First off when I first reached out they sent me a flyer with prices, that stated "free delivery within 15 mile radius of 91792". So, I mapped and I was 13/14 miles depending which part of my house I looked. Yet, they wanted to charge $22 delivery fee on top of the $300 I would already be spending. When I showed them the distance on my maps, they said they would check again. So they send me a screenshot and theirs showed up as 22 miles. I'm guessing maybe they're further into that zip code but your flyer doesn't state 15 miles of such and such address, it states from the zip code which I was within the 15 miles. So they changed the fee to $9 and I didn't argue it at all. They messaged a couple days before the party to confirm and letting me know they don't recommend setting it outdoors as it was supposed to rain. I told them I had an extra tent coming that we can set it under (which we did). Set up was great no issues. But... When they picked up after cleaning up she told me she was going to have to charge a $30 fee because some of the equipment was wet. (Well yeah it rained) Again, I didn't argue told her I'd paypal it to her as the party was still going on. Now I was never informed that there would be any fee if the things got wet. I personally think them knowing the weather should put a plastic or tarp type thing under the pads to prevent this, or had I known there would be a fee I would have put one under just in case knowing it was going to rain. That wasn't the bad part. So next day Sunday (today) I am busy spending time out with my family and I get 3 messages from them before 5pm to remind me to pay them their $30! That was my last straw. It was borderline harassing. I told her I hadn't forgotten and would send it as soon as I had the chance. I did send them their money and here we are. People have to understand you can't just make up fees as you go without disclosing it beforehand.

Both times we used the Fun Company, we ordered 4+ items, most of which were large inflatables. These inflatables were super impressive and the students especially loved the joust and the large V-Rec obstacle course. Not only are the prices competitive and fair, but the staff who set them up and monitored them were helpful, courteous, professional and efficient. Zach and his team of six people arrived early and helped us map out the locations on campus to best set up the items. They quickly set up all of the inflatables in a quiet and prompt manner, without disturbing the classes on campus. The team also gave our student organizers an effective overview of each of the attractions. I appreciated the fun but professional nature of the staff.
