Hiring Premium Pourers LLC/Rochelle was 10/10 from beginning to end. Rochelle responded quickly to my inquiries and sent me a contract to review that outlined everything clearly so we both knew what to expect of each other. After asking me questions about my event and drink preferences she sent me a detailed list of items to buy. The day of the party she arrived about an hour before it began to set up the bar area. As we were putting on our finishing touches for the party she prepared us drinks and was ready to go before the first guests even showed up. Not only were the drinks good but Rochelle has a super cool personality. We don't ever have parties that require a bartender but we may have to come up with excuses to hire Premium Pourers LLC again. We had an excellent experience with this company. Getting things coordinated went well and the bartender was amazing. We had a party with about 70 people and we served beer, wine, 4 specialty drinks, sodas, water, etc. The bartender was professional, personably, and she was very pleasant. Initially started well with planning for event (4 months prior) and setting menu and such. Two days before find out that bartender would be somebody else. This bartender had zero bartending skills and had no clue on proportions for mixing cocktails that had been pre discussed and printed on a menu. Ran out of club soda and ended party with most of the alcohol purchased per list as all she did was use mostly everything but the alcohol, no stirring, no personality. Guests ended up drinking mostly beer, wine and doing shots. Would have been better off picking up just about anybody as person sent definitely did not have the skill set for bartending. Was supposed to bring items clearly spelled out 2 days before event. Forgot to even bring a wine bottle opener. Thoroughly disappointed and would not recommend as they ruined a special day. The after event feedback given resulted in an offer of 10% to book another event-why would someone even consider ruining another event for 10% off. Any credible business would know how to handle a customer service complaint better than this. read more
