Outstanding Venue and Service!! The Pavillion is the perfect place to host your most special events! We just held a surprise 50th wedding anniversary for my in-laws and the entire process was perfect! When I called to inquire, I was pleasantly greeted by Mary, who is the main contact for all events. We then scheduled the consultation appointment with Mary (and we were offered cocktails during our tour) YUM! The Pavillion is already beautiful inside, as it has white sheers and lights elegantly draped from above, so you do not need to do much, but you can certainly go all out with the decorating if you choose to! ** If you decide to book and event, you then get to do a tasting for your event. I had no idea how wonderful this would be. It was a beautiful sit-down meal for my husband and I to taste everything we had selected ahead of time. This included the appetizers, the salad, the main course, and even cocktails! I just had no idea it would be a full dinner presentation for our tasting. I thought it would be tiny bite sized tastes, but it definitely was a full dinner service with our own private attendant. Very impressive. Vadim our attendant (also known as The Captain) was the kind gentleman who was serving us that night. He is also the man in charge of the events and keeps everything running smoothly! During the actual event he was handling all parts of service, and anything unexpected that popped up. Excellent! Krissy was the head of food and beverage and did an outstanding job! She met me when we came to setup and offered any assistance that we might need. The entire evening both Vadim and Krissy were checking with me to make sure all was running perfectly. We also had the pleasure of meeting Mickey. He is the bartender and was just as accommodating as the others. Very personable and just fun to talk with. I know this review is long, but to me this event was very important, so I really appreciated how on top of everything the entire staff was. (And to make it more challenging, I was planning everything from Pennsylvania :) I love coming back home as often as I can, and if I need a venue for another event I will most definitely book it at The Pavillion! read more

If you're considering having your wedding here, do it! I would give it a 15/10. From the moment we met Krissy, the event coordinator, we knew we were in good hands. Her professionalism, hospitality, and meticulous attention to detail were unmatched. Krissy and her team exceeded our expectations, from the food tastings to the coordination on the big day. Krissy went above and beyond, even helping to organize the ceremony and reception, and ensuring that my bridal party and I had lunch before everything started. When our guests began arriving at 4 PM, it was extremely hot--typical for August. Krissy and her team quickly adapted, allowing our punctual guests to wait inside the Clubhouse to stay cool. We were so grateful for this thoughtful gesture. Her enthusiasm and genuine excitement for us made the day even more special--she truly became an essential part of our wedding. The venue itself was stunning and just the right size for our intimate wedding. The ceremony was magical, with monarch butterflies fluttering as I made my bridal entrance. The short walk to the reception area was convenient for everyone, and it was a hit--some family members enjoyed a round of golf, while the children played lawn games outside. The venue's new dance floor, TV screens for a slideshow, and the elegant chandelier added to the already beautiful setting and enhanced the look of our wedding. Even though we had a dry wedding, drinks were available in the Clubhouse, which some of our guests appreciated. Krissy and her team even arranged golf carts for our photographers and my new husband to drive out for sunset pictures. My husband and I had our wedding reception here and it was absolutely perfect! From start to finish, everything ran so smoothly, and that's largely thanks to the incredible event coordinator, Krissy. She is truly a godsend, professional, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what she does. From our very first meeting, her warm and vibrant personality made us feel like we had found the perfect venue. The entire staff was wonderful, friendly, attentive, and accommodating. We were even able to do a mock tasting beforehand, which made for a delicious and romantic experience. The chefs were so considerate of our concerns, especially with my husband being plant-based, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt taken care of. The decor was stunning, and the entire setup brought our vision to life. Our guests couldn't stop raving about how beautiful everything looked, and especially how amazing the food was! Many said it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. The venue also provided a private bride and groom suite, which gave us a quiet moment to soak everything in, and the guest bathrooms were spacious and clean. We are beyond grateful we chose this venue to celebrate such a special day. I had my husband's birthday party at The Pavilion at Chapman Ranch. It was the perfect location, perfect setting, perfect portions of food (even my special diet guests were accommodated) and everything happened better than planned. Shannon helped us plan the event and was so very helpful then relocated the week before the party and I admit that made me a little nervous but Mary stepped in and my guests and most importantly the "birthday boy" were very pleased with the entire event. The band, SouthBound and Company, was able to enter the center early to set up in time even though there were few small glitches that day (the band was going to be placed in the corner instead of in front of the dance floor, the bar and appetizers were going to be outside in 100 degree weather, and the appetizers were going to be picked up before they had an opportunity to be all consumed) but after I told Katelyn none of that that was happening, Mary