Fantastic, affordable, quality party balloons for any special occasion. If you want something special but not overly extravagant or expensive, this is the perfect option. I ordered two narrow balloon columns for my mother's 70th birthday party at a restaurant. Everyone loved the extra decoration and custom design. I'm Balloonzilla provided excellent customer service helping me select the best balloon design for my needs that was within budget (under $300) plus recommendations for color and design details. Organized, professional, and on-time delivery made this a very stress free experience. read more

Sarah at Balloonzilla was an absolute DREAM to work with. From the very beginning and through all the changes I made during the design process, they were beyond patient, accommodating, and so generous with their customer service. Not once did I feel like I was being "that client" even with multiple pivots. They made the entire process easy, stress-free, and honestly fun. The delivery was seamless and the balloons... WOW. They were even more gorgeous than I could have imagined. The colors, the fullness, the overall look completely transformed the space and easily became one of the most complimented elements of the night. As someone who works in events, I don't rave about vendors unless I want to work with them again, and I would work with them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone looking for luxury balloons and a team that actually cares about your vision. read more

Just recently placed an order with this specialty shop and I must say I am super happy and impressed with the quality of balloons and how pretty they looked! We ordered 3 towers total, and they are adorable!!! They even delivered for a nominal fee, so it helped us a lot! Super thankful and hope to use Balloonzilla again soon! read more

Incredibly quick to respond, professional, and easy to work with. Emailed them the actual date needed, but when I placed the order online I accidentally picked a different date. Literally less than 2 hours before our senior HS game event, I called in a panic realizing the mistake and Angela calmly listened and quickly jumped into action. They had the balloon strings delivered just in time for our high school event. I cannot recommend this vendor enough--simply incredible work and phenomenal customer service. read more

Amazing isn't a strong enough word to convey the outstanding job BalloonZilla did for my son and his brides wedding on Saturday 9-10-22. The creative arrangements were so well made and breathtakingly beautiful... they almost stole the show! From customer service to delivery and down to every last detail... they were a pleasure to work with. I can't imagine the wedding without these epic balloons! We had an amazing experience renting helium tanks from Balloonzilla. The team was very friendly, and the tanks worked as expected without any issues. They went above and beyond by allowing us to return the tanks on a day they're usually closed, which made the process even more convenient. The entire experience was hassle-free so I would highly recommend them for any else's event needs! read more

I had the BEST experience with Balloonzilla for my son's 1st birthday. The weeks leading up to my son's 1st birthday, I agonized on whether I could personally handle the party decor and setup. After watching Youtube videos and researching balloon arch ideas on Amazon, psyching myself out, I finally relented to having professionals handle the task. I reached out to a few different balloon vendors via Yelp. America at Balloonzilla was the first to respond (I loved that they used Honeybook for communication management). She asked whether I had a theme chosen and I sent her the Pinterest board of "Baby Shark" ideas. She replied back with examples of other arches and garlands they've done in similar styles, bubble strands, balloon bouquets, etc. She sent inspiration links of other styles that could be done as well. We bounced ideas off of each other and I finally decided on the garland and bubble strands for the party. It was a seamless process and she was very quick to respond to my feedback/comments. The day of the party came and there were 2 balloon attendants that showed up on time and ready to work. They setup the arch and the balloon strands quickly and made the process so easy. They were in and out of the venue in less than 30 minutes. The whimsical balloon arch was to die for! There were shades of gray, silver orbs, clear confetti, and white in all shapes and sizes. And the bubble strands were beautiful, giving the event a real under-the-sea vibe (http://cherrychappstick.com/ethans-baby-shark-1st-birthday/). We were so happy with the vibe and the guests had endless compliments! Balloonzilla offered amazing service and a stellar experience. I would HIGHLY recommend them if you're looking for a stress-free, reliable vendor for your next event! read more

If Missy Elliott made a song for this place, it'd be called "One Minute Balloon" and it'd go something like this: (Chorus) Break me off, show me what you got Cuz I don't want, no one minute balloon, Break me off, show me what you got, Cuz I don't want, no one minute balloon! Balloonzilla definitely lives up to its name when it comes to size- the balloon bouquet was MASSIVE. Disastrously, Balloonzilla also lives up to its name with its MASSIVE destruction. That is, the destruction of the balloons as they deflated within an hour of my receiving them. In other words, the balloon bouquet looked absolutely grand upon arrival. Alas, just as quickly as they came, many of the balloons deflated. As Missy Elliott's rendition goes, I wanted more than just one-minute balloons. Now if you'll allow me, please let me share the tale of the time that the Balloonzilla wreaked havoc on my wallet: I called Balloonzilla the day of my wife's big event, which started at 4 PM. It was 1 PM and I told the lady on the phone, Christina, what I was looking for. It was a unique conversation as Christina had the enthusiasm of someone who was watching paint dry. However, that wasn't going to deter me from getting a big' ol set of balloons! The delivery gentleman came, as promised, to deliver the balloons. He was the highlight of Balloonzilla as he delivered the balloon bouquet with a warm smile. Caleb was his name, I believe, and he must be commended. As he handed the balloons off to me, I was impressed with the monstrous size of the bouquet. But as the old saying goes, it's not the size of the boat but the motion of the ocean. Unfortunately, there wasn't a single ripple in the calm ocean that day. As my wife's event took place at 4 PM, people were noticing her tig ol' balloons. As the evening went on, people were noticing the deflation of them. By 8 PM, two of the balloons were sagging and drooping. One of the balloons had balloons inside of it, but all the balloons inside had mysteriously popped. By 10 PM, another balloon began to droop and that was the cue for Missy Elliott to start performing her rendition, "One Minute Balloon." Like Missy, I was extremely disappointed in the balloon bouquet that I received. For the price tag of $100+, I would expect for the balloons to at least hold up for one night. No, what I did receive were balloons that started off massive but shrank like little raisins throughout the evening. The bigger they are, the harder they fall. Balloonzilla, this will be the last time you terrorize this guy's wallet. I would've been better off going to Ralph's or Von's for a smaller balloon bouquet. At least with them, there would be some motion of the ocean. read more

