Janice was very communicative throughout the process, providing ideas and sketches while she was planning everything out. The day of, the venue we booked decided to cut our setup time short because there was a party that booked lunchtime and was running late. Despite this setback, Janice and her team were there on time working on setting up while the restaurant workers were cleaning up. I can only imagine how chaotic it must have been, but everything was setup on time and came out beautiful! The theme was like XLB on CNY, and Janice ran with the idea and brought it to life. We loved the addition of the fans and flowers! There were also some lanterns that they were able to attach onto the walls that added to the theme, but we forgot to take pictures of them. Overall great experience working with Janice and extremely happy with the result.

Throughout the whole process they were so kind and flexible to fit our needs. The price of the place was especially reasonable, they're not here to grab your money like other venues. Other venues will smile in your face as they charge you extra for no reason. They're out to get you. They could care less how you feel, they just want as much money as possible. Francisco and Alexa? Not them. No no no no no, not them. They were genuine and didn't care about the money. I could see it on their eyes. I looked into their eyes and they told me, "we will take care of you." Everything came together real nicely on the wedding day. It was the best day of my life for sure. OH yeah also the food was so good (btw). We got the marry me chicken (MMM M MMM). AND THE birria. Very yummy. I can confidently say that they just did this naturally. Food? Naturally good. Place? Naturally flashy. Dance floor? Naturally dancing. Service? Naturally serving. If I were to say a couple nice things about this place I would say that the place itself was really nice. The decorations they provided was really nice. The service was really nice. The DJ they provided was really nice. Overall everything just went nicely done. Hopefully if I have another celebration I'll do it here. It's just too good. This event is the Chamber's installation of the Board, while also recognizing the Business of the Year, the Small Business of the Year, and the NPO of the Year. I have attended this event for the last 4-5 years, and it was always the same, templated event. So, when I was put in charge, I wanted to level it up. I worked with one of our fellow Board members to craft an elevated, theme 1920's event with live music, cigar lounge, cigar girl, and some immersive experiences. This is where 100 House stepped in... and I was so happy they did. They helped us build out our Cigar Lounge with plush seating and fire pits, set up a dynamite stage and backdrop, provided beautiful seating for dining, and helped create a one-of-a-kind entryway as a photo op experience. Wow! They worked with me at every stage, provided a layout, and were on the dot with my production schedule. Their set-up team was stellar and had so much hustle, like it was their event. And, the strike team came back after the event and left the space as if they were never there. I will absolutely be using Hundred House again for all of my events this year... and hopefully for years to come.

Easy to work with: I found Farsha through yelp and the response was quick and checked off all the things I was looking for. My friends and I were really concerned about COVID and they assured us that the would be wearing masks and that everything would be set up meaning they would be socially distanced. 2. Presentation: presentation was amazing and the pictures speak for themselves. Everything exceeded our expectations and we had a great time. 3. Price: you get what you pay for and, compared to other event services (I won't list them because I don't want to create drama), Farsha definitely wins on accessibility, presentation, and overall customer service. If you're looking for a safe way to have a nice night with friends, Farsha is definitely the place for you. Give them a call and you'll get a really amazing experience!

Everyone loved it, kept asking us how did we hear about this place. Sam assisted us with the process. They have a Bartender, security, and one thing I really loved was that they cleaned/cleared the tables. This was such a plus, made the process of cleaning so much easier. Yes, they are strict with checking ID. Our bartender was great and he made his special drinks all night. We also purchased the Photo Booth and staff loved it. Thank you Casa De Sanchez for having us. Only CON was the stairs going up if your intoxicated and we need to reserve for 5 hours vs 4 hours.

The…read morevenue design is flexible and allows for creative decorating, we fit all guests comfortably with space for a DJ, dance floor, 2 food vendors (one who had a custom churro cart) and had room to spare. My daughter loved that it was a blank canvas, and our decorators had fun designing the space out. The venue offers hosting service, we rented it a full day and our Hosts, Amber & Alex were phenomenal. Chairs and tables came with the venue rental which was perfect. As a mother my job usually means I set up the venue, while coordinating arrivals, and then rushing to get ready just before the party starts. I showed up early, ready to work and Alex politely informed me that it was her job to make my day less stressful. I ended up staying an hour and left Alex and Amber to coordinate the rest of the set up. I cannot say enough positive things about both ladies, they made the night special, and I was able to enjoy hostess duties without all the extra work. Danielle was our Beverage attendant, and she was also fantastic, she helped us keep the TV's replaying our daughter's reel all night. We've recommended the space to family and friends looking to host their events and I'll definitely use the space again if I have a need. 10/10 recommend if you want a space you can design for a guest list of 80 or less.
