What a beautiful rustic charm venue for weddings, family reunions, meetings, birthday parties, holiday parties, etc. This place has it all, beside being outdoors in between beautiful oak trees, it is totally private for you when you reserve this location for your event. After driving a beautiful scenic mountain road we attended a beautiful intimate wedding this weekend at this place and I was very impressed with this location, it was absolutely perfect and so inviting. The staff were attentive and sweet. The food was incredibly delicious, from the appetizers to the cake. The bride and the groom had the most magical moments. We had so much fun. This venue can cater small intimate gatherings, to large events. They can provide everything for that especial day. Definitely recommend this place. They say something will always go wrong the day of your wedding. Well, thanks to Pond Oaks if something did, I never knew! Pond Oaks is the total package. They include the food, floral, refreshments, DJ, decor, staffing, bartender, cleanup, dessert with cake, EVERYTHING you need for your wedding day. You basically just show up. I spent countless hours looking for all inclusive places that would not break the bank and this is definitely, hands down, the BEST decision. Not only the most amazing, cost friendly, beautiful venue but they will make your wedding day absolutely unforgettable. The staff will make you feel as though your sweet auntie and your super cool on-top-of-it-all cousin are throwing it for you. I am SO grateful to them and all the attention to detail they had. Jennifer, Caylee and their amazing family and team make you feel so special and truly care in making your day unforgettable for you. They are so patient, kind, accommodating, easy to talk to, and really are on top of it. We were lucky enough to have Caylee there the day of the wedding and she was so in control (in the absolute best way, Caylee take the wheel!) to make sure everything went on without a hitch and on time. This was so invaluable to me since I didn't have a wedding planner and as the bride, I was a ball of nerves. Caylee knew our wedding schedule like the back of her hand and even remembered the exact moment (to the second, mind you) I wanted the aisle doors to be opened when I was walking down the aisle. I was so nervous I was almost going to walk too soon! Thank goodness Caylee was there to gently stop me and the moment was absolutely perfect and timed immaculately. For brides as lost as I was during the nerve wracking wedding process, here's the breakdown: -VENUE SPACE: truly beautiful. You're getting married in a National Park surrounded by gorgeous mountains and a stream across the venue, how amazing is that. Caylee, Jennifer and their team decorate it BEAUTIFULLY that it seems like a wonderland. All of my guests still talk about how charming all the little details were from the cute restrooms to the bridal glamper. Yes, a glamper. Jennifer and Caylee really want you to be in the best of hands and there is no better place to get ready or escape for a bit than a comfy glamper with a fridge for your cool drinks. The weather was definitely on our side during mid August 2022, nice and sunny during the day, but not too hot. The beautiful trees kept us cool the whole reception. At night it was an absolutely lovely summer night just like we had envisioned but they did have heaters in case it was needed. -FOOD: oh my gosh when I tell you this isn't your regular "wedding food", it is an understatement. Pond Oaks has a great selection of caterers they work very closely with to make sure you have the best food. The caterers also come with the package you choose which is so convenient and I'm so grateful I didn't have to find and deal with another vendor. We chose Buckboard for our catering and I can still remember how delicious the food was. During the tasting the Buckboard team really made you feel welcome. It was insanely good! The mashed potatoes were so creamy, even their salad dressing was homemade and super tasty. Everything served in beautiful dishes to make it look upscale yet homey. The food for the bride and groom is served separately behind their sweetheart table so we were able to eat as much as we wanted without having to get up, what a great idea! -OFFICIANT: Pastor Michael from the Granite Creek Community Church was the absolute kindest person and the PERFECT person to officiate our wedding. He is so easy to talk to regardless of religious affiliation and truly spent time personalizing our vows. Pastor Michael had great communication with us, asking us how we met and things we loved about eachother so he could incorporate it into the ceremony, made a speech we were able to edit, and even researched and added a special lasso ceremony we requested. He made our ceremony special, humorous, and memorable. -MUSIC: Dj Robbie was so fun to work with. Robbie sent us a detailed list of what we would like played/not played and my husband and I created playlists for him to go based off of. We all had a great time dancing and Robbie brought such great energy to the wedding. -FLORAL: I spoke to Caylee about an idea of what I wanted and she truly delivered, my bouquet and floral were SO beautiful! She took such great attention to detail and they stayed fresh for days to come. I can't recommend Pond Oaks enough. It made our wedding day memorable and an event our guests still talk about to this day. You can pay for an expensive venue all day but the love and attention the Pond Oaks family give you to make your day special is truly priceless. My husband and I are so grateful! read more

Pond oaks is the most beautiful and magical outdoor venue tucked away in the mountains. The venue is right off the main highway but once you are inside you feel like you are completely secluded somewhere far away. Jennifer and Caylee were amazing to work with from start to finish. They are very flexible and just so sweet, you will feel welcomed right away. A huge plus is that the venue includes catering in the packages leaving the bride/groom with less stress on trying to source vendors. There are many different food options to choose from and the bakery they use is amazing as well. The way they present and decorate the venue is so beautiful and creative. I am a type A personality and wanted things to be done/look a certain way; with Jennifer and Caylee in charge I didn't feel the need to be super specific with my vision. I knew we were on the same page the whole time. Caylee does the florals for the events and her work is incredible and once again, exactly what I was looking for. Our day, 10/6/23 was so beautiful with all the fall vibes. We got so many compliments from all our guests. Many said it was the most beautiful wedding venue they've ever been to! All in all the value of what you get for your money at Pond Oaks compared to other venues is incredible. It's beautiful and affordable! It's a little drive up the mountain, but nothing too bad. Such a quaint venue. Plenty of space to have different areas for your event. We were at a fundraising event. Everything was wonderfully set in different areas of the property. Management is so friendly. Plenty of string lights to make it a magical atmosphere. 300+ people at the event with still so much room to have a larger attendance. The evening was spectacular. read more

My son was married at this venue four weeks ago right before the fires. My understanding is the venue was untouched. The venue is perfect. The location is only 10 minutes up the mountain. Even though a quite rustic location, our wedding was very elegant and thoroughly enjoyed by all our guests. All the bride and grooms' needs were met. The flowers were beautifully arranged, the bride and grooms' table was beautifully decorated along with all the guest tables. The dessert table was amazing, so many choices. I must say regardless of price point there was nothing more they could have wanted. We were lucky enough to have the perfect evening to send off the bride and groom with sparklers . Jennifer and her staff we're absolutely amazing. My son, Christian, was recording everything throughout the day for the bride and groom when he went to go record them dancing something happened and everything deleted off the SIM card. My son lost it. And had a complete meltdown. Anthony one of the staff members came over and told my son he could probably help him recover the deleted items, two days later, we got a call from Anthony had said that he was able to retrieve and save everything we lost. Anthony went above and beyond his job that day. Overall, we couldn't have experienced a more than perfect venue to celebrate such a beautiful day! read more
