Facility was very nice and clean. Staff were on point constantly refilling drinks, keeping bathroom clean. Lighting was perfect for event allowing you to dim as needed. Food was tasty.

We were not customers of this venue, but unfortunately had a very upsetting experience involving one of the moms in our group. One of the mothers parked in what appeared to be a regular parking space. There was no clear signage indicating that the space was reserved or that vehicles would be towed, and there were other patrons parked in the area whose vehicles were not towed. Instead of someone simply coming next door and letting us know that the vehicle was in the way, the facility had the car towed without any warning. The mother came outside with her daughter and genuinely thought her car had been stolen. She was left without transportation and had no idea where the vehicle had been taken or how to contact the towing company. What makes this especially frustrating is that it was obvious there was an event happening in the neighboring facility. Someone could have taken two minutes to knock on the door and say, "Your vehicle is in front of our business and needs to be moved." We absolutely would have moved it. Instead, the decision was to immediately tow the vehicle. For a business in the hospitality and events industry, this felt incredibly unwelcoming and lacking in basic courtesy. Mistakes happen, and parking confusion happens, but the way a business chooses to handle those situations says a lot about how they treat people. I would strongly encourage anyone booking or attending an event in this area to pay very close attention to where you park and make sure you have absolute clarity that your space is permitted, because apparently a simple courtesy warning is not something you can count on. Very disappointing experience, particularly when this could have been resolved with a simple knock on the door and a two-minute conversation.
