Do not think twice and book this venue! From the beginning the staff in particular Sofia was amazing she went over all our options and kept me in the loop of everything. Their vendors are great to work with, food was delicious, cake delicious, DJ definitely listened to the vibe we wanted for music, flowers beautiful and the coordinator amazing. I got and continue to get so many compliments :) At first I was worried about the food quality but let me tell you the cocktail hour finger foods and dinner were so tasty. I got so many compliments on the food which was my biggest worry. The meats/ chicken cooked perfect along with the sides. We got open bar and the drinks were perfection! The venue was beautiful and the set up was gorgeous! Planning my dream wedding with this venue was a breeze they communicated at all times and made each step exciting. I 100% recommend this venue to anyone planning a wedding, quince or any party The venue is breathtaking All my pictures came out so beautiful Thank you Sofia and Jennifer for being amazing. read more

Attended a wedding at Hidden Acres and was amazed at the job they did to make this venue into such a beautiful and lovely place. The trees, the pond, and the gazebo, and the whole setting were gorgeous. The biggest problem was the fact that there was no signal at all. My older son from New York City had to fly back at midnight and could not get an uber. He ended up driving my younger son's car back to the hotel we're staying in Rialto to get an Uber from there. Another problem was the abundance of mosquitoes. Some of the unlucky chosen ones were bitten. Food was decent but was served buffet style. We had to walk over to the building close by to get our food (but it wasn't all you can eat, they closed the door soon after everyone had gotten their plates). They probably didn't or couldn't hire enough servers. Overall, it's still a pretty nice venue. read more

10/10/25 was the best of my life. My wife and I booked with Hidden Acres and Sofia almost 2 years ago and they made the whole process pretty much stress free. The venue is absolutely beautiful (we chose the Bella Terra side). Our coordinator, Savannah, was so prepared and super sweet. She made the rehearsal day, and more importantly, the wedding day flow perfectly and everything went according to plan. So many of our guests commented on how well the wedding flowed and that is all thanks to Savannah. So to Sofia and Savannah and to everyone at Hidden Acres, thanks for making our wedding a dream come true. Love, Tatiana and Jae-R read more

From one of the bridesmaids that had the pleasure of using this venue this summer, I'd like to thank all the staff for their hard work in making my friend's wedding a beautiful and memorable one. Our coordinator Sophia was so perceptive and thoughtful and prevented/fixed all the glitches throughout the day. My friend used most of their suggested vendors. I personally really appreciated the camera crew who were extremely knowledgeable about not only wedding photography in general, but also of the venue and the ideal spots to take photos before and after the ceremony. They were committed to capturing important moments that were unplanned, like an impromptu private note from the groom and getting the bride and the bridesmaids at the right moment when they started dancing together. The DJ was also very accommodating and flexible, which was very much appreciated! He made sure to check in with us so that he could get everything the way we wanted. The venue itself was very beautiful. The drive to Hidden Acres has a dry, mountainous feel, but once you enter the location there are a lot of trees with a creek and a pond that makes it feel like an oasis. We had a morning ceremony, but despite the scorching heat, the shades were sufficient for the ceremony. It may have been a little hot for some of the guest seating area since the trees didn't extend all the way. The reception lunch area was completely covered so that helped immensely for everyone. There were a few industrial fans to supply some circulation. The food was great and we were all happy. Thank you!! read more

Amazing. Love it. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. Beautiful and staff were awesome.

