The display on their website looked full and impressive, but what was delivered was very small and underwhelming for the price I paid. The arrangement looked nothing like the photos shown online, and honestly, I could have done something similar myself for a fraction of the cost. This company is extremely overpriced, and the pictures on their site are very misleading. If you're considering booking them, I would strongly suggest asking for exact photos of what you will actually receive, because what I got was nowhere near worth the cost. Definitely not the value or quality I expected.

I had requested for just one artist to do both and they were able to staff exactly that. I received the name of the artist before the event. Kimberly was punctual and very good at both arts. To prevent a long line and kids losing time on the ice, I made a sign up sheet for the balloon requests so Kimberly work on them while the kids were skating. This method worked out very well.
