19.99! It's sold on Amazon four pieces for 9.99 or 9.99 at LA balloons, they have curbside or delivery. Never shopping here, not worth it. People save your money, there are better options read more

Spend over $50 on balloons here. 2 popped as soon as I left and they said sorry there's nothing we can do. Can't even replace the balloon? Do not shop here. The lady isn't very friendly anyway. Plenty better places. Try to support small businesses but they dont appreciate it. I guess this is why people would rather shop at corporate stores. read more

Overpriced and unfriendly. Bought a $10 balloon from them that deflated within 2 hours, went back to ask if they could refill it and they said for an extra $4 dollars. If the balloon didn't deflate by itself I would've paid but it's not my fault so why charge? read more

It was horrible they told my daughter you shut the F up you b word I was in shock how they treated us.

I bought two rose gold balloons and I requested a heart the same exact color. Employee not only gave me a hot pink balloon but when he inflated it and I saw what color it actually was I said I didn't want to purchase it. He told me that once you inflate it it's yours you have to buy it. It started deflating as soon as I got in the car too. read more

Great customers service. She was very nice and helpful! The store has all kinds of balloons and extra stuff!

I always come here for balloons, they have a huuuuge inventory of balloon characters, shapes and sizes.I've never had any issues with this store and the staff is very friendly. read more

Beware of buying an item without checking for price first. You may end up regretting it later after finding out that you were put in a situation that you paid for an overpriced item. How is that? Owner will charged you exorbitant price when you look desperate. Look somewhere else. read more

No customer service! This would have been my go to for balloons, however not after today's interaction. The man behind the counter accused me of using my ring to pop a display balloon! I was just as startled when I tapped the balloon that said "tap here" and it popped. I blame poor quality and it's age- it had been on display for months (was there a few weeks back and considered buying one like it). The man wanted to argue with me and I was in a hurry. I contemplated not purchasing anything, he was very insistent that I needed to buy that popped balloon or equivalent. I ended up getting one like it for any extra $5. Then when I went to pay, the cashier made a snappy reply telling me they don't accept the type of card I had. She didn't need to take that tone. Do not go there. I will go a few stores away to Dollar Tree for my balloons from now on. They are rude and looking for ways to take your money. Also, no air conditioning and it's cluttered AF! read more

It was my 25th birthday and my boyfriend wanted to buy me the huge number 25 balloons in pink . We went to party city and they had none , we went to Alin's party supplies and they also had none . I decided to yelp balloon places and came across discount 4 U . I gave them a called and ask if they had what I needed and they did . My boyfriend and I decided to stop by at this place and they have the number balloons in pink , I believe they have it in every color and they had so many other balloons . They were also nice to blow it up for me . The cashier was really sweet . I definitely recommend this place for balloons . From now on when I need balloons I will definitely stop by this place instead of wasting my time going to party city and they never had what I need . read more
