Such a great venue! My husband and I got married in May, the flowers were blooming everything looked so colorful and beautiful!! Such a nice venue and host is very nice and accommodating.

My son and new daughter-in-law got married at this beautiful oasis this past weekend, and I just can't say enough about this wonderful venue! The grounds are lovely, with a manicured grassy area surrounded by shade trees that let in just enough light, but also kept the temperature just right. The outer property is also lovely, but natural and untamed wilderness land, giving the perfect combination for photos! The owners are so accommodating, allowing us to take our time setting and cleaning up, making sure that we were as stress-free as possible! I highly recommend this venue for those looking for an affordable, amazing place for a special event!

The doubletree is an oasis compared to other hotels in the area. But having spent over 110 nights…read morethis year alone here im seeing the cracks in the foundation here. In their west tower, one of the 2 elevators has been broken and not operational for like 8 months. And management does seem to really care about it. It just adds up to a mediocre guest experience that the hotel does not care about. Having to wait up to 12 minutes for an elevator car seems wrong. Anyway, the service staff here are friendly and seem to genuinely care about your experience.

Arriving and walking in doesn't look bad. Once I got inside the elevator it looked like it was in…read moredesperate need of a renovation. Once I exited the elevator I was greeted by a dirty glass and table cloth placed on a coffee table in front of the elevator's. Next to the elevator's was a giant wall air conditioner which I thought was odd considering I think I'm at a "luxury" hotel that has no central AC ? The hallway had a weird smell but that was nothing compared to the room I felt like a booked a smokers room. The room smelled like an ash tray. Theirs is also no central air conditioning in the room it's another giant wall ac the blows out cold air when ever it feels like. The thermostat can only be set to 68 degrees which it will never hit. The restroom had very low quality tissue paper the use the brand Angel Soft. My microwave had old chicken wings in the microwave luckily it didn't have mold so I just threw it out. The room has a coffee maker that's disgustingly dirty where you pour water in. I'd also like to warn anyone if they're a light sleeper at night when all the giant wall air conditioners are running at the same time they vibrate the whole side of the building that makes the loudest humming sound that make you feel like you have your head next to refrigerator or bee hive. When I checked out 2 days later on my way to the elevator I noticed the same cup and table cloths on the coffee table in front of the elevators that had been there for 2 days. I can't believe that this hotel is labeled as a Hilton.

Couture Events - Main chandelier for "Garden" wasn't working

I booked this venue without reading the yelp reviews on a recommendation.... After reading some of…read morethe reviews I was a bit skeptical.... I attended an event a month before (in the newest venue) and let me just say! AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!! -venue was beautifully decorated 10/10 it was a blue butterfly theme. Gorgeous -food was great, they serve buffet style and enough food for the entire evening. -DJ was really good -Event was in July & the AC was functional to the point I was chilly in hot July! I have my own event next month & looking forward to another wonderful experience thank you Rebecca and staff for working hard to make our quinces dreams come true !

The XV was for 90 people at "The Garden" and the food "Buffett Mixto" ran out of pasta, chicken and…read morebirria needless to say not everyone ate. The tv at the entrance was not displaying the quinceañera's name as told, the day of the party we were told the tv was not hooked up yet. The main chandelier on the dance floor was not working/lighting up. The corner of the dance floor did not light up apparently the part would arrive in January. Not sure why all this is not disclosed upfront. Additional items: We bought a pack of "3", sparks for waltz, mangonada and photo booth for $1,000. See picture for total cups of mangonada servings, I counted around 59. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture of the Photo Booth, a complete disappointment. We flew our granddaughter from New Jersey because she moved a year ago and all her friends were here, the Photo Booth was the anticipated event for all the teenagers only to find out there were no props, booth was white and dirty, it broke down. Although they did fix it. The pictures were very low quality and aesthetically displeasing, a true disappointment for all the teens. We were being charged $150.00 to bring our own Photo Booth, had we known ahead of time or asked to see the quality we would have not hesitated to pay the $150.00. Did I mention the bathroom was not very clean, the wine disappeared, a total of 3 bags of cups with 150 each bag disappeared and the many many slices of red velvet cake (my granddaughter's favorite, that she did not try) that were left behind "were tossed/trashed"? I was told a few of our guests asked for cake and were told there wasn't any leftover slices only to walk away and eventually be given cake.... Apparently all the "leftovers" cake slices are not yours so be careful if they cut more cake than needed they end of keeping it. Although we did take home a piece of cake that was not cut. The dessert table when we attended the expo was good dessert, the day of the party was a different quality. I grabbed a chocolate covered strawberry and it was old and mushy, my husband had a chocolate covered pretzel and mentioned it was stale. We wished we could have done a bit more research, my daughter left to New Jersey and booked the first place she found that took care "of everything". I do want to mention that I dealt with Rebecca and she was helpful and responsive. However, transparency , honesty and professional ethics is still lacking.
