We hired KidsPlayPartyFun for our son's 1st Birthday at the Los Serranos Golf Club Ballroom. KidsPlay followed all the instructions that Los Serranos asked from them like submitting a COI. Communicating with them was easy, the packages were clear and accurate. Party day--They set up on time and did not rush us when they were picking up. At the party--everybody loved the setup, all the small kids enjoyed it. We were told that it was a brilliant idea to have one in an event. No running small kids around. We rented the 10x10 play area. If i will have a party again, i will surely hire this company because of how easy the transaction was, their excellent work for my party. I highly recommend this company. read more

I looked around to find a soft play set for my daughters 1st birthday. I wanted someone that was reliable yet good priced. I found this place! They were by far the best priced around the area. The interaction was easy! Lots of options. I chose the 8x10 crawlers only which was perfect for the babies. Set up and clean up was very easy. They also disinfected after setting up which I greatly appreciated!! We would definitely go with Yuri again!! Thank you!! read more

This is now our second time booking with them. Both times have been AMAZING. Second time we had to reschedule because birthday baby was sick and they were able to accommodate which was awesome. I watched them clean every item at delivery so I know soft play was sanitized. The children at the parties absolutely loved the soft plays. I highly recommend the ones that come with the ball pit. The ball pit is a huge hit. read more

I originally booked a soft play with another business called ABC play rentals. ABC play rentals, NOT this business that I am writing a review for, cancelled on me, day of my son's 1st birthday. I was speechless, upset, & absolutely heartbroken. In desperation of a last minute booking, at 8:36am I texted YURI @ KIDS PLAY PARTY FUN & she replied in less than 5 minutes & her team arrived at 10:30am. I COULD LITERALLY CRY OF GRATITUDE. Kids Play Party Fun helped me SAVE MY SONS 1st BIRTHDAY PARTY. I am so grateful for Yuri's quick response, empathy, and determination to help me out while I was in dire need. Thank you Yuri. Thank you so so much. I will forever recommend you. read more

I absolutely loved KidsPlayPartyFun & Yuri! Her customer service, kindness, quick responses and just overall personality were stellar! I rented a 10x10 Blue Pastel soft play set + giant connect 4 + giant jenga + a canopy. Everything was beyond my expectations, her team sanitized everything and set everything up for us before the party started. And then breakdown was a breeze and done by them as well. Let me tell you, I talked to two other vendors before I found Yuri. Both of them quoted me a very high price and Yuri was more than reasonable with MUCH better service. One of the vendors I spoke with was short and slightly rude in her responses. I found that the vendor probably forgot the reason why she started her business. Yuri was the complete opposite, she answered quickly, answered every question, never seemed annoyed with me, just wanted to make sure I got everything I needed and that everything was explained. She said that she knew by answering me quickly it was one less thing for me to worry about on my giant list of birthday planning and she was totally right. It was so nice to talk to a fellow mom who understood what I needed. It was really easy to shop with her as well because she would send me pictures of all the options she talked about which made it really easy to visualize. All her documents were easy to understand as well and gave some great information I wouldn't have otherwise known regarding this type of rental. I am extremely happy with her service. I will definitely rent from her again next year for my baby's 2nd birthday! Thank you so much Yuri! read more

Amazing! I booked soft play services one week before my event since it was due to rain. Booking services, receiving a contract, and making payments were all effortless, efficient, and streamlined. They showed up on time for drop off and pick up, cleaned all the items as they set up, and the kids had an amazing time. Their prices are reasonable and soft play items were in good shape. Highly recommend! read more

I was desperate to find more entertainment for all the kids coming to my daughter's 1 year old birthday party. I wasn't sure what i was allowed to have inside a restaurant but thankfully i was able to utilize space for a play area. And KidsPlayPartyFun did just that! They had the lilac and white package that matched our Fairy First birthday party and everyone loved us for having it there. They came early with me to deliver and setup the area and i couldn't have been happier with the setup, pickup and the amount of young kids who had the most amazing time. Thank you again for accommodating me on such short notice! read more

I found KidsPlay on Instagram after searching through soooo many pages of decorators, vendors, and party supplies. Everyone was charging an arm and a leg because they were working with big name influencers. I came across KidsPlay and not only was she way more affordable but her set ups were much bigger! Anyway fast forward to the day of my event, it was 2 year olds safari theme party and it was such a great hit! Everyone loved it and my 2 year old enjoyed it more than the petting zoo itself! Everything was super clean and tidy and he loved the baby jumper! I loved that it was small enough so that only babies could go in instead of being pushed around by the older kids. Definitely hiring them again! read more

I don't have one negative thing to say about my experience with Kids Play Party Fun. Yuridiana was very quick to reply to my initial inquiry and any questions I had after that. She was very accommodating to my schedule and went out of her way to make sure I was set up even before my contracted start time. The team set up the play area so well. My husband and I were extremely impressed with how thoroughly everything was sanitized and cleaned. At the end of the party, they came and quickly took everything away when we were ready and not a second before. I rented the 10x12 Posh Pink package, the 10x10 pink bouncer, the oversized connect 4, Jenga, Domino, and Tic Tac Toe set. Everything we received was exactly as I expected and exactly as it had been shown/advertised on the website. No surprises. Definitely trustworthy. After researching multiple companies, the pricing was incredibly fair for what we received. I would definitely use them again for my next party! Thank you! read more

Yuridiana was very accessible via phone, email, and text. She was able to get the needed permits through the parks department, which took a while. Her team delivered, set up, and took away the playpen without issue, even to a park all the way in Santa Monica with a lot of restrictions and not the easiest access. Most importantly, the playpen itself was a HUGE hit with the kids (mostly 2yos). The kids relished sliding and jumping into the ball pit. I thought the "no shoes" rule would be an issue to manage and annoying, but it was very easy, as all the parents and kids were respectful of it. I would highly recommend and will probably use for a future party. read more

This is the third time I've rented from KidsPlayPartyFun. I had actually booked a soft play and jumper with another company, and three days before my event (Easter Sunday) I was told the company would not be providing the service. In a rush, I contacted KidsPlayPartyFun and they were able to deliver and be available for my event. Their customer service is excellent with Yuridiana being able to answer any questions with a quick response. I learned my lesson and now will be ONLY booking with KidsPlayPartyFun for any future events which will be plenty! I am so happy to give them my business and will recommend them to all of my family and friends. read more

I asked Judy if it was possible to drive down to Long Beach for a set up, even though she's located in Pomona. She did the drive and was totally sweet about it. We contacted Kids Play Party Fun for my son's 1st birthday through referral from another company in OC. It was sort of a last minute decision to have kids soft play at our party. I'm so glad that I went with them. Yuridiana (Judy) responded to me via text super fast and worked with our budget. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with this company. I cannot say enough about Judy. The first step to customer satisfaction is the service and we got exceptional service. I contacted Judy just 2 weeks shy of my daughter's first birthday. My venue had changed and so much was going on so we were on a time crunch. Not only did she work with my budget but she made sure that the best setup was available for our location, think bang for your buck because that's exactly what she provided-she really delivered. We had the best soft play setup and a jumper. Everything was clean and presentable just as you see in the pictures. She arrived 30 mins early to set up so that everything was ready for the party. Needless to say the kids loved it and the parents were happy to have a clean, safe space for their kids to enjoy themselves. Thank you again. read more
