I was so impressed with his work that a couple of my neighbors asked for his information -- he repaired their roofs as well, and they were all very happy with the results. In late 2025, after the big storms, I contacted Coby again for another skylight leak. Just like before, he diagnosed the issue, explained exactly what was causing it, and repaired it at a very reasonable rate. What I appreciate most is his honesty. A lot of roofers are quick to tell you that you need a full roof replacement. Coby is the opposite -- he gives you a true, honest opinion and does everything he can to save you money from unnecessary work. He takes the time to find the real source of the leak and shows you the proof. It's very hard to find a dependable roofer, especially when you have a two‑story house and can't get up there yourself.
