Sorry, but a lot of people change their minds. But, that wasn't me ... I asked what more I needed to do to show I wanted my order. I submitted the form on her website, I emailed her, I chose the colors I wanted and what I wanted the balloon to say. She said I needed to give her a time and address for pickup. How was I supposed to know to give more information if she never asked?? Everyone makes mistakes and when I emailed after SHE screwed up, and screwed me over, I expected only accountability on her part, which she never took! Even when I said all I wanted was her to take accountability and not blame me, the customer, for her mistake ... she still didn't take accountability. There are tons of people doing the same thing this "business" is doing. I'd personally rather pay triple for someone reliable than pay less for horrible follow through. I chose her because a lot of people I am friends with follow her. I've personally messaged those people to warn them and now I'm warning you. This business has HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION!!! I should've found someone else the moment I had to complete two forms on the webpage before getting an initial response. Other places nearby doing the same thing, but better ... look them up on ig: Creativeballons_, blooming.petals, sweetsandmorebyliz, lulusballoonland, mandalasky, graceand_confetti Choose one of them ... stay away from this place if you want to avoid having to walk someone through what good customer service looks like. Customer service is surely not the priority of this business, posting reels and photos is their priority, not people.
