Big selection of anything you need for a party. Or to decorate a car for a grad parade!

What I like about this store: I was able to get balloons for a party within a short timeframe. They had a good selection of birthday cards, which saved me a trip to the Hallmark store (I love that place). Very friendly cashier as I was checking out. What I did not appreciate: COUNT YOUR BALLOONS.; I was supposed to receive 18, but I only had 17. Higher priority placed on filling balloons than assisting a customer. Despite having 4-5 staff members in the balloon area, no one stopped to assist with my order, and I only received help after voicing a concern. (This was after someone in the balloon area asked what I needed help with then redirected me to an order window) read more

Ivan is very helpful also I believe all Halloween items (or most) are currently 50% off. Good quality stuff too

The store has been here for years and you can always count on a large selection of party necessities. I did take off one star because they can be a little on the pricey side. read more

This place is HUGE! Located in a large shopping mall in Lakewood, it was the size of party city, if not bigger. It has all your needs for any party you can think of. It's organized and pretty. Even the Halloween items are up and hanging. The only reason why you get one star deducted is because the prices are quite steep. Amazon would be cheaper to order from but if you're in a bind. This is your place. read more

Great selection of party supplies. Great go-to especially that there's no Party City now. From Luau to Bridal, to theme parties like Roaring 20's and Movie Night. Each theme is pretty extensive. Prices are a little better than PC too. Wish they were closer to me. Various selections of tablecloths, including fabric. Unfortunately they didn't have the color I was looking for. They also have framing services and Bingo raffle drums. Plenty of parking. read more

They have a wide range of Party supplies! Tons of different themes, wrapping paper station, holidays, custom invitation center for weddings or other special occasions. I believe they have a teacher discount day if you're a teacher (I think it's on Tuesdays). read more

Alin is just across the street from me so it's convenient to stop by. Balloons are a little pricy but that's typical of party supply places. Alin carries A LOT of party stuff and it's organized by theme. When I can't find something at dollar tree, I always stop by here. Also, they give a little discount to educators. 4 stars because some stuff is a little overpriced. read more

I wouldn't bother coming here. 1. Their balloons do not last. I have purchased balloons elsewhere that last from days to weeks. The prices are hefty but I chose to support a "local" business. The balloons deflated overnight. I called to ask if they could do anything about it as they were their balloons and their service. They just said "No, our balloons only last 5-7 hrs." And that was that - no options or discounts offered. I wish they had communicated that prior to purchase. Now I have to scramble for a One Piece Birthday theme. 2. Their prices are hefty. I assumed that was because their supplies are higher quality. Unfortunately that's not the case at all. Save yourself money and the headache - go to Dollar Tree or Target. read more

Running late remodeling my sons kitchen until 2:30, ran home in dtlb to shower for 5 pm party in Fullerton, Went to party city in lb Towne center to discover they are permanently closed ...Drove to Alin and met Sandy who seen my upside down smile and turned it right side up by blowing up 21 balloons for me on the spot before going home! Thank you Sandy!!!!! We got to Fullerton after 4pm and hubby and I had to rush decorating and SURPRISE mom. I highly recommend Alin and Alin management, you need to recognize Sandy!!!! Great place and good variety of items. But be prepared to spend money, not cheap and not a good return policy.

Alins is THAT place as has been for a long time. More people should shop here one stop shop

This place is amazing. 2013 I came here for prom and I came back 2025 for my baby shower. Ivan the manager/supervisor created my balloon arch and did an AMAZING job. It's $15 a foot which is a very good price. I'd highly recommend going there and getting your balloon arch's done rather than spending 600-1,000 dollars. read more

1/16/23 Color me crazy but I think I'm in love, again! LOL I haven't been to Alin Party in a long time and I'm glad I came in today!! There's dooooo much to see & explore, This place has everything except for what I was looking for, sadly:(( they didn't have the ready-made card stock an envelope package all in one and the paper trimmer. That didn't stop me from going almost I'll toil and checking things out. Of course I was looking for deals and found a couple of party favor bags and a glue stick that I need it for my craft, SCORE, 50% off! I'll definitely return. Staff was kind & helpful, amiable, always appreciate that. Plenty of parking since it's at a place called Carwood Plaza (Carson & Woodruff) where Sprouts, Marshalls, Homegoods, (places I frequent) Harbor Freight, Smart & Final, etc. It's got party supplies, crafts & balloon making department, catering supplies & more. Lots to offer. It's just amazing how much they have to give you ideas. Worth another look! read more

Horrible, horrible store! They had a sign outside the store that said Thanksgiving and Christmas was on sale, which lured us inside. Once inside the door, you have to maneuver through a metal anti-theft device just to enter the store. Once inside the store, everything was locked up! Seriously, who is going to steal a bunch of cheap party decorations that look like they were ordered from oriental trading company? That is the quality of the party decor here! Total junk. The leftover halloween decor and supplies were on sale, but they were all locked up! Cheap, flimsy plastic, mass produced halloween masks....locked up. It was unbelievable. Living in LA county, I'm used to products being locked up, but this was nuts. Never returning to this store! Walked in and out of the store in about 2 minutes, it was so bad. read more

