Just had my wedding here last night and since then I have been showered with compliments from…read moreguests who were in awe of how beautiful the venue is and how attentive Paula and her staff were. My partner and I felt like VIPs sitting in the sweetheart booth getting doted on by the wait staff. The fact that the venue is inclusive of florals, catering, music, and more is simply unmatched and we loved that The Homestead didn't feel like a corporately owned venue--they seemed to be really invested in making sure we were happy and as stress free as possible. The bride whisperers were also just amazing. If you like venues with a rustic look surrounded by beautiful landscapes and personal touches galore, this is the venue for you!

Our daughter and son-in-law committed to this location for their wedding over a year ago. Since that time there has been much planning and working with Paula, the venue owner. She was absolutely fantastic, handling all the organizational details with the caterers, DJ, and bartender. The wedding just took place this month, during an epic rain storm. This is an outdoor venue, and we were working late into the night before the wedding to have tents brought into to keep everyone dry and safe. NOTE: We (the parents) should have planned better for the inclement weather. Paula did everything she could to help ensure the day would be absolutely wonderful. We were communicating with Paula late into the evening and she was always responsive and supportive. The staff did a fantastic job. The HomeStead is an incredible venue and we highly recommend it for your wedding venue. Thank you Paula and staff!

The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the food is of restaurant quality. We had tacos and the meat was so tender and the salsa was spicy but in the best way. Would highly recommend getting a photo booth for inside. It's just so much fun and a great way to capture everyone that came to celebrate you. The dessert table was so elegant with tons of options to either eat there or to take to go. The cake....oh the cake! So very beautifully decorated with matching flowers of the ceremony. The cake itself was so tender and flavorful. What is the cherry on top to this venue is that you and selected guests can actually stay! What a way to really get to connect with those who came to celebrate with you. You get to keep the party going and get quality time with your favorite people in a beautiful home. Definitely adding photos so you can see what I mean ;)

I think I'd much prefer not paying for parking or for admission! I'm writing this review after attending their Mother's Day weekend preseason festivities. Parking is paid for alongside your admission ticket. It was free on Mother's Day as long as you paid for parking. It wasn't room bad, but the gravel and dirt road isn't friendly, so beware. There are plenty of things to do while at the farm. They have plenty of food and fun things for the lavender festival. The Farm itself has a hotel, sourdough area, perfume class, a matcha room, and two bars you can sit and drink in. I'm giving it the stars that I am because I'm not a fan of their food. Their drinks here are decent, but I feel as though the workers here are burnt out. It's definitely packed on every corner with a lot of people. Even when taking photos with the lavender, it's busy and a bit overwhelming. It is a lovely concept overall, and a nice experience away from the busy city.

We also got to explore the grounds and found some cool shops and the place called The Courtyard. Also got some yummy matcha in the Matcha room.
