This is a top notch business. I could not recommend it more!!! Their product is amazing (the play area was the hit of the party) but even more impressive was how well it was delivered. It was pouring rain on the day of our event and pretty much every other vendor we were working with was late, lost, scrambling... but Frank and his team were like the calm eye of the storm. Super communicative, prompt, did their thing and then left and then came back for clean up right on time. Thank you!!!!! read more

I was fortunate to find this company at the last minute to rent a play area for my 5 yr olds birthday party. They provided me with a quote and was super responsive (and delightful) to communicate with. I was able to inquire and book in one afternoon. I chose the fun pack 3. It came with a ball pit, soft stacking block toys and bouncy animals. The kids loved it! It was a hit especially with our tiny toddlers. It was nice to have them play in a safe space. We opted to have them set up in our garage. That way it was out of the sun and the parents got to see the kids. I was extremely happy to see them sanitize all the play toys before the kids were able to play. Such a great help for them to clean. It shows they really care about their customers because they have kids too. Highly recommend! We will definitely rent from them again! read more

We really enjoyed working with Frank and his team. Frank communicated with us every step of the way. We appreciate his prompt response and flexibility. We were so grateful they were available, even if it was last minute. The soft play area was the highlight of the party! I think all the kids spent most, if not all, of their time at the party in there. They were also very meticulous about sanitizing and cleaning everything during set up which was important to us. Looking forward to working with Frank and his team again in the future! read more

We really enjoyed working with Little Seekers Softplay for our son's 1st birthday party! Frank provided such excellent customer service, and the whole process with set up and take down was very smooth. It was really cool that he dropped off the soft play early, so the kids in our house got to play with it before the party. All the kids at the party had so much fun and really loved it. I would call Little Seekers again the next time I need to order a Softplay for a party. Thanks Frank for making the day memorable for the little ones. read more

Had a party in September for my son's birthday party, they came & set up quickly it was 2 gentlemen who can unfortunately I forgot his name but it was a man & his son I appreciate them coming at a decent time after since our party ended a little later. It was a little frustrating at first because I was trying to text/message & didnt get a response when I would respond to them after putting a deposit down but other than that everything was great! read more

Frank is just amazing!!!! This little family business exceeded my family's wishes. He was so kind throughout all of our communication. We booked Little Seekers for my daughters first birthday and it was perfect. Frank provided me all the necessary information to have a seamless setup. Him and his son came at the promised time and set up the perfect play area for the small kids! Everything was sanitized and clean. The play area was great, but the main reason I'll be booking them again was his personality! Truly wonderful! read more

Frank was great! I contacted him around end of March to book for late May for my son's 2nd birthday. Frank was extremely informative and communicated excellently with us. We opted for the Fun Pack 1 + Slide Jumper Upgrade - it was everything as advertised on his website and on Yelp! We put a deposit down. Then followed up on the rental reservation a couple days before the party to make sure everything was set. Frank let me know he would message me the next day with the schedule, which he did. Our party started early in the morning, so Frank set us up first. We had the spot cleared and he and his son went to work, setting it up, cleaning and sanitizing it. After it was all set up, I signed the paperwork and paid the rest of the rental fee. The soft play was a huge hit! We had four kiddos playing in the area and it was the perfect size! You don't need to plan any other party games with this set up around. The smiles and laughter was everything. I'm sure this is what made his 2nd birthday a big hit! For pick up, Frank sent a text to say he was 20 min away and needed the kids cleared for pick up. Pick up was just as easy! Thanks Frank! read more

I contacted Lisa on a very short notice (2 days before the party) and she explained to me that she was booked up already for the weekend. After emailing and calling, she was able to squeeze me into her schedule. It was greatly appreciated! She delivered the set on time and set it up quickly. The set was really great! It was my son's 1st birthday and he had a blast in the ball pit. The other kids enjoyed it as well. I love the fact that it had a gate around the soft play area, because little ones love to explore. If you are looking for softplay, I would highly recommend Frank's team. I like the fact that its a family business but most importantly they were very professional, courteous and easy to talk to. My 2 year old had so much fun that day. All toys were age appropriate, clean and safe. This is an unbiased review. I am writing this review so other parents like myself can make an educated decision if they should go with this company. Also, its only fair that we give kudos to people who made our day perfect, went above and beyond to make my little one happy on her birthday. read more

I would highly recommend this place for families with small children who are too young for the big kid jumpers. The owner/operator was so nice, but more importantly, very organized and efficient with his business. I booked electronically, but when I ran into a snag and called their number, the owner actually picked up! He really made the transaction such a breeze so I can focus more on enjoying my little one's birthday. I wish more companies conduct their business this way! read more

AMAZING!!!! The party was a HIT thanks to Little Seekers! I placed my reservation a month before my sons 1st birthday party. A couple days before the date I received a text confirming details and info about who would be making the delivery and set up. Day before I was able to discuss the best drop off window and then morning of, the set up team (father and son) came, assessed the best place for everything and did what they needed. They found that the bounce house had a hole, let me know they needed to pick up a replacement jumper, got on the road and made it back in no time at all! Once they returned, quickly got the jumper up and all ready, long before the party got under way. Originally I requested pick up be made the next morning but decided late in the afternoon to have it picked up same day, not a problem! call made, everything picked up and all was good!!!! I am so thankful!!!! I would use little seekers in a heartbeat again if I plan another party and will defiantly be recommending them!
