He answered all of my questions and checked in periodically as our RSVPs came in and our rental needs changed. FYI We ordered 10 8ft tables and 60 white resin chairs. They were in perfect shape and great quality. From the first phone call with Federico, to the estimate and invoicing, to the delivery and pickup, everything was easy, clear, and stress-free. The communication around both the drop-off and pickup was excellent. 100% on time. I always knew what to expect, and the crew was professional, friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. I actually went to their location to place my order since I needed to look at their rentals to get a better picture of what I wanted for my party. I throw a "Friendsmas" annually and every year, I have to top the previous year. This year I actually wanted to throw a cute candlelight dinner for about 26-30 of my closest friends. I actually was inspired by one of their tables in their upstairs showroom. I got the garland from a black friday sale, but the tables, chairs, table covers, and napkins were all from Pico Party Rents. It is pricey, but everything came out so perfectly. Margarita was so helpful and my my table setting was so cute! She walked me through everything and even gave me a lot of options to choose from. I actually ordered all my rentals probably 1 week before my party (I was busy ok? haha) and they delivered. Billy also helped me out and kept me in the loop since my table covers were to be ordered and delivered the day of the party. I loved everything. Delivery was in the morning and pick-up was the next day. I would do my rentals from them from now on. My velour table covers were a hit! You get what you pay for and I loved everything! They are very busy, so if you can go to their showroom and do order, I would. It may be a little hard to get them on the phone, due to their popularity. But their rentals are great and I would recommend them to anyone!

Then, he stopped by so he could get the exact measurements and do we could go over table placements to include a DJ stand and a cake table. The tent (with blowers) was fantastic as were his installation/break down crews. The tent, blowers, lighting, tables, chairs and linens were all supplied and delivered by Pico.