06.09.23- the best day of my life! My fairytale wedding was a dream! I was searching for a venue with a lot of greenery, ranch style, and a rustic feel. I knew I had found the perfect venue when I went to take a tour. Sofia and Brianna were amazing to work with. From beginning to end, they made the process so easy. Sofia was always available to answer any questions even after hours. I appreciate the commitment of customer service they provide to their clients. The venue itself is beautiful, and my family couldn't stop raving about the beautiful grounds and the mountain scenes. The drive up there is mesmerizing, and everyone kept saying it was easy and felt like they drove into a forest. The setting was just everything to me, from the horses in the background to the flower blooms it was everything I wished for. The vendors they work with were really good. The DJ kept the crowd going. I recommend Anne she was a vibe, and im so glad she was a bilingual MC. The food where do I start.. I'm so glad we went with the chicken parm everyone absolutely loved it! We got the garlic Rib-eye steak for ourselves, and omg!!! Heaven!! I appreciate this venue so much for making my dream wedding come true. I cannot thank them enough. BRIANNA, you go girl! Thank you for checking up on me and asking me if I needed anything and offering me drinks. I felt so relaxed knowing I had a good team taking care of us. Even though some things didn't go as expected with one of my vendors and me being late, Sofia took action right away and saved the day. The only thing with this venue is that every vendor you hire needs to have insurance, but I think for most venues, this is common. If you're looking for a wedding venue, look no further. I couldn't wait to post this review. read more

I know this is a late review but better late than never. The owners of hidden acres were more than accommodating and gave our family and friends a wonderful venue to host my sisters wedding on June 3,2023 on Bella Terra. The property is beautiful with many outdoor activities to take care of everyone and had a refreshing & beautiful ceremony, cocktail hour area to cool down. This venue is nothing short of magical from the high peaks of mountains and trees to the glamorous bridal suite and reception! This venue was everything my sister and brother-in-law had been looking for. Thank you to the owners for blessing my family and friends for a day we will never forget. I would like to thank the groundsmen for having the venue clean and beautiful for this big day. The two groundsmen were extremely helpful the day of as well with installing special decorations that were brought in by us when we were struggling to do it ourselves. Sofia and her team helped make my sisters wedding day so incredibly magical. Both Sofia and Bri did all the wedding to-do's that were asked of through out the wedding planning process. She helped put together a day my sister and brother-in-law will never forget. She was well organized, thoughtful and just really enjoyable to work with during the process and the big day. Sofia and bri are both special assets to Hidden Acres. Their unwavering dedication on this big day created a calm and carefree environment that some people are unable to say they had on their wedding day and for that I say thank you so much. Sofia and Bri bless you for all that you have done for us. Ron and Ann Freelance DJ that is included into Hidden Acres package did an outstanding job being out MC throughout the day keeping our guest alert and aware of our program. The DJ was AWESOME! They got our crowd moving on the dance floor, laughing and just created the environment for our guest to be able to have fun! Thank you freelance for getting the party moving!! Amore flowers : a big shoutout to this florist! She was the most kindest and sweetest vendor to work with. She listened to everything my sister wanted and MORE for her arrangements! She is not just a florist but a true artist! Thank you for making my sisters wedding look like art! May god continue to bless you. Chef! Oooooohhh boy was to food delicious!! This has by far been the best food I HAVE EVER, I mean ever had at a wedding! The food tasted the exact same way it did on tasting day! That statement says a lot about the quality of this food. I will never stop raving about your work chef! Thank you for your hard work! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for delivering a beautiful day all of us will never forget! From the moment we looked at the facility and talked with Sophia, we knew it was our venue. This was by far one of the most gorgeous venues for a wedding and the staff is beyond and above any expectations you could have. Sophia is responsive, beyond understanding, checks-in and simply goes above and beyond her duties to make sure you feel special and welcome. We were paired with Bri as our day of coordinator. Let me start by saying, this girl needs a raise or a promotion or both. Hidden Acres should feel so honored to have her as an employee. Bri went BEYOND above what she was "detailed" to do without hesitation. She listened without judgement when I was nervous on certain things and certain people. She made sure my day went off without a hitch. When I got to the venue for the wedding, she set up everything for me and was so excited to start the day, which made me excited and feel so calm. All my guests complimented how amazing Bri and Sophia were. I had one issue on my wedding that had nothing to do with the venue and let me tell you, without questions or anything, Sophia and Bri sprung into action and got my issue handled. It wasn't even their issue. Words cannot express how thankful I am to them both. This is your wedding venue. This is the team you want behind you. Instead of being nervous for my day, I was so beyond calm and happy and laughed the entire day. I feel every single Bride should look here first and see what they have to offer. No other place can beat it. Bri and Sophia, we are forever grateful. Truly. Sarah & Terry Mermer read more

