I didn't get the chance to actually use this company because they cancelled my order. I placed an order online for 2 tables and 16 chairs for my son's birthday party. Yes, this is a small order, but I was willing to pay the $50 delivery fee which was the same price as the actual order. It should be noted in their FAQ's online it specifically states there is no minimum order, but I guess this is not true! Additionally, if there is a minimum, this should be clearly on the order page and it should not let you check out if you have not met their unspecified minimum. I'll be renting elsewhere of course, but worth the warning to others throwing a smaller event. read more

We used Party Pro Rental Center again as we had a fairly large party in our backyard. Since it was a casual party, we leveraged the seating options we already had and supplemented our needs with a tall cocktail table plus associated linen which we used for drinks pluw some additional heat lamps. Had it been more formal, I would have gone with one of their packages where they do pretty wallet-friendly bundles. For example, their 30 Bronze Packet includes 30 white folding chairs and 3 60" round tables OR 3 8' rectangular tables for $69.75. You can upgrade the chairs to white resin padded ones and add in linens for an additional charge. As was our experience before, everything was super easy to book and their communication is on point. They delivered the day before and let me know when to expect them. We were not home on the day they picked up and they texted me to let them know they were their way and then that they had taken the rentals when they showed up. All I had to do was put away the dog...we LOVE easy! Party Pro Rental definitely has my business for any rentals in our future. read more

Found this company on yelp and hired Raul for Astro turf rental this weekend for a small baby shower. Everything from beginning to end was excellent. I would hire Raul again in my next event. Here are few things that I thought went exceptionally well - 1. Communication - honestly, this was as good as communication could have gone. Raul and Alicia answered all my questions and replied to my calls/text promptly. 2. Accountability - even tho my project was super small, around $150, Raul offered to visit my backyard prior to the event to make sure the work will be perfect. This was really helpful because we walk through how the rentals would look. He pointed out the challenges to some of my visions and worked out solutions with me. The extra time he took on my small budge event was highly appreciated. 3. Rentals - Raul and Alicia came and installed the fake grass in my backyard. They did an amazing job as it looked amazing. That is the only negative thing I can say about them and I can't even hold that against them because I was asking for something during Grad week and everyone and their mother was renting furniture . From start to finish everyone at Party Pro was awesome . I initially didn't know what I wanted so Alicia suggested a site inspection for $85 ! Yes , great . Raul came over and helped me plan where to put tables and chairs and canopies for my 70th birthday party I was planning for my husband. So immediately the stress was gone ! They priced my event reasonably . I started to rent a stage for the band but that ended up to be overkill . So we set the band up on my concrete patio. All the furniture , tables and chairs and linens were clean and everything was just perfect . The equipment arrived 2 days before the party and it was helpful to have the tables in advance prior to the event. I set up the tables and chairs myself to save a little money . It was easy . I rented a kids table and chairs online for Thanksgiving. I did not see anywhere where there was a minimum order. There was also no option to choose when the items would be needed. I followed up via email to provide the dates we would need items. I received a refund a little while later with a short note stating my order doesn't reach the minimum.
