I couldn't of been happier with Miguel's customer service and being so professional!! I reached out last year and put a deposit down for my baby shower but I had to cancel it due to Covid. A year has passed, I reached out to Miguel he was able to transfer my deposit to my new order. ( I called around all Orange County and Miguel was the fastest to respond and best price) I ordered tables, chairs, linens and napkins. Miguel arrived on time with a helper, set up all the tables, chairs and table cloths quickly & neatly. All the table cloths and napkins where so clean (absolutely no stains!!) Booked with Daniella's through Esmerelda back in November 2021 to reserve chairs (qty 900) for a wedding, half for the ceremony, and half for the reception. Initially, she was very accommodating and friendly. She told us that she couldn't supply as they didn't have the inventory which is completely understandable. So we went with booking half the chairs through Daniella's and the other half with another vendor. I will say that the process wasn't the most professional and formal. As much as a good customer service front is important, following through and the execution of the service is exponentially more important. We get to a month before the wedding and we are finalizing guest counts and confirming reservations with vendors when we get a text message from Esmerelda notifying us that the contract is off and the chairs cannot be reserved. Not even a phone call or email. The apology didn't seem very heartfelt as she seemed to just try to get it done and over with and said there is a personal matter. Now I understand that life does get in the way but this is when the professionalism went out the window. I made a phone call to inquire about the cancellation and there was no further explanation as to why the reservation was cancelled besides a personal issue. She said she would provide numbers for other vendors and has not sent any vendor information. In general, if a vendor would have to back out last minute like this, I would at least expect the vendor to have contacted other vendors and find availability for the client before backing out and leaving the client in the dust. Looking through the reviews, there are many good reviews which I hope is the case for most customers but I do also see some poor reviews of unprofessionalism so it seems that it's not the first time. Maybe for simple events they would be a better vendor to go with but I wouldn't risk it for major events like weddings if there are last minute changes and unprofessionalism like this. read more

Beware. These are not good people. I normally do not want to write negative reviews but this was a bad experience. My wife mostly dealt with Esmeralda. First of all she would not respond on time and would be annoyed if we ask questions. This was our first event and we had few questions. At the last moment she even refused to deliver portion of our arrangements. We were fortunate that we found a backup so close to the event. Secondly, she scammed me into paying her extra. On the day of the event she told me that the payment was short and I paid her that on the spot but i did not know my wife had already paid her that amount in advance. This was just before the event so we were all busy and I could not contact my wife about it. On top of that, she delivered one less item. SHE REFUSED TO REFUND THE EXTRA PAYMENT OR AMOUNT FOR UNDELIVERED ITEM. I understand mistakes happen but these ARE NOT GOOD PEOPLE. They are not reliable. Especially if you are dealing with someone for your important event, I would stay away from people like these. Look somewhere else. read more

I used DAL for my daughters pre prom party. I found Esmeralda to be very professional. I communicated with her what I needed and she sent me several pictures of ideas of the items they had and some work they had already done. I found them to be less expensive than other companies I had received quotes from. They delivered cocktail tables, linens, overlays, red carpets and poles for the party. Delivery was on time and very professional. Everything was set up and ready to go ahead of time. They picked Up everything at the agreed uptown. I have used Yelp to find several companies and once again I have not been disappointed. DAL provided excellent customer service. I would definitely use them again for any of my party needs! Wasn't sure exactly how to rate them. Here's why: Keep in mind this is last minute (hence the extra star as opposed to giving 1). I called several times the past few weeks and couldn't get a hold of anyone. Forgetting that I needed to order something I had to call last min sat morning. I called prior to them opening and lest a message. I then called back a little after opening and they hadn't listened to it (not a huge deal--but on a separate note it's always strange when "businesses" answer by just saying hello). I ask about my 5 linens and the gentlemen said "hold on"...then a lady answered. "Hello" (again--a little weird when it's a business). The lady was kind and said she had what I needed and could meet me at their warehouse in 5 min--which was perfect because I was 5 min away. About 3 min later she called me and said she couldn't wait any longer and she had to drive to Newport Beach. Pretty big disappointment. But at least she called I guess. Maybe I'll try again. Maybe not. I'm pretty big into customer service and was not impressed. read more

Esmeralda was very professional and helpful when we needed to add extra chairs at the last minute and assured me everything would be delivered at 10am on Saturday. the delivery was right on time, set-up went smoothly and the crew was courteous and professional. My wedding was 11/17/17 at the Diamond Bar Center. I hired DAL rentals to supply us with all the linens and dinner settings. I had a good experience with Esmeralda from the moment we met her. We used DAN Party Rentals services for over two years now and believe we found the company for life. They are responsible, efficient, punctual, affordable, and have an amazing event planner. When we first started, they helped us to put together a block party for 300 people, helped to separate "wants" from "needs", and demonstrated an amazing level of dedication to a client. On top of that, the company is family-owned, so local economy and this is what we need to prosper. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to rent equipment for any event, big, or small, upscale or not. To those who have problems to reach them over the phone, leave a message or text and they usually get back to me within a couple of hours. You need to understand that when you call DAL, you call directly to the people who are setting up an event and they are very busy. If I could make a suggestion is that you do NOT trust Esmeralda. I hired her to do my daughters bday party and I requested her to get me a certain color for the centerpiece flowers and on multiple times she said she would check and she would try to get me what I wanted. Well long story short 3 days before the party she got me a "sample" of the colors she would use for the centerpieces . The sample was 3 different sizes of the same flower. I told her that was not what I wanted and I wanted to go pick out the flowers she would use. She didnt like that so she canceled the entire party setup (tables, chairs, linen, table settings, lounge and centerpieces) and kept $500. I told her she had no idea who she was messing with and she would regret it. She then followed by sending me a text message saying I had threatened her and she would need to report it. Needless to say I was hurt and nervous because i didnt know what i was going to do. Thank God there was people who were cared enough to help me get the party back in order. My suggestion is you find a person who is honest and cares about your event. Don't give her any money. read more

On both occasions, for both events I did this year I was able to get a hold of Esmeralda and she worked to get the right color schemes and the right items I needed with a limited amt of time.
