This is strictly for the haunted oak manor experience and not the wedding venue Unfortunately the website and instagram promoting this event are incredibly deceptive. The general admission for this is $10 and is described to have cocktail bars (plural), haunted photo ops, pumpkin patch, and spooky vendors. Unfortunately I'd say only one of those descriptions is true. There are nice and cute photo ops and some decorated spaces around the property however there is one small bar with a few concession, the pumpkin patch is just resale pumpkins set up in a small area, and for vendors, there was a taco truck and stained glass artist. They do offer movies after sunset but to pay $10 for entry you'd expect a variety of options to explore on the property Nothing against the staff or property itself but this is not something that should have charged entry especially with oak tree mountain just up the road having a assortment of shops and eateries read more

Gorgeous Manor set in the Forest of Oak Glen. We just had my daughters wedding there for 80+ guests and we had the best time ever! The grounds are gorgeous and the amazing owners Kirsten & Tim made sure the event went off without a hitch. The wedding party was able to stay at the Manor the night before which made it so convenient. They even served us a huge breakfast in the morning as we were prepping for the wedding. Stone Oak Manor is an absolutely PERFECT venue! Not only are the hosts amazing and sweet, but the property is well kept, everything is beautiful and charming, and it's improving every single day! My (then) fiancé and I toured this place about a year before our wedding and fell in love with it! When we arrived for our wedding day, there was a sign greeting us, everything had been prepared, and a beautiful arch had been built! I live in Palm Springs and it is nice in the summer to drive less than one-hour to get away from the extreme heat. The setting of the Manor is magical and the owner/hosts provide all the special touches. The town of Oak Glen has an array of delightful shops and restaurants. Having a delicious breakfast served accompanied with music was the cherry on top. Highly recommend this special experience to everyone. read more

This place is amazing. The history, the rooms, the BREAKFASTS and the couple that own and maintain this lovely manor home are beautiful. Our family stayed with them for two nights while attending a wedding in the area and we were thrilled. You are made to feel like family in a serene setting just a few miles from all the craziness of LA area. WiFi works great if you want to stay connected but I highly recommend sitting outside and letting the peace of the surrounding mountains take over. I wish I could highlight how incredible Kirsten and Tim are as hosts - the perfect amount of making sure you are doing just fine along with knowing to give you the space you need to soak in the sunshine and bird songs. We had such a delightful weekend away at Stone Oak Manor! The house is so welcoming and has been restored in a way that upholds the vintage charm, while still providing desired modern amenities. It has the most well-stocked kitchen we've ever encountered in a rental and there are so many thoughtful details that have been attended to throughout the house. Sitting on so much acreage, Stone Oak feels like you're worlds away, while in reality, restaurants are literally just walking distance. There were 8 of us in our party and the home provides so many areas for relaxing, playing games and also for time on your own. Kirsten, the owner, is wonderful to deal with as we were planning our stay and is so responsive! We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday and made so many wonderful memories at Stone Oak. I wish I could give 100 stars, because that was how amazing our experience was at Stone Oak Manor. Kirsten and Tim are so professional, dedicated, and passionate about making your stay and event better than you could have ever imagined. We got married there on July 22nd and I was not stressed about anything at all on that day. When we arrived at the Manor there was a beautiful welcome basket with some items from local shops. In our package some of the things it included were the chairs, tables for the rehearsal, florals for the bridal party and the arch, event coordination, etc. All of these exceeded my expectations. For example, I thought the tables and chairs for the rehearsal wouldn't have anything on them (which isn't bad) but they were decorated with a bunch of flowers and greenery, and they had the cutest station for the cups, plates and silverware. I didn't want much decoration at our ceremony, the only thing I wanted was some greenery on each end chair. When looking at wedding photos, I saw these beautiful clear candles at the beginning and end of the rows of chairs and I loved it. I don't remember seeing them the day of but I just love the attention to detail they had. Our bouquets were beautifully done and I could tell they took time to make them perfect. The event coordination was the thing I was most impressed with. We had a bigger bridal party so they brought it more coordination (Amanda and Tim I believe there names were) and the 4 of them together did amazing. I did not have to lift a finger at the rehearsal or the day of the wedding telling my bridal party what to do, where to go, when to walk, etc. They were in control of the show and did it with such grace and confidence. It was so so nice to just be able to relax and soak up every moment. They were funny, yet so professional. On top of all of that, I had so many of my guests tell me it was the most beautiful wedding venue they had ever seen, and I totally agree. It was worth every penny and I was sad to leave when it was all over. They went the extra length to make it amazing. My husband and I got married at Serendipity and rented this house (only about 10 minutes away!) for the bridal party the night before and night of the wedding. We also held our rehearsal lunch here. Let me tell you, I LOVE this place and highly recommend!!! Our entire party had the best time here and were very comfortable. It fit all of our needs, including getting ready here and having our photographer come to get shots amidst all the cool character of this estate! Our guests for the rehearsal lunch were wowed and the owners went above and beyond to have everything set up super cute and clean for our event! They are SO welcoming and accommodating and their communication is spectacular! Can't say enough about this place, must experience! read more

We had a wonderful weekend at Stone Oak Manor! Everything we could have wanted was provided for. The house is beautifully restored and has had many modern amenities added for convenience like multiple electrical outlets and kitchen accessories. The grounds are beautiful and currently being revived. The short walk to the creek and to the gazebo provides fresh mountain air and beautiful views. Don't miss watching the sunset from the balcony in the evening. There are many beds available, so it would be a great place for a large group or family reunion.
