When the weather started looking iffy, I thought I might have to cancel, but Kirk was super flexible, offering advice and reassuring me he could reschedule or refund if needed. Luckily, the sun came out and the party went on as planned. He showed up right on time, was friendly, professional, and made the whole process seamless. I can't thank Kirk enough for the obstacle course this weekend. With 15+ kiddos under 6 a normal size bouncer wasn't going to work & the costs with other companies were astronomical. My son's birthday was a success because of your kindness! From the initial meeting of your staff at the Pacific air show (extremely polite and helpful of getting older kids out of the bouncers for my little guy to be able to spend some time bouncing) to our first conversation, Kirk and his staff were amazing!
