Storefront is 'Pure Water' with fiesta pinata in small lettering below it, a tad confusing to find. Came to see piñatas in person to get a feel for size and shape. The piñatas themselves had good selection, were decently sized and priced ok for $29. They just... weren't that cute? Designs were kind of 'loud', and very mainstream with very vibrant colors. We were hoping for something with a softer aesthetic. Quick searches on Target or Amazon show smaller, similarly priced, but cuter designs. read more

The store was clean and quite busy with people refilling their water jugs and getting some treats. A gentleman saw me looking and asked if I needed any help I was appreciative since it was my first time. He gave me the pricing and let me wander. The owner lady behind the counter also offered her assistance a little later when I was eyeing a number 9 pinata. Due to pinata having a boo boo at the bottom, I did not want to purchase it. She said more would come the next day if I was interested in it. I found the pricing to be more than other stores in the area. Even though I ended up buying my pinata from another store, I do appreciate their kindness. read more

This is my second time here and the service was great as my first! Reason why I came back. I love that the store opens early! I came in for one thing and I always get something else! They have so many great things. The gelatina is so good and I recently got a vampiro juice while I waited for my balloons. The juice had an amazing taste!! Alejandra was so helpful and so kind! I visited this store to purchase balloons, numbers balloons to be exact! I called before I drove down to the store, the lady confirmed that she had number balloons (3 and 0 ) in the color pink. I went to the store to pick up the balloons. She gave me two different color balloon, which was the first disappointment. I decided to still purchase the balloons because it was for a special occasion, so I was going to try to make it work. I got all the way home to see tape patched on the balloon to cover a ripped whole ! The balloon was now almost deflated. I then called the store, and they said to come back and they will figure it out. Once I got to the store the lady told me she is only refunding the 0 , but i purchased a 30, for my sisters 30th birthday, I said I don't need the 3 if I don't have the 0. They said they don't have anymore 0's but will not refund me. They knew they sold me a damaged 0 when I first came to purchase it , so it's only right to refund me for the whole transaction. I asked for a store credit, anything ! The two ladies yelled and said No Refund. I told her that they knew they sold me a defected balloons and that was the least they could do. The service was horrible ! I told her that I would be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and she laughed and said "go ahead" I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! read more

Do not be fooled! This is not just a place to get filtered or alkaline water. They also carry sodas, Thrifty ice cream parlor, candy, piñatas, and different Mexican drinks like CHAMOMANGO! For my chamomango they informed me that there's a bottle of chamoy on the side if I needed to add more. I'd suggest adding more. Once my drink melted after a few minutes everything sort of blended together and I lost the taste of the chamoy. It was still delicious and it had chunks of real mango in it as well. Here's a tip, if you're getting amazing tacos at Tacos Los Guerros next door, make sure to stop by here to get a chamomango while you're waiting for your order or after for dessert to get some helado. Everyone that works there is really nice (I think it's family run) and attentive. I'll definitely be back! read more

I was so bummed I went for all 4 kid's birthday that are back to back bought candies and bought balloons and wanted to help local business. On the birthday for my daughter my husband went bought balloons and came back home and the balloons were small and shrinking. I called to complain and kid was laughing put a girl she apologized and said that they would refund but never did not even a call back nothing. I spent a lot with them my kids birthdays are Jan 2 in February and 1 in March so back to back and that's the way they treat you really not worth it. Very disappointed read more