stepped in and took care of everything and it was perfect. I would definitely have another event there if the occasion were to arise. Mary was easy to work with, accommodated all our requests and just made it happen perfectly! I held my wedding here and I gotta say, it was perfect. I have been to quite a few weddings, and I gotta say that I'm fortunate enough that the best wedding I've ever been to was my own. The staff there was amazing for us. Krissy was the venue coordinator who kept everything running smoothly and made it super easy in the months prior planning the event. Vadim was the best coach for the serving staff, which shout out to all of them for caring for our guests and us for that matter, all the way down to the bartender. The chef there cooked by far the best most delicious food that I've ever had at a wedding, and even among the best tasting meals I've ever had in my life. Last but not least in any way, Lori, the supervisor for the clubhouse, came through in the clutch when my personal wedding cake for me and my bride had partially fallen apart in transport from the store to the venue. Great price and great people, and I would strongly recommend this place for large events you have planned. We held my parents 40th wedding anniversary surprise party at the Pavilion. When I first met Veronica the Director of Sales, I immediately felt a huge relief because I knew she was going to be awesome to work with. I am big on details and I could tell she was too. The room is absolutely gorgeous and plenty of room to host a large party, banquet or wedding. The food was fantastic!! We did the Mexican food buffet and everyone raved about how good everything was! The Pavilion has everything to fit your party needs, and this made it the most stress free party I've ever planned. The bar, catering, screens for video.... Everything was there!! Veronica goes above and beyond! She was easy to get ahold of, listened to exactly what our needs were and made it all happen. I never expected to be able to have the wedding of my dreams...the Pavilion at Chapman Ranch made it all possible!!! The experience of working with their professional team exceeded our expectations! We really appreciated them being so flexible and always working with our schedules to meet up! We were also pleasantly surprised by all the accommodations when we would come up with an idea and Veronica just letting us run with it. You really made it seem like the world was our oyster! Very good place to have an event. I just had my wedding here on 09/10/16 and it was more than what i expected. Very good packages to choose from and no discrimination towards same sex couples. They also have a payment plan available and all our questions were answered even on the weekends when Veronica was off. This showed us that she went beyond just to please us and to have an answer for us as soon as possible. She kept us updated throughout the whole event and we also got a complimentary champagne bottle. How awesome is that right. We would definately recommend this place to future newlyweds or even just to do any other events here. We held a wedding dinner for our son and new daughter-in-law in January 2024 and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. At my first meeting with Krissy I knew we were in great hands. I had many questions in the planning process and changed some of the details a few times, and through it all Krissy was responsive, helpful, and patient. My wife and I recently got married at our local church in Yucaipa and were looking for a place to host the reception however, we had a hard time finding something that both was in the area and in our budget. Our friends suggested we look into the Yucaipa Golf course and we found the perfect place at the Pavilion. It's beautiful, well priced and the perfect size for our reception/ about 150. Just recently engaged, and going for the first time to check out a venue , we had a great encounter with Shannon who showed us all around and was very welcoming. Not knowing what to expect, she was very informative and went over tons of information and different options with us. She took her time and never rushed or pressured us into anything (although the venue sells its self). We also got to sample some appetizers and we already want to go back. Our wedding day was beautiful! The staff at Yucaipa Valley Golf Club are professional and kind. Veronica kept in contact with me while I was planning for the big day and made planning less stressful. Also, closer to the date I met with Juliet and she assisted me with the final details. She even took me for a ride in a golf cart to show me the best places to take pictures on the course. My daughter's wedding was held here and we had the best service and venue possible. Mary helped us and my daughters colors, design, set up was followed through with. Christi was great with anything we needed. Vandim our Captain served them their voice of food, made sure things were good, if we needed something he fixed or got it. Our wedding (6/12/21) was absolately stunning here!! The entire reception hall was gorgeous, the gazebo outside was beautiful, and the flowers surrounding it were in perfect bloom!! This was the PERFECT venue for our son and daughter-in-law's wedding and reception. Veronica helped us with the planning and everything went so smooth. The outside gazebo area was so beautiful and the reception room accommodated our 135 guests perfectly! All I can say is Wow from beginning to end. Yucaipa High Class of "65. We just had our 60th reunion there. We started In March of this year and finished two days ago. Krissy is soooo good. She helped us in too many ways to mention. We had our 50th there also but Krissy was not there at that time but the girl that was there was great too. I had my retirement party at the Chapman Pavilion on May 18, 2018. The staff was especially attentive, professional and receptive to all our requests to make my party a success.
