I found JumpStop online, checked their website, everything looked good, so I made a deposit and left my info, then I come on yelp and see a 1* review which claims that all the good reviews were left by people who knew the owner. I was so worried about anything going wrong but Maggie was so kind, helpful and quick to answer any of my questions so it put my mind at ease. On the day of my event, Maggie and Alex showed up on time, they were very friendly and helpful. The bounce castle was clean and not old or dated. Maggie made sure it was clean inside after they inflated it, she wiped it before leaving my house, she CARES for the business and customer's satisfaction. I felt taken care of and it was amazing. Pick up was flawless too, they came at the exact time we spoke about, deflated, folded it and quickly left. Great experience all day!