This is overdue and going to be long, but I have to fully express my thanks and appreciation to this magical venue. Hidden Acres, the beautiful location and the wonderful staff, just everything was SO AMAZING. We got married on 11/12/22 and it truly was the best day and night of our lives. Our wedding was on "Lakeside" and it was the most beautiful and unique setting I could've dreamed of. Combination of rustic and fairy-forest vibes. We heard so many guests talking about how cute and comfortable the saloon bar was. It was a cold night up in the mountains in November, but they provided a good amount of heaters. Between the heaters and all the dancing, thanks to the amazing DJ the venue works with, everyone was plenty warm. The food was amazing. The florist they work with was wonderful. The cake was delicious and so pretty. These vendors and details were included in the package and they were all wonderful and it made the planning process much easier. Sofia, the coordinator for our event, was so helpful and made sure everything went absolutely perfectly. She personally ensured the bar was stocked with less common things our "signature drinks" required, ran to help me get my pretty shoes back on for the garter toss moment bc I had put my flats on too soon and I really wanted the pretty ones for that moment lol. All the little things like that, I wanna say thank you from the bottom of my heart. I could go on and on, clearly. We got countless compliments on our wedding and the venue from all our guests. Saying it was one of the funnest, smoothest weddings they'd been too and that the location was so beautiful. 1000000 out of 10. Thank you Hidden Acres. - Jason and Courtney and our families read more

**BEST WEDDING VENUE!!** I had my wedding here on March 20, 2022. I would recommend this venue to any engaged couple!! The venue is absolutely gorgeous and the Hidden Acre staff are the sweetest people! We toured 4 different wedding venues before Hidden Acres and this one surpassed all our expectations & we instantly fell in love with it. (& price was very affordable for us.) On the day of my wedding, everything was perfect. I had a brunch wedding so ceremony started at 10 am. (You have to pick a Brunch wedding!! Yummiest breakfast ever!!!) My wedding party and I arrived at 8am, drinks were set up in the bridal suite, and my husband & his party had all their sodas/drinks in the grooms room. Sofia (wedding coordinator) had everything set up perfectly and I did not have to worry about a single thing. We left all of our decorations with her the day before and everything was set up exactly as we asked. We had extra decorations that we brought so Sofia and the team set them up in places where they thought looked best. Leading up to the wedding, Sofia was available and would respond very quickly via email/text/call. She always had an answer to my question and when planning the wedding, she had great recommendations and provided details on how the day was going to look like. You want her on your team for sure!! Courtney was also apart of the day and she is awesome! She is also a great addition to the team! The staff also had a taste testing day set up for my husband and our moms and Sofia spent a good amount of time with us to answer any questions we had. I cannot recommend this venue enough. It was so beautiful, and as a bride, I did not have to worry about a single thing. Our friends and family had so much to say about how beautiful our wedding was to the stunning landscape, to the yummy food, and the horses hanging out in the background, and how friendly the staff was. After my new husband and I left the venue, the Hidden Acres team also helped my parents break down all the tables/decorations and had them in boxes ready to pack into the car. There are so many good things to say about Hidden Acres, special thank you to Sofia for making my day so perfect, and Courtney for assisting us throughout the day & taking the cutest polaroids of the day. They went above and beyond to make this day perfect & I am forever grateful. read more

Paloma's 15th birthday celebration was outstanding! The staff and MC were professional and kind. Had a great time

