From the initial inquiry through the the day of the party, communication was prompt and fully detailed. She took my general idea for my baby's party and came up with a brilliant design, sharing ideas and photos along the way to make sure we were happy with the vision long before the actual party. On the day of, she came at the agreed upon time and set everything up with ease. She even added an extra board to complete the backdrop because she thought it would make the whole picture look better with that extra little touch. Then she came and disassembled everything after the party too, leaving us with the personalized birthday sign that we still have in our baby's room today! Our experience with the owner of Randy's Events, Randy Ramos, was unprofessional and unpleasant…read more He stole $200 because we did not receive the backdrop we purchased from him. We Zelled his "sister" the $200 back in December 2025. After we zelled the money, there was no more communication because his Instagram was disabled. So we contacted him through his sister's phone number, since she is the one we had Zelled the money to. Which makes us wonder if Randy would have even contacted us about our order, if we would not have reached out to her. He confirmed we would be able to pick up the backdrop on Tuesday, January 20th after 6pm. We messaged him when we were on our way to his house to pick up the item. We messaged him 10 mins before arriving to the address provided and he responded letting us know he wasn't home. We asked if someone could help us with the item, he responded "No. That's not my house. I use someone's house to work out of". We asked what time he would arrive because we had driven from far. He didn't respond for an hour. We were waiting infront the home in our car. We weren't sure if our purchase was a scam or not, so we decided to knock on the door. Someone opened the door and let us know Randy wasn't there and had not let them know someone was going to pick up an item. The person was polite and apologetic since we told them we were coming from far, and took our information to pass to Randy. When Randy found out we had knocked on the door because the person at the house let him know, he sent a belligerent message, cursing and screaming. He closed out his message with "Good luck finding someone else!" At that point we knew he wasn't planning on giving us our purchased item.
