Best experience ever!!!!!! We were on the fence about having a graduation party, and waiting until a week before. My local rentals were all booked, so I left it up to YELP and sent out messages to companies they suggested. Johnathan at Jump now responded immediately and had everything we needed! He was such a wonderful communicator, and he really puts a lot of care in to his business. The night before he reminded me that I asked about adding a table. I had totally forgot about that need and he let me add an extra table at the last minute. Delivery was a breeze! He and his partner came and set everything up. His tables are gorgeous, they looked brand new!!!! He sanitized the jumper and it was really really clean!!!! What was extra for me was that they set up every single table and chair for us!!!!! I have never had a company do that. Usually they leave them on the side and we have to do it all ourselves. I was so grateful, because I have a really painful back injury and I was not looking forward to moving tables. This company is my now absolute favorite!!! I cannot believe I'm just barely seeing this place pop up on my yelp search! I've used about 6 different places for jumpers, and this one was by far THE BEST. He was super quick to respond to my inquiries, pricing was amazing. He had such great prices for a jumper and chair and table rentals. Honestly it was so cheap I was a little nervous if it was even legit, and he didn't even need a deposit. But he was the only place I saw that had a monster trucks banner which matched the theme perfectly so I had to book it. On the day of my scheduled party it was suddenly supposed to rain and I asked if I could reschedule to Saturday instead of Sunday, not thinking he would be so agreeable but he was so nice about it! Everything was SO clean, tables were brand new. chairs were in great condition. But I was most amazed at the condition of the jumper, so clean and no patched rips or grass and dirt and it smelled nice too, not that stinky musty smell you sometimes get with jumpers that haven't been properly cleaned. Rented the modular jumper with Peppa Pig from 8AM till 8PM for a great price! I shopped around and the same jumper was being rented at $50-$100 more for a shorter amount of time. I messaged the owner, Jonathan, through Yelp and he was very receptive. It took around half a day to get a message back and the booking was quick and easy. You give your phone number, address, time you'd like for the jumper to be set up and taken down, and the date you want to book and it's done. He messages you the night before for an estimated drop off time. It takes around 30-40 minutes to set up and sanitize the jumper. My kids and their cousins had a blast! I have used this company two times so far. First time was June 2020 and second time May 2021. Jonathan is awesome! His prices are very reasonable. As a matter of fact the cheapest I have found. He is very responsive. Service is punctual. When they arrive the jumper is cleaned with a leaf blower and then a sanitizer spray is used and wiped down. The jumpers are in immaculate shape. This last rental Jonathan brought an assistant to setup and teardown. Both wore masks and were very courteous. I highly recommend this company for jumpers.
