We rented a soft play setup from this business. At pickup, the business owners were couple that accused us of intentionally wetting the equipment because we had cleaned our concrete yard in the front part of our house with soap and water after the party. This accusation is completely false. We respect other people's property and would never intentionally damage rented equipment. The equipment was placed on grass and picked up in the evening on a day with extremely high humidity reaching up to 100%. As a result, there was visible condensation on the grass, vehicles, and surrounding surfaces. We calmly attempted to explain this and even pointed out the condensation as evidence. Unfortunately, both owners repeatedly interrupted us and refused to listen. The husband raised his voice and yelled at me, my husband, and my sister. The husband's behavior escalated to the point where he made an inappropriate and threatening comment about proving he could fight my husband. We kept saying how unprofessional his behavior was and how there was no need to get to that level. His conduct was alarming, aggressive, and highly unprofessional. When I asked what the resolution would be, the husband stated there would be a $100 fee. Immediately after, the wife stated the fee was $150. Wanting the confrontation to end, I paid the $150 on the spot. Afterward, it became clear that the fee was arbitrarily increased, and when questioned, the wife stated that it was "her business" and "her fee." At no point did either owner apologize or attempt to handle the situation professionally. This experience was hostile, intimidating, and unethical. I strongly caution others to reconsider using this business, as no customer should be treated this way or pressured into paying inconsistent fees under harassment.

Said to call the main line to finalize or if i had any questions. We were hosting a holiday party with 20 kids and I needed an activity to keep them outdoors for as much as possible LOL. When I called, I spoke to Steve who was jolly and answered all my questions. I wasn't sure which jumper I wanted but I measured my yard, gave Steve the specs, and he gave me a few options. We ended up with the new 5-1 combo with the slide INSIDE and tunnel and basketball hoop because he said it was the most popular one and it fit my space perfectly. The pricing is for a full day and it's SO reasonable. We only needed it for a few hours so I asked for a later drop off and Steve even asked if I was sure since I was paying for the full day. I did prefer a later delivery time and they totally accommodated. The day before Steve called to confirm, and then answered more questions I had. Delivery day, and Jeff showed up ON THE DOT and set up was so easy and fast. They don't take payment until delivery which is amazing to ensure everything is up to par and it was! The jumper was a huge hit and the kids even cried when it had to be taken down. Jeff was nice and said the kids could help him deflate it and they had fun squeezing all the air out! Yes, this is a small order, but I was willing to pay the $50 delivery fee which was the same price as the actual order. It should be noted in their FAQ's online it specifically states there is no minimum order, but I guess this is not true! Additionally, if there is a minimum, this should be clearly on the order page and it should not let you check out if you have not met their unspecified minimum. I'll be renting elsewhere of course, but worth the warning to others throwing a smaller event.
