Went to a wedding here tonight and the entire event was fantastic from start to finish. First, one would never expect a wedding being held within this amusement park, so the surroundings were interesting and fun. It was either an easy walk uphill from the parking lot or one could get a ride in a golf cart by Meriam, a friendly woman with a good sense of humor. May, the wedding coordinator, could not have been more helpful or friendly, from organizing the rehearsal the night before to working with all the ladies in the bridal suite and the day of the wedding. The after-wedding food was good, the DJ excellent and was open to playing requests and the two bartenders friendly and helpful in doling out the drinks, including about 40 tequila shots to toast the bride and groom. If you're looking for a destination wedding, the environment is nice and the organizers great. read more

May Fort and her staff truly are amazing and made my wedding day that much more special ! May is the sweetest person ever she took care of my husband and I well and made sure we stayed hydrated. MAGICAL, Fairy Tale, a wedding only thought of in dreams.. That's only a few of the comments we had from the 190 guests we had at my daughters wedding, June 5th, 2022. The professionalism, friendliness, and promptness of the staff was exceptional. The food was delicious, the flowers were gorgeous, the ceremony was beautiful, just so much more I could say. This venue is tucked away in a secluded area in the forest, on the property of Santa's Village. Once you are there, the sounds of the waterfalls and slight breeze through the trees makes for a day the bride and groom will never forget. I got married in May at Sky Park and the wedding itself was amazing! My guests raved about the ambiance, food, and florals. Everything came out like a fairy tale! The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is - 1. The hair/makeup vendor we used, recommended by Sky Park and on their recommended vendor list, was 2 hours late to do mine & my bridesmaids hair and makeup. We were supposed to be done by 3PM for our 4PM ceremony, and my mother and bridesmaids were still being worked on when we were lining up for the ceremony at 4PM. 2. There was very little communication leading up to my wedding. I had messaged our coordinator with a list of questions a few months before the wedding, and it took 5 weeks and several followups to hear back. Our food tasting was also canceled last minute with no explanation, and they did not offer us any reschedule dates for several weeks. The communication got better in the month leading up to the wedding, but was stressful and concerning in the prior months. 3. The day of our wedding, there was a HUGE biking event at Sky Park. We did not know about the event until we showed up on the day of the wedding. Hundreds of bikers riding around everywhere, parking lot slammed, the place was absolutely chaotic. We might not have booked on this date had we known the event was going on, or at least a heads up would have been appreciated. read more

My wedding took place on May 15th 2021 and it was perfect beyond belief. It is quite funny because very hazardous fog rolled in around 7 pm (you could not see 5 feet infant of you) but for some reason the wedding venue was pristine and you could see everything! At the end of the day, I cannot thank May and Esmerelda enough for providing such an amazing wedding (especially the night watch guy that I am so sorry for not remembering your name but so thankful you let us use your golf cart). I also cannot thank them enough for adding more heaters after the fog rolled in without the extra charge (it was like 35 degrees!). The s'mores bar turned out perfect and my husband and I's sweetheart cake even more handsome! One of the compliments I kept receiving is how everyone at this venue is genuinely nice and happy to be there rather than happy because they have to be. I couldn't thank or hug anyone for long enough at this venue for them being so awesome. read more