This place is a goldmine for anything party related. Prices are reasonable and are similar to other party supply shops. They have stuff for birthdays, baby showers, weddings, and so much more. There is a huge selection of balloons. There is a whole wall of different designs. They have all the essential table covers in various colors and a variety of tableware. There are different styles from flimsy to heavy duty. They also have seasonal items. Came here for graduation decorations for my son's party and found so much stuff at a low cost. Quality of the decorations are good too. Not flimsy or cheap looking at all. The store is located off a main street so you cannot miss. If you are looking to throw a party, I definitely recommend you stopping by because you will find everything here. Happy shopping!!! read more

This place has a little bit of everything you could think of for a party, get together, dinner, bbq. Whatever it is Alin probably has it. I come here for my party supplies, especially for "Niche" themes. I also like to get my baking supplies from here. I've never gotten the service before but they make banners for graduations or other special events as well as carry a wide variety of mylar and regular balloons that they'll inflate for you. read more

Their helium doesn't work, I rented a tank and the balloons fell in four hours and they didn't want to give me a refund. Other people have had the same issue... I took the same balloons to Ralph's and they stayed up more than a day. I had to spend double and my gas for something that should've worked the first time. Don't waste your money here. Manager is also rude. read more

Do not come here. First of all, Sonia has very poor customer service. She's rude and demeaning and has no respect for customers. Saturday we rented a helium tank. They charged us 100 dollars AND a security deposit of 150. Balloons were blown up at home with the tank we rented, at 4 am for a gender reveal. By 8 am, ALL the balloons were on the floor. The helium didn't work. When we talked to Sonia, she did not care for the situation and had no time to hear our concern. Worst customer service and I want my refund. read more

Shout out for Justine! She was very helpful on giving me suggestions as I walk in to get ideas for a big poster card for people to write on for a co-worker who suddenly passed away! 7-14-20: Bit of a tough time as we approach Mom's (Peach) 1st Birthday this year without her here. She always got excited when I would decorate the front door for her birthday so decided to keep up the tradition. Can envision her smiling and acting like a lil kid excited for her month long birthday celebration. She enjoyed pink and loved mermaids so after visiting a few stores, I found most of what I needed here (The rest was Amazon Prime...HAHAHA...Shhhh.) This location has a pretty good selection of party supplies and knick knacks. Some were a lil pricey compared to other stores but may explain why they were stocked. read more

Great store that is still going strong thru out the years. been coming to this store for as long as I can remember Friendly, staff and great selection for any party occasion and holiday Last year I was challenged at work to recreate a Christmas in Asia party and thanks to Alin Party Supply I got everything I need it without having to stress out looking all over different stores to decorate and with lots of creativity and magic my team won the contest During graduation time this year when everyone was buying balloons like crazy due to Covid 19 there was not only a shortage of balloons everywhere but everyone was sold out or they ran out of helium as well but Alin's Patty supply passed this test. they were the only store around 10 mile radius that had balloons and helium for birthday, graduations, you name it My suggestion is always go to Alin's party supply first because most likely you will find everything or almost everything you need. You will save time, gas, money and your sanity read more

Great selection of all party supplies. They have everything for all occasions. I wish the Downey location was still open.

This place came in clutch for a party we needed supplies for SAME DAY! The original gender reveal balloon, purchased on Amazon, popped the night before the party (I didn't do it) So everyone was scrambling around trying to find where to get another balloon. All Party City's in the area were completely out, and wouldn't blow up the spare balloon we had. Then I found this place on Yelp and gave them a call! Drove over and got a HUGE GENDER REVEAL BALLOON! This thing barely fit in my car! The mom-to-be loved it. It was obviously the highlight of the party and I don't even want to think about want would have happened if I didn't find this place.. The staff was very friendly and they have a crazy selection of party supplies. I'll be back for sure, thanks for saving the party!! read more

I come to Alin's very often for supplies for balloon arches. I came in and they didn't have the right sizes for the color I was looking for. So I asked the woman (with light brown/blondish hair) at the balloon desk if she could help me combine two colors together to pick the right mix for the color I showed her. She said she didn't know how to do that. I said that's fine, if you could just give me a few different colors I could do it myself. So she did. I found the right match, and said thank you very much, sorry for the trouble. Then she asked if I needed the original bag of balloons (which she moved to behind the desk so I couldn't reach them). I said no thank you, thanks for your help, and walked away. Then I could hear her telling someone very loudly that people don't have any manners anymore, and that I'm going to raise my children to have no manners. I was stunned. I give a lot of my business to Alin's but she made me want to find a new place to go. read more
