    Where to start?! Monique is the best and most helpful person I've ever worked with. She definitely exceeded my expectations. She (unlike anyone else) FaceTimed me multiple times for approval and opinion on items. Very friendly and tremendously helpful. Doesn't hurt that she brings her helpful and friendly husband.     Monique really made our event special. It was beautiful!! She saved us, we had nothing planned short of a month until the party and she came through and pulled it all off.     I am not one to write many reviews, but when customer service is outstanding, I feel a great review is the least I can do to show my appreciation for their services. Monique is very friendly and super easy to work with. Based on the work I saw online, I knew she would do well, but I was super impressed seeing her work in person. When we came back from baptizing my baby, I walked in to beautiful decorations, it beyond exceeded my expectations. I HIGHLY recommend her for all your party decorations needs.     Monique was absolutely amazing! She replied super quick and communicated with me throughout the entire booking. She arrived exactly when she said she would and provided everything I had booked, no surprises. She was very accommodating and everything came out beautiful! The backdrop set up was an absolute hit! The brought the three circular backdrops, ballon garland, oh baby sign, rug? Cushions, chair and table.

    If anyone is looking for a complete head to toe transformation for an event, Monique at Dolce Bliss Events will create it for you. I had ideas and pictures galore for my childrens parties and she was with me since I first contacted her. She was attentive to my texts, or if I ever had an opinion about something, she made sure to incorporate them in. She was extremely patient, and super sweet throughout the entire party planning process. She helped me plan 2 parties back to back in the same month! So let me tell you, when I say she is no less than amazing. She will also work and collaborate with other vendors and gives great recommendations of ones shes worked with in the past.     Monique is hands down the best coordinator ever!! My husband and I were on the fence of getting one for our wedding day but our venue required us to so we ended up hiring Monique and let me tell you, now I advise anyone that's getting married to hire a day of coordinator because she helped us out SO much! Our day went so smoothly thanks to her and my husband and I were able to enjoy ourselves fully the night of our wedding! She has such a friendly personality but also is very stern with the way things get done which helps things run smoothly the day of! All of the DIY decorations that I had taken to her she placed them exactly how I wanted her to and made my vision come to life! Her husband Cesar is such a help also and is incredibly friendly!     Beautiful and creative decor! I attended a birthday party at a house and was very impressed with all the cute decorations and how they carried out the FIESTA theme! As soon as we went in, there was a beautiful wall that said "Besame Mucho" and very fun Mexican props such as maracas, sombreros, etc. The dessert table had a gorgeous backdrop with bright colored flowers and the cutest cake with "papel picado" along with churros, conchas (Mexican bread) and jars of Mexican candies. There were string lights on the patio, a tacos/burritos stand, aguas frescas, and an awesome DJ. We had a great time. The planner, Monique, is very fun and approachable. She was there on site taking care of all the details. Highly recommended!

    Thank you Monique and Cesar for the amazing decorations and treats for my sons high school graduation. Hands down to Monique she went above and beyond on getting it all done, she was very professional and made it very easy for me, I completely trust her with setting it all up. This won't be the last event she will coordinate for me!

    We hired Monique for coordination and decorating of our wedding for July 2021 and she went above and beyond. Thanks to her I had a stress free wedding from the planning to the day of. Monique pays attention to detail and includes you during the whole processes and listens to your wants/ needs. She drove from sylmar to upland and then back to sylmar to make sure everything at our church and venue looked amazing. Monique, her assistant and husband Cesar were attentive to my husband and I to make sure we ate, drank and stuck to the timeline. Monique also had to deal with our rude venue owner and for that I am so sorry and thankful she was able to handle it to not ruin our day. I wanted a simple greenery/ rustic look and Monique went above and beyond. I loved everything about it and I would hire her for all my future events.

    Dolce Bliss did the candy station for my son's 1st birthday and it came out GREAT! Monique arrived an hour early to set up and she wouldn't leave the station alone until it was perfect. There was so many details and you can tell she thought of everything before hand. She even spray painted a frame for us the night before last minute because she knew we had a photo we wanted framed. Monique is a pleasure to work with, easy to talk to and you can tell she is passionate about the events she is a part of. I highly recommend her.

    I've never had an event coordinator before and I'm glad I was able to have Dolce Bliss as my coordinator for my graduation party. Monique was able to turn my ordinary grad party into a night of memories with string bulb lighting across the tents, round spacious tables centered with books and flowers. My dessert table was amazing with all my favorite desserts plus more! Monique listens to you and the details you want and not only does she meet those expectations but exceeds your expectations by adding her touch to the event. I definitely recommend Dolce Bliss Events for ALL events and weddings!!

