l hired balloon lab for a baby shower I was hosting. Raquel was great to work with . She met my needs, and the balloon arch was exactly what I asked for the colors match perfectly to my theme.I was very impressed and very happy how it all turned out. I got so many compliments and I will definitely be using ballon lab for any future events.

I used Balloon Lab for my Sweet Daughter in Law's baby sprinkle! Everyone loved it and raved about the balloon display. Everything from the first text, to getting a price, choosing color scheme to the installation was so quick and easy. Elizabeth the installer was quick, friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond! I will be using them again!

My husband and I have hired a lot of different balloon companies but his company has blown all of the others out of the water! They took the time to understand what we wanted and worked with us on a budget! Our guests were amazed by the balloons and all asked who we used. We were really happy that we selected this company to help us. The last that came out was amazing and kind and helped set everything up perfectly. She took the time and the extra effort to make sure everything looked perfect. Tear down was a breeze and they were really wonderful to work with. We will definitely be using them and referring them for a very long time.

I've been a satisfied client of Balloon Lab since 2019. And when they closed their San Diego location during COVID-19, they have never refused to fulfill my balloon needs. You don't find loyalty like that with many business these days! Even when I ordered a last minute balloon arch for our casino themed NYE party - other (local) balloon companies said they were booked - Raquel explained that since it would be inside they could have it delivered on 12/30 no problem - none of her competitors were smart enough to suggest that! Raquel rendered the most gorgeous balloon arch and Elizabeth executed it perfectly! Everyone I've worked with at Balloon Lab has been friendly, professional and fun! I will be a Balloon Lab customer forever!

Our company had the most amazing experience with Balloon Lab. I sent in a Yelp inquiry a week before the event and got a friendly response within minutes. Raquel was able to quickly whip up a proposal and a mock-up of the balloon garland and columns after asking for my vision. Within the same day, she worked with me to nail down the specifics. On the day of set-up, we worked with balloonist Elizabeth, who was very personable and accommodating. We were floored on what Elizabeth was able to whip up within less than an hour (see pics). My husband and I have hired a lot of different balloon companies but his company has blown all of the others out of the water! They took the time to understand what we wanted and worked with us on a budget! Our guests were amazed by the balloons and all asked who we used. We were really happy that we selected this company to help us. The last that came out was amazing and kind and helped set everything up perfectly. She took the time and the extra effort to make sure everything looked perfect. Tear down was a breeze and they were really wonderful to work with. There are no words, I mean NO WORDS to describe how elated and pleased I was, well my entire family & party guests were with Balloon Lab. All I can say is I will use Balloon Lab over and over again! Raquel is such a sweetheart to work with. I contacted them due to a last-minute mishap and they were able to squeeze me in their busy schedule. Raquel was even told that she couldn't take any more clients but she went above and beyond for me which blew me away. I cannot thank her enough for everything she did for me this weekend. Her excellent customer service exceeds beyond expectations and she definitely went above and beyond for me. it got to a point where I kept asking her for different quotes and she was very patient with me and that was something I really appreciated. she even gave me suggestions and they were beautiful creations and designs and I actually took her word for a couple of them. Communication was awesome and even if she is busy every weekend, doing other events, she is timely and prompt and happily answers any questions or concerns you have. Her balloonists! You will not be disappointed. He was highly organized, on time, and artistic in any sense. If the pictures I post dont do justice... I dont know what will. C, thank you! They were amazing from the start of communications with not just the balloon arch but as well as the backdrop which they custom created for my daughter's birthday party. Communication was also amazing day of the party, they were the 1st vendors there, asked for my opinion of placement, we're swift with set up and when it came for the breakdown I was still kept in communication. It was a super beautiful set up and I was so sad when it had to be taken down after the party. All the party guests were amazed at how amazing the backdrop and arch looked. These people are amazing!!! I had a really last minute request, and they were able to make it happen way faster than expected. They are very responsive and the communication was so easy. In addition, they provided helpful recommendations for the designs. This is a surprise for my girlfriend who lives in the same house with me, knowing this, balloon lab delivered the balloons very silently and subtly, to make it a perfect surprise. I have to start off by saying that it is very hard to come across genuinely nice and helpful people... Raquel and her amazing team are nothing less but the most pleasant, hardworking and talented group of people I have ever worked with. I was planning my son's 2nd birthday party and was very nervous about finding a good balloon service. That's when I came across the Balloon Lab on IG. Oh, how happy I am that I did? Raquel is so professional, so patient... not once has she made me feel like I annoyed her with my requests and questions. Her team was incredible, they arrived in timely manner. This review is over a month late in the writing, and I don't know where to begin, but Raquel and her team are some of the hardest workers and kindest people! I reached out to Raquel for assistance with a large scale music festival being put on at our school, and she worked with me and took all my ideas and made it into reality. I didn't know much (or anything really) about the world of balloons and gave her my vision and the vibes of the festival, and she came up with extraordinary results. She took any changes I requested and made them! She even made an amazing mock up (that was very detailed!) beforehand and even gave me her number to text. Her balloon decorations were raved about throughout the festival and the line to take photos with the backdrops was WRAPPING AROUND!!! Raquel and her team were the first of my vendors on site at 7 AM and worked until we need them off by 12 PM. Super hard working group and extremely kind and respectful. read more

From the second they picked up my call which was late afternoon to the final delivery on the next day, BalloonLab was so attentive and professional to the tee. They sent me email and text messages to provide design concept, quotation, arrival time and final delivery of the product. It was amazingly easy to have BalloonLab handle the surprise we had for our nephew. I needed the balloons to be delivered the next day and they made it happen!
