I sent her photos of what I wanted and she was able to make it a reality. She was super easy to communicate with, and responded to my many questions in the most timely, prompt, and kindest manner. Sorry, but a lot of people change their minds. But, that wasn't me ... I asked what more I needed to do to show I wanted my order. I submitted the form on her website, I emailed her, I chose the colors I wanted and what I wanted the balloon to say. She said I needed to give her a time and address for pickup. How was I supposed to know to give more information if she never asked?? Everyone makes mistakes and when I emailed after SHE screwed up, and screwed me over, I expected only accountability on her part, which she never took! Even when I said all I wanted was her to take accountability and not blame me, the customer, for her mistake ... she still didn't take accountability. There are tons of people doing the same thing this "business" is doing. I'd personally rather pay triple for someone reliable than pay less for horrible follow through. I chose her because a lot of people I am friends with follow her. I've personally messaged those people to warn them and now I'm warning you. This business has HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION!!! I should've found someone else the moment I had to complete two forms on the webpage before getting an initial response. Other places nearby doing the same thing, but better ... look them up on ig: Creativeballons_, blooming.petals, sweetsandmorebyliz, lulusballoonland, mandalasky, graceand_confetti Choose one of them ... stay away from this place if you want to avoid having to walk someone through what good customer service looks like. We have met other couples who have never met their day-of coordinator nor communicated with them. This surprised us as that was not the case with Danielle. Danielle is thorough with every single detail and will help coordinate all of the vendors. She helps to organize your timeline as well as gives you tools to organize preparation for decor. Danielle was personable and warm to communicate with. She truly knows her craft well and does it with the utmost diligence, timeliness, and professionalism. She called all vendors and organized everything to make scheduling easy and also helped us ask the right questions that i would have never thought of. On our wedding day, we were expecting rain and wanted to have our wedding outside. She tried her best to work with the venue in order to make it possible. Candace knows a good mix of giving her thoughts but also allowing us to make our own decisions. She's very patient and never once appeared to be frustrated. Everyone in our bridal party and family loved them and kept telling us what an amazing day it was. Megan put out fires and dealt with everything behind the scenes, that's why you hire them! You don't want to have to worry about these things on your wedding day. You hire team MMM, they are professionals and they will take care of it for you. We also didn't have a lot of time, so every minute was planned and we have team MMM to thank for keeping us on schedule.
