Everyone makes mistakes and when I emailed after SHE screwed up, and screwed me over, I expected only accountability on her part, which she never took! Even when I said all I wanted was her to take accountability and not blame me, the customer, for her mistake ... she still didn't take accountability. There are tons of people doing the same thing this "business" is doing. I'd personally rather pay triple for someone reliable than pay less for horrible follow through. I chose her because a lot of people I am friends with follow her. I've personally messaged those people to warn them and now I'm warning you. This business has HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION!!!
