The only thing Yenni's delivers is unnecessary stress, headaches, and frustration. Do yourself a favor and avoid all of that by not hiring them. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt after one bad experience, but after an even bigger disaster the second time around, I'm done.. and I hope sharing my experience saves someone else the stress. The first negative experience happened in 2025 during a surprise baby shower for my BFF. A slumber party-themed movie night. I rented several items, including a very simple white bench. TWO days before the event, Elia Trejo (who had taken my order two months earlier) called to say the bench I had reserved and already paid for was no longer available. Her solution? "Take a look at our inventory and pick something else." Well... they didn't have another bench. The closest thing that fit my event was the only neutral-colored couch they had. The alternative? No seating and having my very pregnant BFF and several ladies over the age of 55 sitting on the floor. Here's the fun part: the couch cost $265 more than the bench I originally rented, and because they didn't have anything comparable at the price I'd already paid, Elia insisted I cover the difference. I'm sorry... what? You call me TWO days before my event because you can't honor our contract, then expect me to pay hundreds of dollars more for the replacement? Pure delusion. After multiple phone calls explaining what "taking responsibility for your mistake" looks like, they finally honored the original price. But I spent the two days leading up to my event glued to my phone and unnecessarily stressed over a problem I didn't create. The second headache (aka the caca show): my dad's surprise 60th. We rented several items, including two 20x20 marquee tents. The invoice? Around $1,500. Not exactly pocket change. When I emailed Elia Trejo in early May, I clearly requested same-day delivery, setup, teardown, and pickup for our June 6th event. One week before the party, I was told same-day delivery would cost an additional $175. Fine, I agreed to pay it. A few days later, someone else from the office called to say they couldn't offer same-day delivery after all... even with the extra fee. My only option? A weekend delivery (Friday-Sunday) which alone cost me $375.00. With only 4 days before my event, I agreed to the weekend delivery. They promised they'd call with a Friday delivery window... they never did. After chasing them down for TWO days, I finally got a timeframe: Friday, 7-9pm. Not ideal, but fine. So I drove to my grandma's (aka the "venue") and waited. 7pm... nothing. 8pm... nothing. 9pm... nothing. By 9:30pm I couldn't even call the office because they're closed after 5pm and on weekends. I called Elia's number from the contract, left a voicemail, and at 10pm the driver finally called saying they were on their way (coincidence? ‍). They arrived around 10:30pm, finished setting up the tents after midnight, then realized they didn't have my full order. They forgot FOUR 8-foot tables... enough seating for 40 people. Their solution? "We'll bring them tomorrow morning. Don't stress." Saturday morning... we're still waiting for our tables. We are stressed - the party starts at 11am. I spent the morning calling the office, Elia's personal number, and even the delivery driver's number from the night before. Nothing. No answers. No callbacks. No delivery truck. No tables. In one last desperate plea, I DM'd the company on Instagram, practically begging for help because our party was starting in less than two hours. Somehow... they responded to the DM. Who would've thought social media would be the most reliable way to reach a party rental company? Our tables showed up one hour before guests arrived. Thanks, media team. ‍ This is pure unnecessary stress. The lack of communication, organization, and overall quality from Yenni's is a joke. Parties are stressful enough, why add such bs to your clients plate this way? I'd like to mention that every time I was able to speak to someone - I heard the typical runaround "we are so busy, it's busy season, our weekends are so busy with weddings" If you are so busy.. why did you accept my order? Why did you take my money if my order wasn't a priority? Either stop taking orders and honor the orders you have or hire additional delivery drivers and trucks to keep up with the orders you are saying yes to. A note for the business owner: the lack of communication and organization from Elia Trejo is the reason you are losing me as a client (a regular, repeated customer) I'd consider reevaluating the people you have in charge of your delivery schedule and email correspondence. I'd also like to suggest a working phone number on the weekends.. it's insane to not have a contact number available on the days ya'll are "busiest" with deliveries. For the sake of all parties across Orange County and Los Angeles, do better or close up shop. read more