We just had our wedding this pasted weekend, Nov 06, 2021 and let us tell you about our experience. Sofia & Deanna are the two names you want on your team to make sure your day goes smoothly and truly becomes your special day. The venue speaks for itself, but if you don't have the right team, then it will not give the venue the reputation they have made for themselves. I'm a big believer in giving recognition where recognition is due and these two ladies deserve it hands down. Sofia was always available to answer any and all questions we had about the venue, the add ons, the food, down to what time the sunset & the shadows coming over the mountains for photos would be. Via text, email or a phone call, she made my then bride to be feel at ease on a day that would be stressful & special at the same time. She made you feel like she was specifically there to help you and only you. To make sure everything would be right on our day. Truly great! Deanna was our coordinator and was AMAZING the day of our wedding. It seemed as if she had cloned herself and placed herself everywhere she needed to be. The energy she brought was incredible. She was very professional, positive, friendly, outgoing, and always had a smile on her face. It seemed like she was part of our family. The attention she gave my bride was SPECTACULAR. She made sure she had what she needed, helped where my bride needed help and did it without hesitation. She kept our wedding day flowing and we never once felt rushed throughout the whole night. We couldn't be happier and thankful for the way she took care of us. We definitely felt we were her number one priority. Thank you a million times over Deanna! You are the best!!! Ann was our MC/DJ. All we asked of her was to keep our dance floor full at all times. Her and her team 1000% delivered that & more. Her energy was through the roof. Had my guest dancing all night long. The way she interacted with everyone and kept us going all night was amazing. Once again great energy! I would even hire her for our regular parties without hesitation! Thank you to the chef. We had so many compliments from all of our guest how the food was so delicious. Our bartender, and the rest of the staff at Hidden Acres truly made our special day even more special because of the service the provided. Very professional, friendly, and always checking in on us and our guest to make sure we were all taken care of. If you are looking for a venue with professional, friendly, and truly amazing staff, this is your place. We would do it all over again with this team on board. read more

I had my wedding in October of 2022 and let me tell you, it was a day I will NEVER forget. My husband and I chose the Lakeside venue for our big day. The lakeside has so many wonderful features, a lake, tavern, barn, suites for both the bride and groom and 2 ceremony sites which is awesome! We chose to get married with the lake behind us, and used the other ceremony site on the hill for our cocktail hour. Which our guests stated was a "major hit". We chose the upgraded charcuterie board option for our guests along with 2 pass around appetizers (bruschetta and bacon wrapped dates) unfortunately, I did not get to try any due to pictures, etc. but our guests loved it all! Our ceremony and reception was absolutely beautiful I still cannot believe it. I had no idea how it would all turn out because it was all just ideas I had, Pinterest photos, etc. but it came out SO SO wonderful. The food was absolutely delicious!!! I have had multiple guests tell me afterwards how delicious the food was, especially for a buffet style meal. All of the team working on our wedding was great. Sofia was helpful in answering all of my questions, concerns and all things wedding. I had contacted her several times throughout the year to ask questions I had regarding our wedding and she did not hesitate to answer. Brianna was our day of coordinating and holy crap, I cannot imagine our day without her. She was AMAZING!!! She made sure everything was running smoothly, got us drinks whenever we needed them, accommodated our guests with anything they needed. She truly did it all and I thank her so much for being so on top of everything. Her assistance was calming and allowed my husband and I to enjoy our special day to the fullest. Lastly, a huge shoutout to the owners, for being so accommodating on our special day and making it such a lovely experience for my husband and I! Stop right now because you have just found the perfect venue for your big day! My wife and I fell in love with Hidden Acres from the very beginning; I know this a big decision and it can be nerve wracking trying to find "THEE PLACE" to host your wedding, but we've been there and done that - take it from us, this place is magical. Now I know what you're thinking, I can't just pick a place based on one review from two strangers, but we are very cautious people, too, and we don't like to jump into things without giving it some serious thought first. We also don't like to throw away our money, so we researched numerous venues after our first walkthrough, but it felt like God just kept leading us back to where we began, Hidden Acres. Other venues didn't live up to the hype. They would disqualify themselves from our short list by providing poor customer service, failing to communicate or offering little value for the money they were demanding - one was even going under renovation during our wedding date. Besides all that, though, we just knew deep down we were always meant to get married at Hidden Acres. We finally decided to pull the trigger and we signed our contract in early February. We were able to customize a plan that worked for our budget and Hidden Acres provided us with a payment schedule that we could afford. Twelve months of planning came to fruition on January 20th 2019 and it was a night my wife and I will never forget. We have received so much praise from our guests in regards to the venue, the food (people actually got up to get seconds; we've been to plenty of weddings, and we know wedding food typically isn't very good), the decor, the staff, and especially our day of coordinator, Sofia. Honestly, Sofia is worth her weight in gold. She went way above and beyond to make our wedding special and as stress free as humanly possible. She was such a pleasure to work with - we were confident that with Sofia backing us up, we could cut loose and enjoy ourselves. Please, do yourself a favor and make an appointment to tour the property, you won't regret it. Remember to tell them Paul & Kandice sent you! read more

