No email and no call back for two days. Next, I decided to call the number listed. Yaneth (Owner) answered the phone and sounded somewhat polite. She briefly explained what they do and stated that she was busy at the moment and asked if she could call me back that night at 7:00 pm. I said it was fine. I checked out of work early to wait for her call and I had someone else waiting so we could talk in conference mode. Yaneth never called that night. The following day, I waited and waited for her call back. Nothing. Finally at around 3:00 pm, I decided to call her back. She picked up and I ID'ed myself reminding her that she had stood me up the night before. She claimed that her phone had "died on her" (how professional) and then she offered a lukewarm apology that didn't even feel as such. She asked if she could "call me back in five minutes" ..."hmmmm... sure" I said, giving her the benefit of the doubt. She never called back!!! Here I am now two full days later and still no call back. I had never dealt with someone more unprofessional, rude and unethical. Yaneth. I actually want to thank you publicly for not calling back twice because it's obvious that you're not very professional very unreliable. I'm glad I didn't hire you for my event.. phew!! Only God knows if you would've gone missing the day of my event. Friends, if your XV party, or wedding is important to you, don't trust this lady.