My wedding was August 17, 2019, and I will say from start to finish my wedding was a dream come true. We wanted an outdoor venue located in the mountains that was rustic and timeless. SkyPark was our choice that checked all the boxes. We met with Stephanie to tour the venue and we fell in love immediately. The venue exceeded our set budget, but we seen a value in taking a lot of the pressure off ourselves and having someone professional assist us with the details. Stephanie coordinated our wedding with us and it was a very memorable experience. The entire planning process was very smooth and transparent. My guest count was 160, and day of all hands were on deck. We arrived and were served fresh fruit and mimosas. Stephanie sat with us and explained just how the day would go. This gave us the opportunity to sit back and just cherish the moments and enjoy the day. Stephanie and her assistant Miranda were an amazing Team who perfectly managed the vendors, the guests, and kept to the schedule for the day. At the end of the day, everything I brought was boxed up thoughtfully and was put in our vehicle. We sat at the same table at the end of the night and discussed how the day went. We both cried and expressed our gratitude for making the day absolutely perfect for us. The day could not have been any better and we feel so fortunate we had the opportunity to work so closely with Stephanie. We highly recommend her if you get the opportunity. She has a lot of passion for what she does and a work ethic rarely seen in others. I have to mention Taylor for being so gifted with her floral. I attended a wedding on August 17, 2019 here at this venue. It was an absolutely beautiful wedding and everything went absolutely smoothly. The wedding coordinator, Stephanie was very efficient at her job, not a minute was wasted. I didn't have my wedding here, but I wish I had, it is a very pretty serene peaceful and fun place. I actually saw a few weddings going on while we were visiting the park and they looked absolutely beautiful. I am sure it gets cold and windy on most nights but they do have heated heaters to try to keep the chill away. The decorations are very pretty this is a place to have a nice romantic family wedding, I bet it sure is pretty during fall and winter. Stephanie!!!! Hands down the best service I have EVER received. She's quick on emails, updating any of our documents needed, and flexible on so many last-minute changes we had. Throughout the process from day one until the day of, she showed us so much kindness and helped made the day go by so quickly. This forest backdrop was such a dream. We fell in love with this venue at first visit. After speaking with Stephanie and Michelle we knew it was right for us. We live out of state and I was worried it would be difficult to make sure everything was perfect for our big day. They answered promptly with very question I had via email and phone. They were so kind and professional. The day of the wedding was so relaxing thanks to Stephanie. She was one step ahead the whole day and made sure it went off without a hitch. We had our wedding at SkyPark last fall and it went better than we could have imagined!! First off, the venue is gorgeous--from the forested wedding ceremony (a short walk from the elegant bridal suite) to the reception under the stars, it truly was a one of a kind setting! Second, the staff is amazing!! Although my husband and I chose an outdoor forested venue, we still wanted a classy and elegant winter wedding with a reception where our guests could stay warm. The SkyPark Weddings staff did an excellent job of understanding our style and making the wedding unique to us. They were supportive and made sure that everything went as smoothly as possible. They provided us with their decor that matched our style and we brought some of our own decor. The staff set everything up with much detail and love. They even helped decorate the tent we had for our reception and they made it look so romantic! They are very experienced in the wedding, design, and service industries and they care a lot about their brides and grooms. I remain friends with the wedding planners, Michelle and Tami, and the florist, Taylor. Lastly, the food and service is five star quality! Graystone Catering provided the most amazing food for our guests who all mentioned how delicious it was even weeks after the wedding. The appetizer and dessert displays were gorgeous and tasty, and all the service was impeccable. Do yourself a favor and hire a wedding planner if you use this venue. My daughter was married at Skypark in October 2021. The venue itself is beautiful, how can you go wrong with a wedding in the forest? The unfortunate part is there is very little communication between the planner/coordinators and the bride to be. Long wait time for email responses, not available for phone calls, and not enough communication between Tammy and Mae. It gives the feeling the bride and her wedding is not a priority. The bride was told her bridal suite is not available yet when she was told it would be available at 11am. The bride was told to bring all decorations to the rehearsal dinner the day before and then Mae refused to accept it and said bring it back the day of the wedding. Tammy asked the bride for the guest seating chart as she is getting ready to walk down the isle! This wedding was planned 2 years in advance there is no excuse for such miscommunication to occur. If you pay for the champagne package make sure you assign someone from your wedding party or family to open it and pour it for everyone so that there is actually champagne served for the toast. Ours stayed in the bottle until the toast was over and the mother of the bride realized it was never served. If you pay for the smores package and your itinerary says smores at 7pm, make sure it's not put out closer to 9pm when everyone is ready to leave. Totally a waste because at that point there were hardly any guests left. We also witnessed the catering company owner, John I believe berating his employee which made us all very uncomfortable. Last but not least make sure you assign someone to pack up all decorations and all belongings from the bridal suite after the wedding is concluded as they do not assist with this whatsoever. Basically, be prepared to do a lot yourself! read more

