I got and continue to get so many compliments :) At first I was worried about the food quality but let me tell you the cocktail hour finger foods and dinner were so tasty. I got so many compliments on the food which was my biggest worry. The meats/ chicken cooked perfect along with the sides. We got open bar and the drinks were perfection! Attended a wedding at Hidden Acres and was amazed at the job they did to make this venue into such a beautiful and lovely place. The trees, the pond, and the gazebo, and the whole setting were gorgeous. The biggest problem was the fact that there was no signal at all. My older son from New York City had to fly back at midnight and could not get an uber. He ended up driving my younger son's car back to the hotel we're staying in Rialto to get an Uber from there. Another problem was the abundance of mosquitoes. Some of the unlucky chosen ones were bitten. Food was decent but was served buffet style. We had to walk over to the building close by to get our food (but it wasn't all you can eat, they closed the door soon after everyone had gotten their plates). They probably didn't or couldn't hire enough servers. Overall, it's still a pretty nice venue. read more

From one of the bridesmaids that had the pleasure of using this venue this summer, I'd like to thank all the staff for their hard work in making my friend's wedding a beautiful and memorable one. Our coordinator Sophia was so perceptive and thoughtful and prevented/fixed all the glitches throughout the day. My friend used most of their suggested vendors. I personally really appreciated the camera crew who were extremely knowledgeable about not only wedding photography in general, but also of the venue and the ideal spots to take photos before and after the ceremony. They were committed to capturing important moments that were unplanned, like an impromptu private note from the groom and getting the bride and the bridesmaids at the right moment when they started dancing together. The DJ was also very accommodating and flexible, which was very much appreciated! He made sure to check in with us so that he could get everything the way we wanted. The venue itself was very beautiful. The drive to Hidden Acres has a dry, mountainous feel, but once you enter the location there are a lot of trees with a creek and a pond that makes it feel like an oasis. We had a morning ceremony, but despite the scorching heat, the shades were sufficient for the ceremony. It may have been a little hot for some of the guest seating area since the trees didn't extend all the way. The reception lunch area was completely covered so that helped immensely for everyone. I knew I had found the perfect venue when I went to take a tour. Sofia and Brianna were amazing to work with. From beginning to end, they made the process so easy. Sofia was always available to answer any questions even after hours. I appreciate the commitment of customer service they provide to their clients. The venue itself is beautiful, and my family couldn't stop raving about the beautiful grounds and the mountain scenes. The drive up there is mesmerizing, and everyone kept saying it was easy and felt like they drove into a forest. The setting was just everything to me, from the horses in the background to the flower blooms it was everything I wished for. The vendors they work with were really good. The DJ kept the crowd going. I recommend Anne she was a vibe, and im so glad she was a bilingual MC. The food where do I start.. I'm so glad we went with the chicken parm everyone absolutely loved it! The owners of hidden acres were more than accommodating and gave our family and friends a wonderful venue to host my sisters wedding on June 3,2023 on Bella Terra. The property is beautiful with many outdoor activities to take care of everyone and had a refreshing & beautiful ceremony, cocktail hour area to cool down. This venue is nothing short of magical from the high peaks of mountains and trees to the glamorous bridal suite and reception! This venue was everything my sister and brother-in-law had been looking for. Thank you to the owners for blessing my family and friends for a day we will never forget. I would like to thank the groundsmen for having the venue clean and beautiful for this big day. The two groundsmen were extremely helpful the day of as well with installing special decorations that were brought in by us when we were struggling to do it ourselves. From the moment we looked at the facility and talked with Sophia, we knew it was our venue. Hidden Acres, the beautiful location and the wonderful staff, just everything was SO AMAZING. We got married on 11/12/22 and it truly was the best day and night of our lives. Our wedding was on "Lakeside" and it was the most beautiful and unique setting I could've dreamed of. Combination of rustic and fairy-forest vibes. We heard so many guests talking about how cute and comfortable the saloon bar was. It was a cold night up in the mountains in November, but they provided a good amount of heaters. Between the heaters and all the dancing, thanks to the amazing DJ the venue works with, everyone was plenty warm. The food was amazing. The florist they work with was wonderful. The cake was delicious and so pretty. These vendors and details were included in the package and they were all wonderful and it made the planning process much easier. Sofia, the coordinator for our event, was so helpful and made sure everything went absolutely perfectly. She personally ensured the bar was stocked with less common things our "signature drinks" required, ran to help me get my pretty shoes back on for the garter toss moment bc I had put my flats on too soon and I really wanted the pretty ones for that moment lol. