Great bouncer rentals! I rented a palm tree bouncer from JP back in January for a winter luau themed party and I'm so glad we found him! He delivered early and really took his time cleaning it before our rental date. The bouncer was very clean with no damage. He taught us how to power it down so we didn't have to keep it running while not in use, then after our party, he came to pick up the next day. Price was very competitive and quality of bouncer was great. In the past, I have paid more for bouncers that weren't nearly as nice and clean as his. So disappointed in this business. I have been renting from them for years and never had I had any problems. Always had great prices as well as gret service. Up until now. I recently rented a tent for a birthday party, they asked me how many doors I needed on it and I responded that I only needed "1 door". Well they took me too literally and brought me a tent with no walls and one door. Like why would I want only 1 door? That makes no sense at all. After requesting they put the walls they said they only had 2. So we asked if they could move the door to the back so the back would be covered up. To which they responded they didn't have time. Being as understanding as possible after being frustrated with the situation, I asked if they could come the next morning to fix it and they still said they didn't have time. They took this problem as it being my fault because I didn't specify I also wanted walls. I was paying for a service which I expected to be to my liking, they weren't just doing it as a favor. My whole fam ended up having to move the tent and turn it. The least they could have done was apologize or offer a discount for such bad service. Hope no one else experiences this with them. Its pretty frustrating that you want to set up for your event and you cant because the "service" you paid for feels they're doing you a favor and not actually servicing. Después de pedir que pusieran las paredes, dijeron que solo tenían 2. Así que les preguntamos si podían mover la puerta hacia atrás para cubrirla. A lo que respondieron que no tenían tiempo. Siendo lo más comprensivo posible después de estar frustrado con la situación, les pregunté si podían venir a la mañana siguiente para arreglarlo y aun así dijeron que no tenían tiempo. Tomaron este problema como mi culpa porque no especifiqué que también quería paredes. Estaba pagando por un servicio que esperaba que fuera de mi agrado, no lo hacían simplemente como un favor. Toda mi familia terminó teniendo que mover la carpa y darle la vuelta. Lo mínimo que podían haber hecho era disculparse u ofrecer un descuento por tan mal servicio. Espero que nadie más experimente esto con ellos. Es bastante frustrante que quieras organizar tu evento y no puedas porque el "servicio" por el que pagas siente que te está haciendo un favor y que en realidad no está prestando servicio. read more