Look no further, this is the venue you can't pass on!! We had our wedding here at lakeside on May 8th, 2021 and it was the best ever. Every single person we have spoken to that came to our wedding said it was the best wedding ever and that they had never seen a venue like it. Every single person we worked with at hidden acres was great, but Sofia the wedding coordinator is the best! I emailed her at so many strange hours of the day and she always responded either the same day or the next day if my emails were later in the night. Hidden acres is great because in their price they include a photo booth, dj, some flowers, food, dessert and wedding coordination. I can not recommend this venue enough! It is so beautiful and they made getting married a breeze! We added on a party bus that they operate to take people to and from the venue to a nearby hotel and it was great to not have to worry about people drinking and driving. The food was devious too! We had chicken piccata, garlic mashed potatoes and green beans with a wedge salad to start. We enjoyed the day from start to finish and we would not have chosen another place if you told us to. I got married at Hidden Acres last September and what took place the day of my wedding made me completely regret booking the venue. On the day of the wedding about $1,800 worth of cash and items were stolen, and I could guarantee it was not by any of our guests. An envelope with $1,000 cash (possibly more) that was gifted to my husband and I mysteriously dissapeared from the bar area after I placed it down and walked away for a few minutes. This happened towards the end of the reception, so the bar was closed and empty, all the guests were in the reception area. The bar tender was cleaning up and conveniently had already left after it was discovered the envelope was missing. I informed the day of coordinator of the missing envelope and she assured me it would more than likely turn up somewhere. The following day I had to show up to the venue- since they were not answering the phone- to look for the envelope and ask about security footage. Of course nothing was found, and the venue manager assured me they would go through security footage to figure out what happened. Two days later when I unpacked the bag I used the day of the wedding, I realize I am missing a perfume along with a $100 bill that was inside of my makeup bag. These items were inside of the bridal suite on top of the makeup desk, and my maid of honor who helped pack my items away after the reception assured me there was no perfume in the room when she put the items away. In addition to my items, a pair of $500 sunglasses were stolen from the groomsmen suite, as well as an envelope that the officiant gave to my husband prior to the ceremony. The person who took the envelope probably assumed there was cash inside and took it out my husbands gym bag pocket. I called hidden acres immediately to follow up on the missing envelope and inform them of the other missing items, and the manager told me she would call me back. I received a call back later that day from the owner, who tells me she is so embarrassed to inform me that the cameras in the bar area were down and there is no security footage of anything from the night of the wedding. I asked about other cameras around the venue, and she stated they were all down. She went on to tell me none of the employees, including the bar tender who was at the bar when the envelope was left there, had seen or found the envelope. She assured me they would notify me if the envelope or any of the other missing items turned up. I followed up with hidden acres one more time a few weeks after the wedding and again, nothing was found. I filed a police report with the San Bernardino Sheriffs Department, but hidden acres also told the detective the cameras were down and refused to provide a list of guests and employees that were in attendance that night. Two possible scenarios took place that night, both unacceptable for a venue that hosts large events: 1. the cameras were really not working, which means hidden acres doesnt bother to ensure that their cameras are up and running during an event in case of an incident, or 2. The footage incriminates their employees and they would rather lie than take accountability for the employees actions. This is not the first time an incident like this takes place there, if you look through their reviews a couple had their ENTIRE gift card box stolen about a year ago and hidden acres also claimed their security cameras were down. If you already booked with them or plan on booking with them for your event, make sure you pack all of your valuables away in your car immediately before you leave the suites and make sure nothing is left sitting around. I have no doubt in mind that the items were taken by an employee or an outside person who was given access to the premises who knew Hidden Acres would do nothing. Overall, our experience with hidden acres was not great, aside from the stolen items the day of coordination could have been a lot better and the planning process with them was a little disorganized. read more
