I was fortunate to find this company at the last minute to rent a play area for my 5 yr olds birthday party. They provided me with a quote and was super responsive (and delightful) to communicate with. I was able to inquire and book in one afternoon. I chose the fun pack 3. It came with a ball pit, soft stacking block toys and bouncy animals. The kids loved it! It was a hit especially with our tiny toddlers. It was nice to have them play in a safe space. We opted to have them set up in our garage. That way it was out of the sun and the parents got to see the kids. I was extremely happy to see them sanitize all the play toys before the kids were able to play. Such a great help for them to clean. Frank was great! I contacted him around end of March to book for late May for my son's 2nd birthday. Frank was extremely informative and communicated excellently with us. We opted for the Fun Pack 1 + Slide Jumper Upgrade - it was everything as advertised on his website and on Yelp! We put a deposit down. Then followed up on the rental reservation a couple days before the party to make sure everything was set. Frank let me know he would message me the next day with the schedule, which he did. Our party started early in the morning, so Frank set us up first. We had the spot cleared and he and his son went to work, setting it up, cleaning and sanitizing it. After it was all set up, I signed the paperwork and paid the rest of the rental fee. The soft play was a huge hit! We had four kiddos playing in the area and it was the perfect size! You don't need to plan any other party games with this set up around. The smiles and laughter was everything. I'm sure this is what made his 2nd birthday a big hit! AMAZING!!!! The party was a HIT thanks to Little Seekers! I placed my reservation a month before my sons 1st birthday party. A couple days before the date I received a text confirming details and info about who would be making the delivery and set up. Day before I was able to discuss the best drop off window and then morning of, the set up team (father and son) came, assessed the best place for everything and did what they needed. They found that the bounce house had a hole, let me know they needed to pick up a replacement jumper, got on the road and made it back in no time at all! Once they returned, quickly got the jumper up and all ready, long before the party got under way. Originally I requested pick up be made the next morning but decided late in the afternoon to have it picked up same day, not a problem! call made, everything picked up and all was good!!!! I am so thankful!!!! I would use little seekers in a heartbeat again if I plan another party and will defiantly be recommending them!