After visiting many places this venue by far topped them all. The forested backdrop, location, and all the activities inside and around the park, really hit the spot for us when choosing this location. Stephanie takes you through the entire venue and gives you all the basic need to know information for you to go through prior to locking down a date. Once she finishes her tour with you, she lets you walk through the park and take as many pictures as you would like so you can really get the feel of the place. She is very helpful during the whole process. She answers e-mails all throughout the day and gets back to you quickly with responses to any questions you may have. I enjoyed working with her and her staff. On the actual day of the wedding, she assured me that everything was being taken care of while the bridal party was getting ready. She made sure we had everything we needed and were taken care of throughout the entire day. The venue was very clean and organized which made it very easy in the end when the night was over. Any props that you bring are all packaged nicely by the employees and taken to your car for an easy clean up. We live out of state which was a bit of concern for us however, Skypark makes it an easy process for you from start to finish. We decided on this venue and we live all the way in TX. It's as beautiful as the pictures look. It really is a fairytale wedding venue. I could not believe the area that we were in. The mountain is breathtaking. May and Esmeralda were so very helpful. My wedding coordinator, Tammy made sure I had a smooth wedding day. The caterers were amazing. I really didn't expect the food to be that great but it was delicious. The caterers also provided me and my husband a to go dinner. Michelle and Stephanie made our wedding easy. As soon as we reserved our date, they were working with us to make sure that we had everything ready in time. On top providing the venue, Santa's Village supplied our caterer and had an amazing bakery on site. But their friendliness wasn't just limited to us and their specified vendors. They made sure to extend their invitation to the other vendors we provided. Their ability to work with our vendors allowed us to focus on other things, as we were confident that our venue would be ready for our wedding. Then, on the big day, our wedding was hosted at a BEAUTIFUL location. It was nestled in the back of the park, with forests all around (we'd seen it before hand, but seeing decorated for our wedding was so touching). With perfect mid-seventy weather in the middle of summer of SoCal, our guests were comfortable in the fresh air. You just can't find that kind of thing anywhere else. I was so very excited to come to this venue to see the location and with all the positive reviews I expected nothing but the best! But was sadly disappointed... met with Stephanie the events coordinator and during the beginning of the tour she seemed very pleasant and informative until the moment I stated that we were more interested in using the location for only our ceremony since we have a reception plan in mind. I stated that our family and and friends are thinking of helping us set up a beautiful reception as a gift to us and she rudely says that she has heard "nightmare stories of friends and family doing receptions". (My fiancé does try to tell her though that he's willing to see all the options and will be happy to spend whatever it takes to make sure the day goes seamlessly..) Her attitude completely changes from that moment and me and my fiancé start to feel her rush through our tour. Sadly, close to the end of the tour, my fiancé is in the middle of asking some questions and she she tries to just walk away from us.. I realize at that moment that she is trying to rush to her other appointment since she must feel like she can squeeze more money out of them than us. So as she tries to come back and talk more with fiancé (because she must of realized how rude she was being) I decided to just say "Let her go honey" to my fiancé " she obviously has somewhere better to be." I was so disheartened and frankly hurt that the one place we wanted to hand over our money to for our special day was ruined by this interaction. As well as she had said she would email us with more information by the end of the day and I have still not received one call or email. It's a shame that such a beautiful location with such great potential is ran by some money hungry individuals who are obviously not there to make sure your day is as special as it could be. And I'm also not surprised that someone else had a somewhat similar experience as us! This whole situation could have been handled in much more professional manner. read more