Design: We told Abby we wanted an "East Meets West" theme that blended our cultures in a way that felt modern and elegant, a tough balance that could've easily come off as cheesy in if executed poorly. But Abby nailed it of course, her design sense is unreal. From color palettes and floral choices to the way she tied together modern décor with cultural elements, everything was cohesive and elevated. She has an incredible eye for detail and always found creative, out-of-the-box ways to make our ideas work. The end result was a wedding that felt truly felt like us! Communication: Throughout the entire process, Abby and her team were consistently on top of communication. She kept us updated between meetings, sent friendly reminders, and made sure we were always aligned on next steps. It's easy for things to slip through the cracks when planning something this big, but Abby kept everything organized and stress-free. We never once felt out of the loop, she was always calm, professional, and genuinely fun to talk to. Vendor Management: Abby's vendor management skills are next level. She has deep connections and knows everyone in the wedding world. When we needed vendors for flowers, desserts, or décor, she already had a curated list of the best options with pros and cons ready for us. Some of our vendors were booked more than a year in advance, but Abby and her team were always on top of follow-ups, contracts, and logistics. By the time the big day arrived, every vendor was perfectly coordinated. It really felt like we had assembled the Avengers of wedding vendors! Working Style: We can't say enough about how enjoyable it was to work with Abby and her team. They're so friendly, positive, and genuinely care about their couples. Whenever unexpected hiccups came up (and they always do in wedding planning), Abby handled them with grace and a sense of humor. Planning is one thing, but executing flawlessly is another and they did it all seamlessly. We found Tiana through an IG ad, where she promoted Exotic Green Garden along with an all-inclusive wedding package at Lake Lindero Golf Course. The Exotic Green Garden IG page looked beautiful, and the package was within our budget, so we decided to reach out to learn more. Upon meeting Tiana, she was super friendly and honest about the costs, what can be personalized, and was patient in answering our many questions. We left the meeting feeling like we made a new friend, but still wanted to explore other options as she was the very first vendor we met in our wedding planning journey. After a week or so of reaching out to other florists, we decided that nobody could beat what Tiana offered, and her lovely personality was a huge plus. It was an easy decision to book Tiana as our florist, coordinator, and the wedding package for our wedding on October 4th, 2025 at Lake Lindero Golf Course. Leading up to our wedding, Tiana was very communicative with us every step of the way. It was so easy to reach her and hear back in a timely manner, whether it was through email, text, or a phone call. She was always ready to address our questions and concerns, and put our mind at ease. She even gave us suggestions on how to save money with our florals, which we truly appreciated. In addition to Tiana, we also worked with Adena (her sister) and Lance (her father and our officiant). We met Lance via FaceTime a few months before so he could learn about us, and he was so kind and funny that we knew he'd do a wonderful job making our ceremony go smoothly. He even had an additional call with us and sent reminder texts to make sure we were aware of what's needed for the day. We met Adena at our wedding rehearsal, where we learned she would be our day of coordinator instead. We were a little surprised since we thought Tiana would do this. But Adena re-assured us that she was familiar with the schedule and during the rehearsal, we were relieved to see how personable she was, and her professionalism matched that of Tiana and Lance, and we knew we were in good hands. On our wedding day, we received so many compliments from our guests on how much they loved the florals. We didn't see Tiana on our wedding day, but definitely felt how much love and care she put into them as they turned out beautiful, like exact replicas of our Pinterest photos. Several of our guests even snuck some away, which we didn't know till the end of the night lol! Our guests also praised Lance on how he conducted our ceremony and made it feel personable to us. Throughout the wedding, Adena constantly checked in on us to make sure we were hydrated, feeling ok, and keeping us informed about the schedule. She even jumped in to help cut a roast pig, which we did not expect her to do as we were expecting a specific guest to do it (who ended up not attending). We loved that Adena was so on top of everything the whole evening, while having a smile the whole time. We still reminisce about our wedding day, and how wonderful it was thanks to Tiana, Adena, and Lance. Even though it's been a few months, our guests still mention how lovely our wedding was, which makes us so happy to know that we chose a fantastic team. That is not standard practice at all, and she completely felt uncomfortable. On top of that, this creates a real privacy and security concern. Personal belongings like wallet, phone, and other valuables are typically kept in the cart, and being required to share that space with someone you don't know raises the risk of loss or theft. When we raised concerns, guy at the proshop said I'd have to pay $16 extra for her to ride alone with a theory we paid for a seat and not the cart! How ridiculous! I have never heard anything like this before because we all paid for the cart. Next day, we played at Skylinks in Long Beach, which is also a Los Angeles municipal course, and they gave our 3rd player her own cart. And 4th individual player got his own cart. So this is certainly not a norm. Dear management, your cart sharing policy could discourage players from returning and may ultimately impact customer retention more than it helps operational savings. I kindly ask that you reconsider or provide more flexible options for guests.

