Horrible customer service shady business. Rented a bounce house 5/16, asked me to pay after dropping off, Zelle'd him the balance. 5/18 I see a second charge on my debit card attached on file. Called customer service multiple times and I just keep getting the same BS "I'm going to let the owner know and get back to you". We are now at 5/29 2 weeks later and I still haven't gotten my refund. And no response from the owner. Would definitely avoid this business. read more

We have used them for two parties now and they are great! Easy communication and very flexible. Our first party got rained out and we had to reschedule and that was easy and our second party we decided to change the bounce house type a week before the party and they were very accommodating. They are very quick for set up and drop off. read more

The guys who came were prompt, friendly, and worked hard. The bounce house seemed a bit worn and dirty though, even though they cleaned it after setting up. I had one guest (at our kid's b day party) ask if there was mold on it The kids had a lot of fun though. read more

Cal Jump is a great place to rent for your kids or adult events! I rented from Cal Jump for my daughter's baby shower. Our guests were able to bring their kids, and did not require to hire a baby sitter. The kids had a great time bouncing. We had a couple of adults watching the children, so the adults did not have to worry about their children. Thank you Cal Jump! Great prices! Tina A read more

This company is absolutely amazing! We had another vendor cancel on us the day before our event at 4:00 p.m. for our kid's birthday, after some frantic Google-ing I found Cal Jump. They say they're hassle-free and I 100% believe that. The initial call I made which involved a virtual bot taking the intake information which I found reassuring when it responded sometimes same day rentals are possible based on availability. Then there was the incredibly quick follow up by an actual person who was so kind, so empathetic to our problem and was able to help me with no problem, even pointing me to to best way to pay and assuring me that our jumper rental would be no issue. After I signed the contract and paid the deposit I actually ended up having to reach back out to them, which I could do via text which was also amazing, I was able to switch out a banner that was going on the outside of the bounce house without any issues and all I had to do was re-sign the contract. They communicated arrival and pick up times with me the day before. On the day of they also contacted me 30 minutes before drop off and pick up. Two guys set up the whole thing and took it down after the party as well and they were fast and efficient. This company was highly communicative, incredibly easy to work with, super flexible, and every person I spoke with was very kind. Their cost and value were great as well. Very competitive. The kids all had an absolute blast, the equipment was great. Honestly this company with their flexibility and availability really saved us in the 11th hour when we had been burned by another company and to have their level of service was just so fantastic. I will absolutely use this company again and will definitely recommend them to friends and family. read more

Had the BEST experience with this company, I'm so glad I found them. I was searching for weeks for a good bounce house for my daughter's birthday party, and I just couldn't settle on one. Either the prices were too high (modern pastel bounce houses for $600!), or the style options were not what I wanted. Came across CalJump and I found a glitter castle bounce house that perfectly fit my daughter's "Princess Party" theme, plus the price was the most affordable out of all the other companies. They didn't have any extra added fees, either. The price on the site is what you pay! To top it off, the person I was in contact with was EXTREMELY helpful. Constantly updating me on the process, patiently working with me to get liability insurance over to our venue, and extremely punctual and professional the day of the event. Start to finish, this was the best experience. I will absolutely rent from them again, AND recommend them to everyone I know. read more

My experience with Cal Jump in Orange County was a pleasure. Tara was very helpful and patient in guiding me through the choices as was David answering my questions as I finalized my booking. The delivery and pickup timing was perfect and a special thanks to Dwayne who delivered and set it up. He explained about the water feature above the slide which we may not have realized and it made the experience outstanding for the kids, as it was a hot day and no shade for the bounce house. Thanks also to Cole who did the pickup; a pleasant, friendly and efficient young man. I would highly recommend Cal Jump as a great company to work with. read more
