First off when I first reached out they sent me a flyer with prices, that stated "free delivery within 15 mile radius of 91792". So, I mapped and I was 13/14 miles depending which part of my house I looked. Yet, they wanted to charge $22 delivery fee on top of the $300 I would already be spending. When I showed them the distance on my maps, they said they would check again. So they send me a screenshot and theirs showed up as 22 miles. I'm guessing maybe they're further into that zip code but your flyer doesn't state 15 miles of such and such address, it states from the zip code which I was within the 15 miles. So they changed the fee to $9 and I didn't argue it at all. They messaged a couple days before the party to confirm and letting me know they don't recommend setting it outdoors as it was supposed to rain. I told them I had an extra tent coming that we can set it under (which we did). Set up was great no issues. But... When they picked up after cleaning up she told me she was going to have to charge a $30 fee because some of the equipment was wet. (Well yeah it rained) Again, I didn't argue told her I'd paypal it to her as the party was still going on. Now I was never informed that there would be any fee if the things got wet. I personally think them knowing the weather should put a plastic or tarp type thing under the pads to prevent this, or had I known there would be a fee I would have put one under just in case knowing it was going to rain. That wasn't the bad part. So next day Sunday (today) I am busy spending time out with my family and I get 3 messages from them before 5pm to remind me to pay them their $30! That was my last straw. It was borderline harassing. I told her I hadn't forgotten and would send it as soon as I had the chance. I did send them their money and here we are. People have to understand you can't just make up fees as you go without disclosing it beforehand.

Super communicative, prompt, did their thing and then left and then came back for clean up right on time. Thank you!!!!!

They provided me with a quote and was super responsive (and delightful) to communicate with. I was able to inquire and book in one afternoon. I chose the fun pack 3. It came with a ball pit, soft stacking block toys and bouncy animals. The kids loved it! It was a hit especially with our tiny toddlers. It was nice to have them play in a safe space. We opted to have them set up in our garage. That way it was out of the sun and the parents got to see the kids. I was extremely happy to see them sanitize all the play toys before the kids were able to play. Such a great help for them to clean. It shows they really care about their customers because they have kids too. Highly recommend! We will definitely rent from them again!

We came to an agreement, and I even paid extra for her time despite not receiving everything that was originally agreed upon. At the party, she then wanted to charge an additional amount for what she considered damage. I tried to come to an agreement, and the situation became a public dispute at my daughter's birthday party. Even after she was asked multiple times to leave and did not. This caused a whole scene at the party when the issue could have been resolved at a later time instead of ruining our family party over a monetary issue, which is horrible customer service. In my experience, her behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not use this vendor again. This was a horrible experience and I wouldn't recommend her service at all, if i could give it 0 stars i would.
