THANK YOU BONNIE & TEAM FOR THE BEST WEDDING VENUE EVER!! I will start this review off by saying that I photograph weddings, so having a gorgeous scenic spot to marry my boyfriend/fiancé of 11 years was the #1 on our list and The Pond (+ the overcast weather haha) DELIVERED. And the #2 thing on the list was having a variety of backdrops to photograph against which we also found here no question. We first toured The Pond and met with Bonnie (the owner) back in September 2022. We had already toured 5 other venues and this ended up being our second to last tour and last day of touring. The second I stepped on the premise I knew we had found our place. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, breathtaking, and well taken care of. The pond is also full of bright koi fish and other cute little friends like ducks walk around. I felt like we were already late in booking a 2023 date, but to our luck they had May 5, 2023 open which was also 11th anniversary! Easy and done. This hidden gem venue has charm and is the most unique and scenic venue I've ever been to. The main selling points for us in addition to the views were: 1. Full Bridal and Groom houses to relax and get ready in. We each had 8 bridesmaids and groomsmen + our family so it was very important to us that we could find a place that could accommodate our large party to get ready in. They also have separate parking for the wedding party right next to the Bridal/Groom houses and another larger parking lot for guests which is also free for them 2. Fun and unique areas for all of our guests to spread out and explore. Including the gazebo overlooking the pond, fire pit (for s'mores), and cove underneath the gazebo to experience a waterfall. There was also a ton of space for all our vendors to set up including a Boba Table and Photobooth 3. Affordable price that included 1 hour rehearsal the day before, 10 hours on the premise for the wedding, and our package also included the DJ and Bartender team. This was great because those vendors are already used to working with Bonnie's team and DJ Richie killed our lighting throughout the venue as well! They also set up heat lamps for us when it got colder at night 4. DIY everything! I have been looking forward to planning my wedding my whole life and had a lot of decoration and vendor ideas. Bonnie and our Coordinator team (YourDayYourWay) helped make all our ideas and plans come to life and were gracious about accommodating everything we asked for including keeping the sails down in the ceremony space for our photos, letting us do special cups for boba, and letting us choose our catering (5 Elementos Food Truck). The whole event was 100% customized by us and this was so cool since I know a lot of venues have strict rules they never bend. And for anyone who may be deterred reading this because they don't want to DIY everything, I promise the venue still looks great just as it is even without all the extra stuff. Seriously! 5. They allow sparkler exits! Not many venues in CA allow this and I was stoked they had the perfect spot for it If you happen to stumble upon my review and are wondering if you should book The Pond for your next event/wedding, just do it! :D read more

The Pond turned out to be the perfect venue for an outdoor, very California destination wedding. Located in Redlands, CA about 90 minutes from LA and 45 minutes from Palm Springs. Weddings are held on the edge of a beautiful pond, surrounded by an orange and avocado grove with the San Bernardino mountains providing the perfect backdrop. The staff could not have been better practiced, more accommodating and easy going. Everything was picture perfect. And, the facility is very reasonably priced. The venue features a very spacious and comfortable bride and groom cottages for the wedding party to prepare for the event. It also features a rustic but extremely welcoming metal roof covered reception hall, dance floor, bar and adjacent covered fire pit. You will need to cater everything but you can save money by bringing your own alcohol and employing a Pond recommended bartender or bringing in food trucks. There is also a great Marriott Residence Inn a few miles away that is perfect and convenient for out of town guests. All of our guests raved about the Pond. You will too. read more

Lovely little hideaway for an event or wedding. My wife and I went there for a friend's wedding and it was beautiful. It's hidden away off the beaten path so plenty of privacy for any event. There is a tranquil pond (it's big enough to be considered a lake I guess), cool lighting, a full bar, outdoor space for the ceremony and the reception as well as rooms for getting prepared or sleeping off all of that celebrating. I can't speak on the pricing because it wasn't our event but if you're looking for good service and an all inclusive place to have your ceremony, I recommend Casey's Orchard. read more

I'd give it zero stars if I could. The owner was very rude by stating unnecessary things that came off very rude and unprofessional. Completely uncalled for and ridiculous. I would NEVER book here. UPDATE: I never once said anything about a $200 budget, this is what I mean by crazy, unnecessary, and snarky. My family and I were looking at spending no more than $2000 just for the venue. Out in the far north east end of Redlands. Among the remaining orange tree groves is this Oasis. Well know to the locals but definitely off the beaten path for the rest of us. Very well laid out for large groups. Lots of shady patio area to relax with paved walkways around the ponds. Word is the guy who owns this Redlands Oasis build it all with used material he saved up. We have been to many events at Casey's Orchard and Pond and loved it so much that both of our children were married here. The venue is gorgeous and unique. It's a quiet, private oasis. Every time I step on the property, it's peaceful. The owners, Pat and Bonnie Casey are so helpful and anticipated needs before I asked about them. Bonnie responds quickly to phone calls and texts and was helpful in giving us the contact information for possible vendors to use for the weddings. Pat is fun and friendly; he has worked hard to create this oasis. There is a new bride suite as well as a house for the groom. There are multiple locations for awesome photos. The Pond has unique touches everywhere from the cave under the waterfall to the stalls in the men's bathroom. I highly recommend this venue and all it has to offer. read more

The perfect venue for any occasion. I just had my wedding here this past week and we are extremely happy we had it here. Pure beauty. The owners are great and communicated very well. Our guest kept saying how beautiful it is, our vendors love this venue as well. They provided everything from the chairs, for the ceremony and the reception. The tables for cocktail hour, dinner, dessert table, guest book table and decoration table. Our wedding was part of their micro wedding package and it was perfect for our 48 guest. We will forever be grateful to the Casey for allowing us to have our wedding at their venue. The Pond is an excellent venue. The staff is prompt and helpful. The venue itself has many amenities that are perfect for weddings and the price point is extremely great for the value. Ive been to so so so many different wedding venues, and this is my favorite place to recommend to anyone. You can't beat the location and everything you get for the price. Though beautiful I am surprised by a few things I noticed/experienced at a wedding I just attended. The grounds are beautiful, but ALL the seating around the pond was dirty and dusty. I'm surprised they wouldn't wipe them down for guests to sit and enjoy. I was also surprise that though it seemed they were well staffed, none of the tables were being cleared of trash (plates, beer cans, used cups). Also, there's a nice little area were you can go below and view the waterfall from behind/underneath. There is an incredibly low entrance (and I guess I'm an idiot because I hit my head on it very badly). I'd think that could be a liability. Aside from these complaints, it is a beautiful venue. read more

True hidden gem of Redlands. I had my husbands memorial service here yesterday. This venue is so serene, so beautiful, perfect for any event. All of my guests were so impressed and the venue had everything to offer my guests. A bar for the drinks, plenty of seating area in the shade and an amazing view of the pond. It's like they picked up a tropical island and dropped it in Redlands, is what I told all my guests about my wedding venue. The venue is gorgeous. The family who owns it is even better! This was my absolute favorite vendor on the day of my wedding, I have nothing but positive things to say about this place and the people. It only keeps getting better and I absolutely loved every minute there. The owner Bonnie is exactly the kind of person you want on your team when planning a wedding. If you're looking for a steal this is not the place for you, if you're looking for a luxurious wedding close to home with a ton of amenities then this is the place for you. I can't wait to have another event here, I don't know what but I can't imagine never interacting with Bonnie again. She's such a huge part of my big day and I'm so grateful to everyone that operates within their venue. They have real class, integrity, and just the want for everyone to enjoy their big day no matter your background. 10 out of 10 stars if I could.
