Do not rent from Enrique. They were extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. They refused to pick up slide overnight, it was picked up in the morning, after needing to stay on the street (per their request) and then called yelling profanity after it being picked it up. This is not someone you want to do business with.

Enrique is incredible!! He found me a slide last minute on the Fourth of July. It was the best slide for adults and teenagers. Do not rent from Enrique. They were extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Great communication, great service! They called to confirm the week before our event and then again 15 minutes before arriving. The guys are professional, quick and very helpful. We always use OC Jumper Guy for our events. This time I chose the 5 in 1 Princess bounce house and it was a hit! Enrique was great to work with and the OC Jumper team showed up on time. Unicorn bounce house was beautiful and clean with a generator to run at the park. I had nothing but raving reviews until the generator blew out after 3.5 hours and the house deflated. Would've been dangerous if the kids were in there and the kids wanted to go back in again but couldn't. I don't know how it broke when they gave us 2 generators too. :( read more

How do you make a 4 year old have the happiest birthday ever? You get him a GIANT double bounce slide from the OC Jumper Guy! We got an enormous Cars-themed bounce slide that barely fit in the driveway. We would climb up this middle section that was fairly steep to get up to two slides (one on either side). Then we barreled down the slides only to do it again...and again...and again. I thought the kids would get tired and bored of this thing after an hour or so, but boy was I wrong. My little guy even got up from his nap and the first thing he said was, "Is the slide still here?" which was followed by a "Ok, let's go!". We had the craziest Santa Ana winds the day of his little party and I was scared that they might cancel us. But when the OC Jumper Guy came to install the slide, they showed us how safe it was. They had like 400 pounds in sand bags on that thing. It wasn't going anywhere! And speaking of safety, the slide itself was really high but every nook and cranny was netted and secure. I felt like it was perfectly designed to ensure that the kids were totally safe. I couldn't have been more happy with this service. They came around 9 in the morning to install. Everyone was super nice and it was installed quickly. And we lucked out because they didn't pick up the slide until close to 7 pm (and we were literally still sliding on it when they drove up). We will definitely be back to this company for any future slide/bounce house needs! read more

I called the day before my sons bday party to rent a Fortnite jumper and the owner, Enrique, had the jumper to me within hours with no extra charge. I'm assuming because they were in the area and it made more geographic sense to bring it the night before. Which is totally fine with me because my kids had a blast with it. Enrique and his son who delivered the jumper were very prefossional and friendly. They put the jumper up within minutes, had their own extension cord and cleaned the jumper once it was up because they said they didn't want there to be footprints and dirt. THEN they used what looked like a leaf blower to get the rest of the dirt/leaves out. I've never seen service like that before!!!! The jumper was very sturdy and very good quality. What I liked most about it was that there was a strong net at the entrance so the kids could not roll/fly out (which has happened in the past with some cheap quality jumpers we've rented in the past) and that I could see the kids go up and down the slide. The slide landed inside the jumper not outside like Most combo jumpers and it had mesh in and around the whole thing so we could see what was going on. When the guys came to pick up the jumper they were very nice, polite, looked clean cut, had clean uniform shirts and were just very professional. This will be my go-to jumper rental spot from now on! read more

Hi friends! If you're looking for a great rental for your child's birthday or yours ... please place your order with this company! Enrique was amazing... the delivery was easy.. I appreciate the extra sanitation after set up and how detailed they are with explaining how to use our water slide. We rented this for our sons 10th birthday yesterday (7/22/20) and had the neighborhood kids join in. ***we were social distancing and we only had a total of 9 kids*** but it was the best best rental we have ever rented. The OC jumper guy will not disappoint! Price, I'd say it's perfect because you really get what you pay for and the smiles, laughs and fun your party has with their equipment is so sooooo worth it! Thank you again to these guys for making our quarantine birthday so successful and so so much fun... we really needed this! read more

Reserved an 18ft slide for my sons bday. It was perfect for the occasion since we can't go out anywhere due to covid. The guys that set up the jumper were professional and helpful with picking out a good spot for the jumper. I'm not to familiar with prices, I didn't really shop around. We ended up with the new 5-1 combo with the slide INSIDE and tunnel and basketball hoop because he said it was the most popular one and it fit my space perfectly. The pricing is for a full day and it's SO reasonable. We only needed it for a few hours so I asked for a later drop off and Steve even asked if I was sure since I was paying for the full day. I did prefer a later delivery time and they totally accommodated. The day before Steve called to confirm, and then answered more questions I had. Delivery day, and Jeff showed up ON THE DOT and set up was so easy and fast. They don't take payment until delivery which is amazing to ensure everything is up to par and it was! The jumper was a huge hit and the kids even cried when it had to be taken down. Jeff was nice and said the kids could help him deflate it and they had fun squeezing all the air out! I was a little embarrassed to have this in my yard, but it still worked. Secondly, we rented 6 umbrellas and they were completely unacceptable, they were super dirty and they all had holes, and the some of them were bent, we decided to take them out and put them back in the garage. These are the types of umbrellas you would find in a homeless camp. Overall 2 experience, not sure about the 5 start rating that is shown here.

Best decision I've ever made for a summer party and we will be doing this yearly for a while. This company is fantastic! Top of the line. The customer service was 100% perfect. I just planned an event for 600 people! I ordered one water slide, one inflatable that sprayed water inside and one jumper. We had other activities too, but the younger kids loved the inflatables! The jumper guy came out two days before the event and checked out the location to make sure we had enough electrical outlets and water supply. I would Definitely recommend to family and friends . I called last minute and needed a jumper for Labor Day they accommodated me and upgraded my jumper when the original jumper I reserved was damaged by previous renter . I measured wrong and the jumper wouldn't fit in the backyard but they made it fit in front and out teens had a ball . Great Service ! read more