Only saw them after the ceremony. The building where the reception was held was okay. It needed some renovation but the decorations for the wedding made it nice. The food they served wasn't bad at all.

Everything was well planned from our very first phone call, up to the big day. Everyone on this team is so willing to help out with everything. Our food was incredible, as were the drinks. I have gotten so many compliments about the food and dessert. There was nothing to take home because everything was devoured! The bartenders always made sure I had a drink in my hand and the servers made sure we got to eat as much as we wanted! Our DJ absolutely crushed it! We had people dancing the whole night long. Our timeline was perfect and one thing flowed right into the next without a single hiccup. This whole staff is like a family and you can tell that everyone absolutely loves working for Cassie and Gilbert. Brittany was our main point of contact and she took the time to ask me exactly what I wanted this day to look like. She then took that vision and blew it out of the water. I emailed again the next day and asked them to call me. They called me two days later and I provided them with my information and wedding date. After a brief exchange of emails to arrange a date to meet, they stopped communicating with me. Two days later, they finally emailed me and told me the date of my wedding was now booked and they were unavailable. I cannot comment on their actual services, but their communication is not good.

Although…read moreHeather communicated very well, there were a couple of incidents that I found slightly unprofessional: 1. I signed a contract with one of her staff as my wedding planner. Unfortunately, from my understanding, there were unexpected changes in the company, so Heather had to take over. However, Heather responded that she would make an exception for me and not charge me an additional $1000 for this change. With all due respect, I should not be financially penalized for changes that an owner experiences; especially since I already signed the contract that I financially agreed to. 2. I encountered a lot of life changes that disrupted my ability to move forward with a wedding that my brothers were supposed to be in. For instance, I had a depressed, suicidal brother, I had another brother leave for Japan for the Marines, and I had an uncle pass away. All vendors except for Heather were so kind to fully refund my deposits due to the situation. Unfortunately, Heather responded that she was still a businesswoman and was financially hurting, so she was in no place to offer a full refund. I basically paid Heather almost $500 to establish a simple contract. I already had all the vendors in place and organized, so this deposit was for nothing. Heather should not be held responsible for unexpected circumstances, but this wedding meant a lot to me. As a business owner, you should be able to compromise with your clients based on their situation. I could have easily used that deposit to help my family for the funeral. I find this situation absurd because I never wanted a wedding planner to begin with. Our wedding list was only 32 guests, but my fiancé insisted that we hire a planner because he did not want me to stress out. I admire him for caring, but this wedding was going to be a private and intimate event with very little management. I blame myself for hiring a wedding planner when I did not need one. It is unfortunate that Heather was thinking like a businesswoman and not a human being with empathy. Nonetheless, please make sure to ask about the refund policy for emergencies such as death, health, etc. Two stars are for her communication, but I can only evaluate Heather based on my experience with her before the wedding date. Therefore, I am unable to provide feedback for her day service since my wedding never happened. Has it ever occurred to you, Heather, that you had not heard from me in a year because I was busy dealing with other important things like planning a funeral? My wedding was the last thing on my mind. Also, I was not complaining about the charge that never happened, I am complaining about your response to your changes. There was no need to comment on that you are more expensive and won't be charging me. We could have proceeded forward with whatever it was we were doing. You contacted ONE venue and that is because they had YOU sign a contract with them. FYI, my pre-engagement photos were scheduled with the photographer I hired for my wedding and I was still refunded the full amount. This vendor did not work for free either and still managed to prioritize customer service over money. You are a business owner and have the liberty to do as you please, but you must have needed the money more than I did, so I hope my contributions helped your business. Nonetheless, well done on your communication. If you have a family member with a life-threatening illness or you have a medical condition that may require potential hospitalization, please do not hire Heather as your wedding planner as she will not refund you the deposit because not make exceptions for your situation simply because she does not "work for free."
