Upon meeting Tiana, she was super friendly and honest about the costs, what can be personalized, and was patient in answering our many questions. We left the meeting feeling like we made a new friend, but still wanted to explore other options as she was the very first vendor we met in our wedding planning journey. After a week or so of reaching out to other florists, we decided that nobody could beat what Tiana offered, and her lovely personality was a huge plus. It was an easy decision to book Tiana as our florist, coordinator, and the wedding package for our wedding on October 4th, 2025 at Lake Lindero Golf Course. Leading up to our wedding, Tiana was very communicative with us every step of the way. It was so easy to reach her and hear back in a timely manner, whether it was through email, text, or a phone call. She was always ready to address our questions and concerns, and put our mind at ease. She even gave us suggestions on how to save money with our florals, which we truly appreciated. In addition to Tiana, we also worked with Adena (her sister) and Lance (her father and our officiant). We met Lance via FaceTime a few months before so he could learn about us, and he was so kind and funny that we knew he'd do a wonderful job making our ceremony go smoothly. He even had an additional call with us and sent reminder texts to make sure we were aware of what's needed for the day. We met Adena at our wedding rehearsal, where we learned she would be our day of coordinator instead. We were a little surprised since we thought Tiana would do this. But Adena re-assured us that she was familiar with the schedule and during the rehearsal, we were relieved to see how personable she was, and her professionalism matched that of Tiana and Lance, and we knew we were in good hands. On our wedding day, we received so many compliments from our guests on how much they loved the florals. We didn't see Tiana on our wedding day, but definitely felt how much love and care she put into them as they turned out beautiful, like exact replicas of our Pinterest photos. Several of our guests even snuck some away, which we didn't know till the end of the night lol! Our guests also praised Lance on how he conducted our ceremony and made it feel personable to us. Throughout the wedding, Adena constantly checked in on us to make sure we were hydrated, feeling ok, and keeping us informed about the schedule. She even jumped in to help cut a roast pig, which we did not expect her to do as we were expecting a specific guest to do it (who ended up not attending). We loved that Adena was so on top of everything the whole evening, while having a smile the whole time. We still reminisce about our wedding day, and how wonderful it was thanks to Tiana, Adena, and Lance. That is not standard practice at all, and she completely felt uncomfortable. On top of that, this creates a real privacy and security concern. Personal belongings like wallet, phone, and other valuables are typically kept in the cart, and being required to share that space with someone you don't know raises the risk of loss or theft. When we raised concerns, guy at the proshop said I'd have to pay $16 extra for her to ride alone with a theory we paid for a seat and not the cart! How ridiculous! I have never heard anything like this before because we all paid for the cart. Next day, we played at Skylinks in Long Beach, which is also a Los Angeles municipal course, and they gave our 3rd player her own cart. And 4th individual player got his own cart. So this is certainly not a norm. Dear management, your cart sharing policy could discourage players from returning and may ultimately impact customer retention more than it helps operational savings. I kindly ask that you reconsider or provide more flexible options for guests.

Unfortunately, I was not able to have the Forever & Always Wedding that I dreamed of. Although…read moreHeather communicated very well, there were a couple of incidents that I found slightly unprofessional: 1. I signed a contract with one of her staff as my wedding planner. Unfortunately, from my understanding, there were unexpected changes in the company, so Heather had to take over. However, Heather responded that she would make an exception for me and not charge me an additional $1000 for this change. With all due respect, I should not be financially penalized for changes that an owner experiences; especially since I already signed the contract that I financially agreed to. 2. I encountered a lot of life changes that disrupted my ability to move forward with a wedding that my brothers were supposed to be in. For instance, I had a depressed, suicidal brother, I had another brother leave for Japan for the Marines, and I had an uncle pass away. All vendors except for Heather were so kind to fully refund my deposits due to the situation. Unfortunately, Heather responded that she was still a businesswoman and was financially hurting, so she was in no place to offer a full refund. I basically paid Heather almost $500 to establish a simple contract. I already had all the vendors in place and organized, so this deposit was for nothing. Heather should not be held responsible for unexpected circumstances, but this wedding meant a lot to me. As a business owner, you should be able to compromise with your clients based on their situation. I could have easily used that deposit to help my family for the funeral. I find this situation absurd because I never wanted a wedding planner to begin with. Our wedding list was only 32 guests, but my fiancé insisted that we hire a planner because he did not want me to stress out. I admire him for caring, but this wedding was going to be a private and intimate event with very little management. I blame myself for hiring a wedding planner when I did not need one. It is unfortunate that Heather was thinking like a businesswoman and not a human being with empathy. Nonetheless, please make sure to ask about the refund policy for emergencies such as death, health, etc. Two stars are for her communication, but I can only evaluate Heather based on my experience with her before the wedding date. Therefore, I am unable to provide feedback for her day service since my wedding never happened. Has it ever occurred to you, Heather, that you had not heard from me in a year because I was busy dealing with other important things like planning a funeral? My wedding was the last thing on my mind. Also, I was not complaining about the charge that never happened, I am complaining about your response to your changes. There was no need to comment on that you are more expensive and won't be charging me. We could have proceeded forward with whatever it was we were doing. You contacted ONE venue and that is because they had YOU sign a contract with them. FYI, my pre-engagement photos were scheduled with the photographer I hired for my wedding and I was still refunded the full amount. This vendor did not work for free either and still managed to prioritize customer service over money. You are a business owner and have the liberty to do as you please, but you must have needed the money more than I did, so I hope my contributions helped your business.
