They provided tables, linen, and a Bluetooth speaker with a microphone! TWO BATHROOMS with one changing table for babies, that was also a plus! AC felt soo nice and was soo cooling! I attended a birthday event here 12/27/24 The venue was not well labeled and the building seemed small. From the outside, it looked like a dentist. Very little parking and the back leads into an alley way. There was a lot of guests so we were told to park in the residential area which had sketchy surroundings when walking back towards the event space. When we entered the space, it felt like an open layout house. Fairly modern design. Useful space. Two restrooms for guests. There was a small connecting area with a fridge for storage. The next room over was perfect for a small play bouncer. No kitchen area. The catering company all had to set up outside in the already limited parking lot area. The pavement was in ruin. A space to make your own! I am giving a 5-star review because of the value of this space and because the Evntfull team worked extra hard to accommodate a sticky situation I put us in. I do have some notes - the parking situation at the venue is not the best and usually the team is quick to respond but other times it took a couple days or phone calls to hear back. As long as you come prepared and are proactive, I think you will really enjoy this space. It's so hard to find an affordable event space in the OC that fits a large number of guests and allows you to bring your own food, alcohol, and decorations. Most places force you to use their catering team or are way too expensive. However, Evntfull had the perfect package for us and had plenty of space for us to host our event the way we wanted to without breaking the bank. The interior of the space is intimate and the high ceilings and large windows make it feel luxurious. The bathroom facilities are nice and the provided fridge was so helpful to have. I messed up and didn't book enough time for setup before our event so the Evntfull team had to rush in after one event finished, and speed cleaned while we setup our event around them so that we could start our event on time. We are grateful for their team. Overall, our event was a success and our party guests loved the space. We would use Evntfull Space again for our future events. read more

We rented Evntfull for our son's 1st bday. It was the perfect venue for the amount of guests, softplay and decor we wanted. Josh was great and helpful to make sure everything was smooth for us. We were able to have food vendors outside, as well as enough space inside for another food table, seating, backdrop, bar, and softplay. I am so pleased with how everything turned out. Amazing space to host any type of party. It's super spacious for 100 people. I recently had my daughter's 1st birthday here and the set up of the tables and chairs were perfect and everything including the bathrooms were clean. They made the process of renting the space and paperwork very easy. Very communicative even after our event which I really appreciated in case we needed anything during the event and to check in how everything had gone afterwards. Parking is accessible and they do suggest using a street close by in case of more parking is needed. We also received los of compliments from our friends and family on how nice and spacious this place is. I absolutely loved this rental space and the experience inquiring, booking, and using it. Josh was super friendly and responsive especially with my million questions. Instructions for using the space was very thorough and my guests loved how spacious it was. We had about 70 guests and definitely had enough room to have more. Everything is accessible and easy to look at online and I love that this place has a trusted rental company so I didn't have to scout around for chair, tables or linens everything was ready when I got there. We hosted a party for about 90 people here. The team was super helpful and communicated with us leading up to and throughout our event. This was such a great and amazing space for an event. Had rented this place for a baby shower in February and it did not disappoint. It's so clean, the natural lighting from the windows and being a complete blank canvas makes it amazing to be able to carry out any idea or theme your heart desires! Made it easy for the planners to envision the event. Only downfall is parking is just a bit limited on site but they instruct you of where available parking is allowed for guests when having an event. Response time and booking process was so fast and easy and such a plus to be able to rent chairs and tables directly from the place as well. Loved this venue! It's perfect venue for evening events. It not your huge venue it's a perfect venue for a more intimate party. We had 75 guest and had a pretty big Photo Booth a bartender and a DJ inside also had cocktail tables and a dance floor. It was the perfect venue. They communicated when ever we messaged them and provided a security guy to help make sure everything went smoothly after hours 10pm. Parking I'd say is the only down fall but we didn't have that problem. Got access to the venue and locked up super simple. read more

horrible space. i'm giving 1 star because the only thing about this place is that the owner actually p will respond. however will not be on site which i believe is a huge flaw. i will not ever consider this place again for a party, and will not refer it to anyone i know. go out of your way to stay away from this place! there is no parking available, the measurements provided with the floor plan are inaccurate and the event/party BEFORE YOURS will not clean up but in fact will leave their tables and chairs outside so your guests will not have access/room to walk and will take up a parking spot. i am so disappointed that these the memories of my kids birthday i have. read more
