We rented a soft play setup from this business. At pickup, the business owners were couple that accused us of intentionally wetting the equipment because we had cleaned our concrete yard in the front part of our house with soap and water after the party. This accusation is completely false. We respect other people's property and would never intentionally damage rented equipment. The equipment was placed on grass and picked up in the evening on a day with extremely high humidity reaching up to 100%. As a result, there was visible condensation on the grass, vehicles, and surrounding surfaces. We calmly attempted to explain this and even pointed out the condensation as evidence. Unfortunately, both owners repeatedly interrupted us and refused to listen. The husband raised his voice and yelled at me, my husband, and my sister. The husband's behavior escalated to the point where he made an inappropriate and threatening comment about proving he could fight my husband. We kept saying how unprofessional his behavior was and how there was no need to get to that level. His conduct was alarming, aggressive, and highly unprofessional. When I asked what the resolution would be, the husband stated there would be a $100 fee. Immediately after, the wife stated the fee was $150. Wanting the confrontation to end, I paid the $150 on the spot. Afterward, it became clear that the fee was arbitrarily increased, and when questioned, the wife stated that it was "her business" and "her fee." At no point did either owner apologize or attempt to handle the situation professionally. This experience was hostile, intimidating, and unethical. I strongly caution others to reconsider using this business, as no customer should be treated this way or pressured into paying inconsistent fees under harassment.

Both rentals were excellent. They delivered the items in plenty of time for me to set up and also picked them up the following day. The team communicated clearly about when they were en route to drop off and when they would return to collect the rentals. The Party Packages are the best "bang for your buck", and we were able to purchase one of the packages which included tables, chairs, a jumper, and heaters. In advance of our event / booking, we initially requested an early morning drop off or prior day drop off for our event. With reluctance (and pointing out the confirmed timing of our event during booking), the owner agreed to an early drop off. The drop off occurred an hour and a half past the originally confirmed time, and was told a "flat tire" caused the delay.. when the crew arrived, it was very clear a flat did not happen and I was fed an excuse for sympathy. I tried to contact the owner during this timeframe multiple times as no updates were provided and panic arose in the concern if the equipment was even going to be delivered. Ultimately, the equipment arrived but the delay in drop off led to issues in our setup prior to our event as well as significant stress in the lapse of communication. Overall, the equipment delivered was in good shape, but the jumper came undone a couple of times (due to poor setup and clamping of the back entry) while children were inside. The no acknowledgement, and no follow through from owner to address their error was disappointing considering we had specific conversations around the need for a timely delivery for our event. I'd be cautious booking this vendor especially for time sensitive setups.

The water slide /jumper princess combo was clean, and in great shape , they added pads at the pool area since the jumper was on half grass and sidewalk and made sure everything was working and secured before leaving and answered our questions regarding the water slide and etc. It was hit with the kids and teens at the party. Pick up time came and they were on-time and quick to take it down and load it, they were a very sweet family too! i've used different company's over the last 17 years and by far this has been the best. I plan to use Jump O'Rama again for my future events and have recommend it to my family and friends as well!