This is my third event booking with America and Robert and they always exceed my expectations. They always make my events look and feel so magical. America is extremely talented. I come to her with an idea and she makes my vision come to life and more. I had the pleasure to work with her for my baby shower, then a work event and now my baby's first birthday. She already figured out my style which I especially love because as busy as I am I can just put my trust in her without hesitation. I am very impressed with her work ethic, she arrives early and doesn't even take a water break until she finishes. She definitely makes my events less stressful with taking over and making it the most magical event that anyone has ever seen. read more

I was looking for a place that could do decorative balloons for my friends baby shower. After messaging Balloonzilla, I received a response within minutes. I spoke with someone on the phone to confirm the date and time for the delivery. I was then referred to a website, where I made the actual balloon purchase. I bought 2 bundles of the baby strands, and a larger balloon garland. The delivery window was between 9 am and 11 am. I received a text at 8:45 am saying that the balloons were on the way, and they were promptly delivered a little after 9 am. I was so pleasantly surprised with the end product. They were even more beautiful in person than in the picture. I was thinking of more skinny "strands" of balloons, but they were huge with smaller and larger balloons. They stood a good 7 feet! The quality of the strands and the garland was impeccable. Only downside was that the kids were fighting over the balloons and wanting to take them home after the party. Highly recommend Balloonzilla for your next event!!! read more

Of course you want your child's first birthday party to be a success, so you do lots of research on vendors and ultimately pick one and hope they live up to their ratings. Well, Balloonzilla was fantastic from start to finish - my consultant, Juliana, was responsive and offered up a handful ideas to go with our safari theme. We ended up ordering a safari animal arch and whimsical garland. The finished products were AMAZING and we received several compliments on the decor. The delivery team was early and was flexible when we wanted to try different spots to place the arch. The only downer was that towards the end of the party, one side of the garland fell down. Nonetheless, high quality work with a professional staff. read more

I was planning a surprise 40th birthday party for my husband and I was looking for balloons to accentuate and yet does not scream out the loud "Happy birthday". I was referred to them by my sister. At first glance, I was impressed with the different designs and it fit what I was looking for. I actually attempted to contact them via email three times. First time was out of the blue type of email, second was similar but third time I went through the correct portal that states the subject exactly what I was looking for and Marla contacted me right away. Marla was very prompt with responding to my questions and we were able to come to terms within couple of days. I just described that I wanted a centerpiece type design, the color theme, yet doesn't scream out "happy 40th birthday" and let Balloonzilla be the creative designer. I was very pleased that they delivered the two centerpieces to the restaurant where the party was held. The centerpieces were beautiful and creative. Everyone was raving about the intricate design of the balloons especially the small balloons within the big balloon and the donut shaped balloon. The centerpieces were part of the conversation piece! My husband loved them and not to mention the kids too! I would definitely consider Balloonzilla for any future events. read more

I had a terrible experience with Balloonzilla. The delivery was outraged. The product was nothing like what i was expecting. They are not cheap and i was ok with it because i expected the products to be like what they post on their Instagram. Please see my picture what we ordered and expected vs what we got. After 1 hrs of them trying to fix it. Nothing worked so we asked them to take it. This was hours before my family and friends was supposed to arrived to wish my son a happy birthday. Angela was careless and straight rude pls see the email. They ruin my son 8th birthday. Dropped the ball. I would never wish this on anyone. Juliana was actually so professional and handled everything well and was trying to help me out to figured a solution. So when you plan something special go with someone else who won't do this to you last minute. I sure hope if Angela got children she would understand planning for a special kids party and having a company so irresponsible doing this to her. She at least should apologized for their wrong doing. Shaking my head. Speechless. Beware and look else where. I'll make sure everyone we know in Southern California know what happened to us. read more

Excellent service and worked with my budget for my office's Take your Child to Work Day program. I needed them to arrive at 7:30 am, and they were there before me! The security guard almost chased them away. Luckily they called me, and I told them I was minutes away, let them into the multipurpose room and they set up the balloon pillars very fast, and was out the door in minutes. They arranged a pick up time for the base and pillar bar, and never had to worry about anything. Very professional, and responded to my email and calls in a prompt manner (usually within the 1/2 hour). Highly recommended, and I plan to use them again for more events. read more

Worst customer service! I had ordered a set of balloons and specially ordered foil balloons so it wouldn't pop on the drive back. The pickup destination was only 30 mins away and the giraffe was half way dead. The seams or bottom part was NOT tied tight n the ballon did not hold well for the baby shower. What a disappointment to prep the display with a ballon half dead. I called for some compensation because if I was going to go out of my way to buy balloons from this place - I would expect to have for the product I paid. If I was going to scramble on having to fill air.... I would have just bought the foil ballon on amazon n air tank... aren't businesses suppose to have the most helpful customer service?? I had to tape the giraffe head to the other balloon so it could stay up read more

For our wedding, we had Balloonzilla install a small garland above our cake table and a larger garland above the tables in our entry way (see photos). This was the perfect finishing touch to our décor. It suited our venue really well and I was obsessed with how it turned out.