Greystone catering was the vendor for food and they also hit a home run with our guests, both with the quality and presentation of the meal & the amazing taste. If you are undecided about a venue, do yourself a huge favor and go see Stepahnie at skypark! I have had raving reviews about her and this venue since our wedding. If your there to tour the venue, try the BBQ restaurant for lunch before you go. They have the best Brisket and ribs I've had in a very long time. Lastly, I was a bit hesitant about their preferred vendor list because lets face it, we all know a bartender, a DJ, a photographer etc.... We had our wedding here May 19, 2018 and it was absolutely incredible. Michelle was truly wonderful throughout the entire process and really went the extra mile to ensure our day was everything we hoped and dreamed it would be. I can't thank her enough for how helpful she was to me throughout the entire process as well. The venue is breathtaking, to say the least, and the bridal suite is the perfect place for the ladies to get ready, complete with your own private kitchen and bathroom (a huge plus!!) . Annie, their baker, really exceeded our expectations for our wedding cake. It was delicious and beautiful all in one! Graystone, who does the catering, provided delectable food and appetizers that did not disappoint. There are countless places to capture beautiful photos aside from the amazing ceremony site. This review is long and overdue, but here goes! My husband and I got married here in November of 2018. This venue is breathtaking, and we knew that it was where we wanted to say I do the first time we laid eyes on it! We quickly decided there was no need to look elsewhere. If you are wanting a beautiful forested setting but struggling to find one in Southern California, look no further! We were so happy to find out there was an onsite Bridal Suite right next to the ceremony site. When we walked inside, it was incredibly spacious and had gorgeous vanities for multiple bridesmaids. Additionally, there was a private Bridal room. It also included a dining nook/kitchen area, large bathroom, and a privacy fenced outdoor patio. The venue had many other onsite amenities such as: a bakery (Our wedding cake was prepared for us conveniently on site and there were so many unique and delicious options for cake flavors and designs, would highly recommend!), restaurants, a coffee shop, candy shop, and gift shops. Many of their vendors are onsite, which is convenient. There was also a pub area for the groom & groomsmen to hang out at prior to the ceremony. The park has all kinds of other fun activities as well, which is great for out of town guests or those in general who want to make a weekend of the event. Everything is all in one place! The ceremony site is what hooked us. It allows for the feeling of being engulfed by the forest, and we especially loved the peaceful sounds of the waterfall stream that wraps around the area. Both the ceremony & reception areas are privately tucked away from the rest of the park. The Chapel of Little Shepherd where we signed our marriage license was also adorable! When we first toured the venue we felt instantly comfortable with Michelle and Taylor (Taylor was also our floral designer, she works onsite and is extremely creative, helpful, and sweet. I would definitely recommend using her!) Michelle has an eye for design/décor and was a pleasure to work with as well! She can really help bring your vision to life--whatever that may be! The day of management went smoothly and our wedding coordinators made sure we stuck to the timeline! We had some very special concerns and requests and Skypark Weddings was very accommodating to all needs. They always remained mindful of our budget, which we were so grateful for. My husband and I are thankful for the opportunity to bring our future children to the place we got married someday. How many people get to do that!? I know we will return often. read more

My fiance and I will be getting married at SkyPark on September 8th of 2018. First off, I cannot begin to explain how awesome we have been treated by the wedding site coordinators. They have been incredibly helpful and have gone out of their way to make our wedding one to remember. Secondly, the wedding site and reception areas are both incredible and so well thought out. They have everything from small weddings in the chapel to very large weddings at the ceremony site. My fiance and I will be having a 200 person wedding at the ceremony site followed by the reception on the "Whispering Pines" reception site. Overall, we would not want to get married anywhere else. SkyPark is an amazing place filled with the most incredible wedding coordinators and we cannot wait to look back on our beautiful wedding! read more

Where to start?!? I fell in love with this venue through pictures. When I got engaged they were the first place I thought about. I was so excited I emailed right away to get information about the venue. Keep in mind I grew up in the San Bernardino Mountains and went to Santa's Village all the time as a young child. Although it took a few days for me to get a reply I was so excited when I finally did. It was around Thanksgiving time. They had let me know in the email that they didn't have any tours available until January 8th which I was totally fine with waiting. I emailed Back hoping to get a reply to set up a tour for the week of the 8th but I didn't get anything back. There was a phone number attached to the email so I decided to give it a call. The lady on the other end answered with "hellooo?" At that moment I thought maybe it was the wrong number so I hesitated to say anything. I finally asked if it was Santa's village? She said was I looking for weddings? I said yes. And went on explaining to her that I had emailed her wanting to set up a tour. She went on telling me that they weren't giving any tours until after the 8th of January. I told her that's fine. How about the 11th? She goes on telling me that they are taking down Christmas that week and that the property won't be in the best condition. If that's true then why not wait one more week to give tours?!? I said ok. Being as excited as I was about getting engaged and wanting to start planning, I was ok with whatever. The. She goes and tells me that they could have snow at the time and if I'd still be able to make it. I said yeah that's ok. (Can she predict the weather?!) she didn't seem interested at all in giving me a tour. Well today was my scheduled tour. I never got a confirmation email or anything. She said she would get back to me through email. Never heard a thing. She first of all shouldn't attach a phone number to an email and answer with a hello. Not professional at all. I went else where. Im going to have a beautiful wedding in the mountains without having to deal with rude people. I will never recommend Sky Park Weddings to anyone. read more