Yennis Party Rentals - Setting up after midnight (was supposed to be done by 9pm) also, didn't have our full order. Don't book this company. - Party Equipment Rentals Near Me - Orange, California

I waited until after my wedding to write this review so I could be fair. I would strongly advise saving yourself the stress of receiving scratched tables and beat-up chairs for your event. Unfortunately, the quality of the rental items was disappointing. The tables arrived with noticeable scratches, and the chairs were visibly worn. When I called to express my concerns, I was given several explanations for why the tables were in that condition. However, none of this was disclosed on their website, and no one mentioned it before taking my payment. If this level of wear is considered normal, customers should be told upfront so they know what to expect, especially when they are charging extra for wood. For such an important event, I expected rental items to be in much better condition. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. read more

We are very happy we went with Yennis party rentals for our daughter's quinceañera party this past weekend. In the beginning, we over estimated what we needed and Arlen made some solid recommendations as this was our first major party. We were permitted through the process to eliminate items and add more. We made a deposit early on and final payment and final edits one week prior to the event. Star was super helpful emailing the updated invoice. The day of the event, they arrived early and set up at Woman's Club of Orange. Arlen was their to guide staff with our table set up design and plates and glassware. We were very happy with the look. We did have hired staff who rinsed dishes and glasses; and returned to dishwasher crates. At the end of the evening, staff arrived to help with takedown and cleared the place within the hour. Overall, we rented Plates, Glasses, gold flatware, napkins, table linens, green runners, wooden padded chairs, cocktail tables with linens, and the double seated throne for my daughter's quince ball gown. Note - centerpieces were done by @zvenuedecoration. read more

While Denise was quick to reply and update my invoice, the company could work on delivery in a timely manner. I was charged $175 for EXPEDITED DELIVERY and additional $75 for delivery - that's a total of $250 for delivery alone and they still couldn't deliver in time. I waited 4 hours for them to arrive on a Friday. My event was for Saturday. If I had had them deliver on Saturday, they would've been soooo late and my guests would all be standing - with no tables or chairs. They've been quick to reply leading up to the event and charged my cc. But when asked to refund me my EXPEDITED DELIVERY fee... crickets. As someone who is also in the event planning business, I expected more from Yennis. I will not be using again and would not recommend to friends, families, or vendors. read more

Reached out to Yennis PR a few days before my event for simple 4 tables with chairs. Response was OK at best. Slow to respond. Semi professional. They were quick to request payment, but that was where the quickness ended. Delivery was supposed to be 10-12. I contacted them at roughly 12:30 since I didn't hear anything and he said "since you added a couple tables last min it changed your delivery time". Which of course they never said. But OK. Whatever. He said they are already on their way. Should be there in 30-45 min (or whatever he said). 30 min later I get a call from someone saying he wants to confirm my address cause they are bringing the rentals. I said OK go ahead--expecting him to know my address. He did not. Didn't know the number. The street. The city even. I'm 100% sure that if I didn't reach out asking where they were that nobody would've shown up. I give him my info and he says "ok they are on their way. Give them ANOTHER 30-45 min. They guys who come are fine. Although they park in the driveway automatically without asking. Which is quite odd without asking. Thankfully their truck didn't leak any oil--so no harm no foul. The chairs that they delivered (wooden chairs for a premium price) were pretty trashed. Many were broken and unsafe to sit on. Couple guests commented on theirs that when they sat it over extended the seat. Luckily I ordered extras. They looked fine--from 15 feet away. Not well taken care of. Tables were fine. Pickup--no response. They said "Monday or Tuesday". Haha. I reached out Monday to ask an ETA. No response. No surprise. Nothing Tuesday. 5:30pm on Tuesday someone parks on my driveway again--fortunately I was here to open the gate. Definitely would not use them again. So many companies out there, I'll find one that's organized, responsive and professional and give them my money. 2 stars is fair. read more

Execellent communication a reliable friendly service. We will be back for our next event

Yennis provided the rentals for our wedding in May and they were so easy to work with! I was able to place my rental order and make changes as needed leading up to the wedding day with ease. They set up everything on time and it all looked so gorgeous! They also have a showroom where you can see everything in person before you make your decision. Highly recommend Yennis for your party rental needs! read more

Yenni's Party Rentals was informative and accommodating to my last minute rental request. I will definitely recommend them in the future.

