If I could leave zero stars, I would. I rarely post reviews, but I feel compelled to share this experience so others are not put in the same distressing situation we were. We rented a soft play setup from this business. At pickup, the business owners were couple that accused us of intentionally wetting the equipment because we had cleaned our concrete yard in the front part of our house with soap and water after the party. This accusation is completely false. We respect other people's property and would never intentionally damage rented equipment. The equipment was placed on grass and picked up in the evening on a day with extremely high humidity reaching up to 100%. As a result, there was visible condensation on the grass, vehicles, and surrounding surfaces. We calmly attempted to explain this and even pointed out the condensation as evidence. Unfortunately, both owners repeatedly interrupted us and refused to listen. The husband raised his voice and yelled at me, my husband, and my sister. The husband's behavior escalated to the point where he made an inappropriate and threatening comment about proving he could fight my husband. We kept saying how unprofessional his behavior was and how there was no need to get to that level. His conduct was alarming, aggressive, and highly unprofessional. When I asked what the resolution would be, the husband stated there would be a $100 fee. Immediately after, the wife stated the fee was $150. Wanting the confrontation to end, I paid the $150 on the spot. Afterward, it became clear that the fee was arbitrarily increased, and when questioned, the wife stated that it was "her business" and "her fee." At no point did either owner apologize or attempt to handle the situation professionally. This experience was hostile, intimidating, and unethical. I strongly caution others to reconsider using this business, as no customer should be treated this way or pressured into paying inconsistent fees under harassment. read more

I found Maes on Yelp when I asked for jumper rental. They also had resin chairs and a soft play area for rent. It was so much easier to get everything at once. I'm so happy I rented from them. They are family owned and very courteous. The set up was done early so I didn't have to worry about a thing. The kids had a blast. I'm so happy I rented the soft play for our little guests they had so much fun. And the big kids couldn't stay off the combo jumper. Totally worth it, I'll only rent from them now read more

I highly recommend coming to Maes Party Rentals for all your jumper needs! It's been about 2 years since I last rented a jumper for our church's events, and since that time, prices have almost doubled in many places! Always wanting to be budget-conscious, I took the *jump* with Maes for our most recent event. (Also, I loved that we were able to support a small and local business!) The customer service is top-notch. There was a slight mix-up, but Robin was ready to offer alternatives and even a small discount for it. I really appreciated that Robin was quick to make sure everything was exactly right. Set-up was smooth, even though I forgot to remove some things I'd told them I'd remove, but David just rolled with the punches and was very kind about it. I rented a jumper combo with the slide. The kids, small and big, loved jumping like maniacs inside and tired themselves out taking turns going down the slide. I don't have any good pictures of the whole jumper combo, but look at the smiles on our kids! I will be contacting Maes again for our future jumper needs! read more

Don't count on them!! This company was a no show for our rentals after we had a signed contract and confirmed delivery time they called and said they were double booked and wanted to change delivery date, we explained we needed the rentals and they confirmed a later delivery that same day, then later moved the time again and then texted and said they were sick and unable to deliver at all that day. After a phone call to their office an individual answered and pretended to not know what was happening promising to call back with an update. We never got a call back.. only a text later saying they could deliver the next day. At this point we no longer trusted we would get the delivery and had to pay more to another company for a last minute reservation. read more

Hired Mae's for a soft play area for my daughter's first birthday. We were able to discuss pricing, timing, and what we were looking for over the phone. The price was completely reasonable and I made a small deposit and signed the contract. The day before, the owner contacted me so we could set up a time for drop off. He arrived early the next morning and made suggestions on where to place the soft play and finalized it with me before setting it all up. I left him alone to set up for the party and he worked fast and efficiently! He informed us that he had a lot of events that day and if it would be ok if he came back in the evening to pick up.