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and the Hidden Acre staff are the sweetest people! We toured 4 different wedding venues before Hidden Acres and this one surpassed all our expectations & we instantly fell in love with it. (& price was very affordable for us.) On the day of my wedding, everything was perfect. I had a brunch wedding so ceremony started at 10 am. (You have to pick a Brunch wedding!! Yummiest breakfast ever!!!) My wedding party and I arrived at 8am, drinks were set up in the bridal suite, and my husband & his party had all their sodas/drinks in the grooms room. Sofia (wedding coordinator) had everything set up perfectly and I did not have to worry about a single thing. We left all of our decorations with her the day before and everything was set up exactly as we asked. We had extra decorations that we brought so Sofia and the team set them up in places where they thought looked best. Leading up to the wedding, Sofia was available and would respond very quickly via email/text/call. She always had an answer to my question and when planning the wedding, she had great recommendations and provided details on how the day was going to look like. You want her on your team for sure!! Courtney was also apart of the day and she is awesome! She is also a great addition to the team! The staff also had a taste testing day set up for my husband and our moms and Sofia spent a good amount of time with us to answer any questions we had. I cannot recommend this venue enough. It was so beautiful, and as a bride, I did not have to worry about a single thing. The lakeside has so many wonderful features, a lake, tavern, barn, suites for both the bride and groom and 2 ceremony sites which is awesome! We chose to get married with the lake behind us, and used the other ceremony site on the hill for our cocktail hour. Which our guests stated was a "major hit". We chose the upgraded charcuterie board option for our guests along with 2 pass around appetizers (bruschetta and bacon wrapped dates) unfortunately, I did not get to try any due to pictures, etc. but our guests loved it all! Our ceremony and reception was absolutely beautiful I still cannot believe it. I had no idea how it would all turn out because it was all just ideas I had, Pinterest photos, etc. but it came out SO SO wonderful. The food was absolutely delicious!!! I have had multiple guests tell me afterwards how delicious the food was, especially for a buffet style meal. All of the team working on our wedding was great. Sofia was helpful in answering all of my questions, concerns and all things wedding. Stop right now because you have just found the perfect venue for your big day! My wife and I fell in love with Hidden Acres from the very beginning; I know this a big decision and it can be nerve wracking trying to find "THEE PLACE" to host your wedding, but we've been there and done that - take it from us, this place is magical. Now I know what you're thinking, I can't just pick a place based on one review from two strangers, but we are very cautious people, too, and we don't like to jump into things without giving it some serious thought first. We also don't like to throw away our money, so we researched numerous venues after our first walkthrough, but it felt like God just kept leading us back to where we began, Hidden Acres. Other venues didn't live up to the hype. They would disqualify themselves from our short list by providing poor customer service, failing to communicate or offering little value for the money they were demanding - one was even going under renovation during our wedding date. Besides all that, though, we just knew deep down we were always meant to get married at Hidden Acres. We finally decided to pull the trigger and we signed our contract in early February. We were able to customize a plan that worked for our budget and Hidden Acres provided us with a payment schedule that we could afford. Twelve months of planning came to fruition on January 20th 2019 and it was a night my wife and I will never forget. We have received so much praise from our guests in regards to the venue, the food (people actually got up to get seconds; we've been to plenty of weddings, and we know wedding food typically isn't very good), the decor, the staff, and especially our day of coordinator, Sofia. Honestly, Sofia is worth her weight in gold. She went way above and beyond to make our wedding special and as stress free as humanly possible. She was such a pleasure to work with - we were confident that with Sofia backing us up, we could cut loose and enjoy ourselves. Look no further, this is the venue you can't pass on!! We had our wedding here at lakeside on May 8th, 2021 and it was the best ever. Every single person we have spoken to that came to our wedding said it was the best wedding ever and that they had never seen a venue like it. Every single person we worked with at hidden acres was great, but Sofia the wedding coordinator is the best! I emailed her at so many strange hours of the day and she always responded either the same day or the next day if my emails were later in the night. Hidden acres is great because in their price they include a photo booth, dj, some flowers, food, dessert and wedding coordination. I can not recommend this venue enough! It is so beautiful and they made getting married a breeze! We added on a party bus that they operate to take people to and from the venue to a nearby hotel and it was great to not have to worry about people drinking and driving. The food was devious too! We had chicken piccata, garlic mashed potatoes and green beans with a wedge salad to start. We enjoyed the day from start to finish and we would not have chosen another place if you told us to. Hidden acres was everything and more! My wedding was the best night of my life thanks to Deanna and Sofia. The venue itself is gorgeous! All my guests said it felt like they were in a different world with all the trees and mountains surrounding the venue. Everyone raved about how delicious the food was and we're happy they were allowed seconds. I can't thank Sofia and Deanna enough for making my wedding amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure everything looked beautiful and to make sure my husband and I needed everything we needed. read more