They handled a good size event last minute and helped us get what we needed. Delivery guys were helpful and friendly and moved the event tents exactly how we needed them. Rental items were clean and in good shape and pickup was smooth as well. read more

The Quality of the equipment was excellent. I rented 3 sets of the Expresso, picnic table -bench set, absolutely gorgeous to look at, and comfortable! I also rented the dolphin water slide, and a mini jumper. They both were a big hit. Customer service was great over the phone, easy to order! The delivery person was very respectful, and made sure that everything was perfect before leaving. I'm definitely programming Yennis Party Rentals into my contacts for future business read more

Everything about my experience with Yennis Party Rentals was excellent. I reached out just three days before my event and was worried about the short notice and pricing, but their customer service put me at ease right away. They offered flexible delivery and pickup options, a variety of tables and chairs to choose from, and were incredibly helpful throughout the process. When I went to pick up the items, everyone in the office was so nice and helpful. It made the whole experience even better. I actually found out about them through my company, which uses Yennis for all events because of their fair pricing and hassle-free setup and teardown. This was by far the easiest, quickest, and most affordable rental experience I've had. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again! read more

Had a last minute bounce house need, and Yenni's Party Rentals came in clutch!!! I was driving on the street and saw their truck in my area, so decided to give them a call to get a quote. The price was super reasonable and beat the other price quote I got by $30, so I went with them. They delivered 2 hours before the party per my request (as I did not want the morning dew to affect the bounce house) and the kids had a blast! They called me the next morning and picked it up with no problems. I had a great intake call with Aurelio - he was very nice and professional. Would recommend them over and over again! read more

Quick and easy booking, furniture was very nice and delivery/pick up was smooth. Great experience!

Good party rental business overall. The biggest thing about this company is that customer service is amazing yet lacking. They're extremely polite, kind, and accommodating, but communication can be inconsistent and almost absent. It is understandable that they are very busy. Therefore, getting a hold of them for a quote can be a challenge and receiving responses as told sometimes does not happen. If you want their service, prepare to be patient and persistent. However, whenever you are able to get a hold of them, they are friendly and professional people, and they also offer great prices for party equipment rental. THE INQUIRY PROCESS Wednesday: I first noticed their business on Yelp and went on their website to look at what items they offer and the prices. Their website is very detailed and helpful. I saw that we're able to request a quote through the website. In the request message, I mentioned what items I needed and provided my email address and phone number. Waited at least 48 hours since that's how long the website said it could take for a response, but I never got a response. Friday: I called them around 4pm. No answer. The automated outgoing voicemail mentioned that they can be texted at that same phone number, so I texted them right after. No response. Saturday: I tried calling them again around 11:30am. No answer. So I called their Cerritos location. My phone call was answered by a woman, and she politely asked me to text her which items I was looking to rent, and she told me she'd message me back with a quote within an hour. I texted her within 10 mins after we hung up. She never responded. Sunday: I tried calling this location's phone number again around 11:40am. My phone call was surprisingly answered immediately within the first ring. I was helped by Aurelio who asked me what my party needs were, kindly answered all of my questions, and ensured that I received my quote via email. To sum up the entire process I experienced of trying to get a quote to finally being able to make a deposit to book them (obtaining an initial quote, adjusting/finalizing my quote, proceeding with booking them by asking where to make the deposit, and asking other general questions), it was pretty difficult to get in contact with them. Texts were never responded to, and emails were responded to over 3 days later after I had called them asking for a follow up. The most reliable way to get a response from them was by calling, but even then, my call was missed about 80% of the time. THEIR SERVICES I contacted a bunch of party equipment rental business that I found on Yelp in the OC area, and Yennis had one of the best prices. They also seem professional for the most part where their website is informative/organized and the price breakdown is provided as a PDF document on their company letterhead. The week of my event, I was told I'd receive a call about 45-60 mins ahead of time on the day of their arrival to set up the equipment, but I never received the call and they showed up at a time that was somewhat unexpected. The rental items they provided to me (20x30 tent, white padded resin chairs, round tables, and cocktail tables) were good overall. All the chairs and tables were dirty and dusty, so we had to wipe all of them down. The tent walls were a bit dirty with a noticeable tear in one of the walls. However, the equipment served their purpose and were all at least stable with no worries during our event. read more

