I contacted this guy on Yelp and I got carried away by the 5 stars he has, he asked me for money in advance and by cash app I sent it to him and yesterday he was supposed to be here and he doesn't answer calls he has his cell phone turned off what a scammer, Yelp should remove this scammer so that more people don't happen the same, now my children are left without anything ...super angry read more

There was no contract presented and was only told about a cleaning fee when it was picked up. Initially was fine with credit card payment and then when it was time for payment only wanted Venmo. There was a 20% off discount offered on their website but was not able to take advantage as it was for a specific area - which was not noted in the fine print. The water slide was installed too close to the wall and it had kink for air passage. So it got soft on certain areas. Thankfully, Johnny responded right away when I informed him and was able to adjust it. This was my first time to rent a water slide. The kids had fun but the rental experience was not. read more

Reserved/deposit a Water slide for my sons first birthday with Johnnys jumpers and he bailed on me last minute. I asked him what time he will be delivering the slide and all he said is "before 2pm". I had to change my plans to be home during the delivery. Then He texts me again at 4:30pm saying he will be there after a drop off. 30 min later he cancels on me states his car broke down BUT THEN offers to deliver regular jumper? What a joke. This is a long over due review.. Johnny's jumper exceeded my expectations especially with some set up issues. He was able to accommodate. They had a big water jumpers for my teens and some of my adult family members. The jumpers were clean and we'll maintained. We got the 2 lane water slide for the weekend and we had the best day yesterday! I found Johnny through Yelp, he was quick to respond and easily answered all my questions. We then communicated through text and phone conversations. Payment was easy through Zelle...deposit upon booking and remaining payment after delivery. Since I was a kid my parents always got me the biggest waterslides, I was inspired of all the fun I would have with my family and friends.Even now that I'm an adult I still get excited and have a blast going down the slides . We rented a soft play setup from this business. At pickup, the business owners were couple that accused us of intentionally wetting the equipment because we had cleaned our concrete yard in the front part of our house with soap and water after the party. This accusation is completely false. We respect other people's property and would never intentionally damage rented equipment. The equipment was placed on grass and picked up in the evening on a day with extremely high humidity reaching up to 100%. As a result, there was visible condensation on the grass, vehicles, and surrounding surfaces. We calmly attempted to explain this and even pointed out the condensation as evidence. Unfortunately, both owners repeatedly interrupted us and refused to listen. The husband raised his voice and yelled at me, my husband, and my sister. The husband's behavior escalated to the point where he made an inappropriate and threatening comment about proving he could fight my husband. We kept saying how unprofessional his behavior was and how there was no need to get to that level. His conduct was alarming, aggressive, and highly unprofessional. When I asked what the resolution would be, the husband stated there would be a $100 fee. Immediately after, the wife stated the fee was $150. Wanting the confrontation to end, I paid the $150 on the spot. Afterward, it became clear that the fee was arbitrarily increased, and when questioned, the wife stated that it was "her business" and "her fee." At no point did either owner apologize or attempt to handle the situation professionally. This experience was hostile, intimidating, and unethical. I strongly caution others to reconsider using this business, as no customer should be treated this way or pressured into paying inconsistent fees under harassment.
