In a last ditch effort/Hail Mary, I messaged Le Vent at 9 pm on Saturday night asking if they could prepare and deliver balloons for my son's birthday at 6:30 am on Sunday morning. The owner responded immediately and started sending me pictures with ideas! At 6:30 am sharp, the owner hand delivered the perfect balloons! I'm so so so appreciative! I am sad to say I am disappointed with the service and the overall outcome. First, the set up was late without a notice. I had to text them to see if they were on their way. I left during their set up because I had to get my daughter ready and did not anticipate the delay and the final product was not similar to any inspiration photos and any of the conversations we've had. I texted her about this and did not get a response. At the end of our event, I had to reach out once again to see if someone was coming to pick up the letter and number marquees and dispose of the balloons because it was already 45 minutes after the event and still no communication from them. I notified the person who came that some of the balloons flew away from being taken down by the Bounce House Staff and she just nodded. We ended up having to pick up the trash from the balloons and dispose of the leftover arch. I should have clarified if that was part of the service or not but I wish she told us when we told her the balloons flew away. She left without acknowledgment and we were left wondering if we had to clean it up or not. Overall, the whole experience was disappointing, lacking, and to be honest, a little stressful because the communication was nonexistent and ended up giving us more work at the end of the day especially after paying a premium. I also sent a respectful message to Maria, the owner, a few days after our event about our subpar experience and she did not respond. If you are planning on spending a good fraction of your event budget on balloons, make sure you have clear boundaries and expectations with this business; otherwise, I'd look elsewhere. I will not be using their service again. Update: I have time stamps on iMessage that I texted you at 9:32am asking if you were on your way and at 9:44 you asked if I was at the clubhouse so you were clearly not there on time. The communication I was talking about is during the day of event, especially after you sent me the picture of the final product and I wasn't satisfied with it...you did not respond. But that is all besides the point because your response of not owning up to your shortcomings as a business and in your customer service skills speaks volumes. Do better. read more

Beautiful work! I wanted to rate 5 stars and I hate leaving bad reviews. But the downside... they didn't show up on time for set up or pick up/breakdown. And no calls to let us know they were running late... after numerous calls trying to track them down to let them know our party had already completed and we were all packed up and ready to leave the park, my brother ended up waiting for them to pick up/break down. And still no sign of them after an hour. Called again... They said they were close by, waited another 30min and still no show. We had no choice but to leave their stuff at the park because we needed to drop off some senior relatives. Wanted it to work out... but for the price we paid... we should've had excellent customer service. All I can think is that they must've had a been a busy day that they couldn't even call and just left you in the dark waiting. But that's no excuse... need to work on time management and scheduling if that was the case. Wish it worked out because the work was beautiful and we would've used them again. But not worth the price when you have to go through an endless waiting game from start to finish. read more