DO NOT USE BEWARE! The delivery drivers are careless and crashed into our car. The owner is a coward and never accepted responsibility and hid behind some young kid receptionist. Most of the stuff they rent out is filthy and either missing parts or looks trashy. Too many good rental places out there to have to use this place that doesn't even know how to spell Jenny. They need serious help. read more

We used Yennis Party rentals for our wedding in October 2022. They were so helpful and came through with everything we needed. Aurelio was also very patient and responsive to the fact that I had to make some changes pretty close to the date and was freaking out on my end, but he made sure we had everything we needed and quickly updated our contract when changes took place. They had a lot of great choices, and they were more affordable than other rental companies we looked into. I am so happy we chose to go with Yennis! I HIGHLY recommend Yennis for any of your party rental needs!!! read more

Pretty frustrating experience trying to get a hold of someone/anyone there. I understand "peak wedding season" and terms like this: I'm a vendor as well, but it shouldn't take more than 3 weeks to try to schedule a day to come in person. I had the worst experience with this company!! There was other issues but the biggest inconvenience was we ordered 90 wooden chairs and literally 60 were damaged and 20 unable to use. Jose from sales was super helpful for my wedding this past summer. He was responsive and accommodating to our needs, and everything was at a great price compared to other rental companies! Would strongly recommend!! read more

Used Yennis service twice and both times were great. Rented table & chairs only, we did pick up ourselves due to wanting them a day earlier, they had no problem with that. They do deliver if needed. I've rented many times from them before and now during COVID-19, they went above and beyond and did not disappoint. I opted to rent a water slide inflatable. However I naturally had questions. Disinfecting and sanitation was at the top of my list. They explained everything and I inspected upon arrival. All looked clean. I still cleaned it when it arrived but really, it didn't need it. Pick up times and drop offs are a breeze. They are very flexible and work with you. Only gripe- the slide had minimal leak via the slide and partially missed the water containment basin. So, expect a bit of water run off. No big deal. The point is to get wet but it's be nice if it held it all. It's tall... very tall. You'll need about a 15x25 space for this slide. I'll continue to rent equipment from his company. read more

Used in the past but even then they had issues. I put up with it because they had decent prices but now everyone has their prices. They do not respond to emails. They do not answer their phone- voicemail is always full and cannot leave message. Texting? Don't bother- no response. So much attitude from them via email when you call them out for not responding to calls, texts or emails. How do you run a business like this?! Extremely unprofessional!! If i could give the option of no stars I would. We had a small wedding reception that was planned prior about 1-2 months in advance. The communication skills prior to event was terrible it took us about 3-4 days of non stop calling from myself and another individual to finally get them on the phone to even discuss our event. On top of that they didn't even bring enough supplies for the event let alone staff to prepare prior. They arrived on time with 5 individuals and left only two to set up an entire event for an hour an half. The two guys who were there took their sweet time and we started to help them set up our event because their manger didn't account for anything. Guest started to arrive and we had to have them wait until we were still helping them set up on top of us having to get ready. I would most defiantly not recommend this party rental due to their lack of professionalism, communication, preparation, and timing especially due to their pricing. read more

Yennis did a party next door to my residence. Driver ignored cones and did a 12 point turn in my driveway, marking it severely.