I got married at Hidden Acres last September and what took place the day of my wedding made me completely regret booking the venue. On the day of the wedding about $1,800 worth of cash and items were stolen, and I could guarantee it was not by any of our guests. An envelope with $1,000 cash (possibly more) that was gifted to my husband and I mysteriously dissapeared from the bar area after I placed it down and walked away for a few minutes. This happened towards the end of the reception, so the bar was closed and empty, all the guests were in the reception area. The bar tender was cleaning up and conveniently had already left after it was discovered the envelope was missing. I informed the day of coordinator of the missing envelope and she assured me it would more than likely turn up somewhere. The following day I had to show up to the venue- since they were not answering the phone- to look for the envelope and ask about security footage. Of course nothing was found, and the venue manager assured me they would go through security footage to figure out what happened. Two days later when I unpacked the bag I used the day of the wedding, I realize I am missing a perfume along with a $100 bill that was inside of my makeup bag. These items were inside of the bridal suite on top of the makeup desk, and my maid of honor who helped pack my items away after the reception assured me there was no perfume in the room when she put the items away. In addition to my items, a pair of $500 sunglasses were stolen from the groomsmen suite, as well as an envelope that the officiant gave to my husband prior to the ceremony. The person who took the envelope probably assumed there was cash inside and took it out my husbands gym bag pocket. I called hidden acres immediately to follow up on the missing envelope and inform them of the other missing items, and the manager told me she would call me back. I received a call back later that day from the owner, who tells me she is so embarrassed to inform me that the cameras in the bar area were down and there is no security footage of anything from the night of the wedding. I asked about other cameras around the venue, and she stated they were all down. She went on to tell me none of the employees, including the bar tender who was at the bar when the envelope was left there, had seen or found the envelope. She assured me they would notify me if the envelope or any of the other missing items turned up. I followed up with hidden acres one more time a few weeks after the wedding and again, nothing was found. I filed a police report with the San Bernardino Sheriffs Department, but hidden acres also told the detective the cameras were down and refused to provide a list of guests and employees that were in attendance that night. Two possible scenarios took place that night, both unacceptable for a venue that hosts large events: 1. the cameras were really not working, which means hidden acres doesnt bother to ensure that their cameras are up and running during an event in case of an incident, or 2. The footage incriminates their employees and they would rather lie than take accountability for the employees actions. This is not the first time an incident like this takes place there, if you look through their reviews a couple had their ENTIRE gift card box stolen about a year ago and hidden acres also claimed their security cameras were down. If you already booked with them or plan on booking with them for your event, make sure you pack all of your valuables away in your car immediately before you leave the suites and make sure nothing is left sitting around. I have no doubt in mind that the items were taken by an employee or an outside person who was given access to the premises who knew Hidden Acres would do nothing. Overall, our experience with hidden acres was not great, aside from the stolen items the day of coordination could have been a lot better and the planning process with them was a little disorganized. read more

I had my wedding at Hidden Acres in the beginning of March and they made my husband and I's dream come true. They made the whole wedding planning experience a breeze! The day of the wedding I had coordinator Brianna and I highly recommend her, she catered to everything my husband and I needed and made sure we both had a great night. I was researching a VENUE for Sept 16, 2023 ... 12:00 noon until 4:00pm as we are preparing to celebrate our Patriarch of the "Henderson Family" Houston and Betty Henderson with a total of 30-36 family and friends in attendance... at round tables for 6 people per table... waiting to see what catering service in food they will offer and will it be plated per person... ?? read more

Absolutely amazing place. We got engaged there earlier this month and couldn't be more happy with the venue. The staff was amazing and especially Sofia. since we booked till the day of our engagement she always quick and courteous with her communication and always provided us with excellent service.
