Where has Eric been all my life?! I only wish I had found him sooner to do my own son's birthday party garland! Prices are excellent and the QUALITY of the design and the balloons are exquisite. But what truly stood out for me is his excellent communication and customer service skills. First of all, he responded to my inquiry fast. I was needing the balloons with a quick turnaround and needed companies to give me the basics and offer me pictures of previous jobs. I suppose people may not be surprised to know many companies just asked me to visit their IG page or whatever. This is poor customer service in my opinion. Many clients are extremely busy and we just don't have the time to be scrolling down rows of photos. When I ask for a SPECIFIC look and assuming that you have and are able to execute this particular design, I would expect companies to choose the top 3-4 looks and have it sent to me directly. This is what Eric did. Also, the day before the event, he texted me to confirm everything, but also took the time to ask me what I thought of a slight revision to the original look I was envisioning. And yes, he was absolutely correct in thinking I would love it. I was blown away and the garland turned out better than what I would've thought. I did some research and decided to use It's a Party Thing for my son's 1st birthday party. From the beginning, Eric (the owner) was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I didn't have any ideas what I want, except I know I am having a LEGO theme. I told him my general vision and that I needed a balloon garland for the cake table and 8 centerpieces for the tables. He actually came up with the centerpieces idea himself and he even did a sample to show me. He also suggested that we could hang some actual LEGO pieces on the centerpieces and the garland, which I thought was awesome. On the day of the party, he and his team showed up on time (and it was early at 9:30 a.m.) and they finished everything promptly and they did an awesome job. My guests were so impressed with the centerpieces and the balloon garland. I gave a few centerpieces away because my friends' kids really love them! It has been a few days since the party and the centerpieces are still going strong in my house. The balloons are good quality and they have not been deflated at all even after a few days. I am SO happy I found Eric on Yelp and went with him to do my daughter's balloon garland for her jungle safari themed Wild One birthday party. I got what I paid for, and then some! He is very easy going, super patient, and answered every question I had. We met up at the venue where we had our daughter's party a month prior to the party, and he measured the center stage for me where I wanted the dessert table and garland set up, brought different color balloons with him to show me what my options are and then did a mock up for me to give me an idea of how everything will look. Eric texted me the day prior to the party to confirm set up window as well as guests arrival time. The day of the party, Eric and a few helping hands showed up on time. Not only did they show up with the balloon garland, but they also brought with them a banana tree, palm tree, and some artificial leaves to really give my center stage/dessert table area that jungle vibe. He even added a cute little touch to my welcome sign (see attached photo). Eric went above and beyond and I couldn't be more happy with how everything turned out!
