The residence was represented accurately ahead of time and had everything we needed to simply move right in. Any issues that we had were dealt with in a timely fashion. In addition, it was easy to contact support whenever we needed, the manager was very responsive. I would not hesitate to use this service again in the future.

Throughout the stay, we dealt with pre‑existing issues (including a faulty toilet seat, loose towel racks, and other maintenance problems) that were documented in photos and reported via Airbnb at the outset. Instead of taking responsibility for those defects, the host later tried to reframe them as "guest damage" and filed a last‑minute claim nearly two weeks after checkout. The most troubling part is how the host attempted to justify the claim. They produced "Greenland Maintenance" invoices that, when you look at the contact details, appear to trace back to the host/management company itself, not an independent contractor, and even listed a non‑functional email address. A separate retail receipt showed inexpensive linen purchases from a big‑box store, presented as if they were evidence of substantial "damage." On top of that, this is a pet‑friendly listing with hefty upfront charges: cleaning fee, carpet shampoo fee, linen fee, and pet fee. After collecting all of those, the host still tried to bill hundreds of dollars more for so‑called "deep cleaning" for pet hair and minor chair "stains" that fall squarely within what any reasonable guest would expect those existing fees to cover. It felt like an attempt to double‑charge rather than a good‑faith response to actual damage. The cleaners were physically waiting in the driveway at checkout and entered immediately after we left, yet no issues were raised at the time. Only at the very end of Airbnb's reporting window did the host file an $800 claim. That timing, combined with self‑issued invoices and vague allegations, left me with zero confidence in the honesty or professionalism of this operation. I would not stay with this host again, and I would strongly urge anyone considering this property to read the fine print on all the extra fees and to document everything extensively if you decide to book despite these concerns. Airbnb are now taking action against them, per the screenshot attached of an email from Airbnb.

They have a checkin area where you can unload all your stuff as well before moving your car to the parking lot. The cottages have a microwave & a refrigerator with a sink. You can't use the stove/oven, just FYI. I did a 1 nighter in a shared cottage in November. It was cooler weather and we were in the white house upstairs. We had the loft and another party had the side room. We have no issues sharing the common space and it was fun to experience. This April, I scored a 2 night in cottage 4B on the only rainy/gloomy weekend we've had here. Of all the luck. Within 6days of reservation date, you lose 1 night stay so it was sunk cost so I went ahead and did both nights. Easy to check in and checkout. If you are down the hill, you can get a ride on the golf carts which are very nice. 2 cars overnight as well per cabin. Rooms were clean. There is no AC so be prepared depending on your weather. I wanted to leave windows open but most don't have a screen so you get bugs and I was afraid of critters coming in. (Saw it on a youtube from someone. ) Each cottage is different but great to get away. Beautiful location! SYOY!

Currently there are full cottages (like an Airbnb), dorms (private rooms with shared living space),and three ADA cottages. The prices range from $53 -$338 per space, per night, all year. Reservations for the cottages open up 6 months in advance at 8am, and the dorms open up 1 month in advance at 8am. The max time length is 7 days, per reservation. They are located right on the beach in Crystal cove, with full kitchens, bedding, towels, and toilet paper. The views are GORGEOUS!!! Lots of windows, and there is nothing like falling asleep to the sound of waves crashing. We stayed in 29B which is the loft inside building 29 (4 twin beds and private bath downstairs) so cute, so comfortable, and just a lovely stay! The Beachcomber restaurant is located right on the beach as well, serving breakfast lunch and dinner. SUPER packed in summer, not such much in winter. There is a snack bar area, a couple historical building, and a souvenir shop adjacent to the restaurant. The Shake Shack is up at the top of the cliff, up a huge flight of stairs, on PCH. There is also a private meeting room located next to the reg office if you wanted to host a meeting overlooking the ocean. PLEASE NOTE FOR PARKING: the reg office is located past the ranger station, and you have to drive up there to get your keys and unload your car. Then you are given a parking permit, and have to drive your car across the street (PCH) and walk back to the cottage area, about a 10 min walk with minor hills. For the ADA cottages, you can park very close to the cottage. PRO-TIP: bring your own coffee cups, plates, silverware. Very limited in the cabin

We were welcomed to a clean guest house and even included disinfectant wipes. The fridge was stocked with water and the kitchen included all the tools you need to cook with such as pots, pans, salt, and oil. The home was quiet for the majority of our stay and the host respected our privacy. She even included some delicious bar of dark chocolate. Overall, our stay was amazing. The host herself was great. Very accommodating and went above and beyond after I mistakenly left my khakis there. She immediately had them shipped to my home. She was so nice and communicated with me the entire time. Probably the best host I've had the pleasure of dealing with. This is guesthouse is saved as one of my favorites. I for sure will return when I need another weekend away with my significant other. My wife and I were married on October 11, 2025, and every moment--from our very first venue tour to the final minutes of our wedding night--was exceptional. Julie was at the heart of it all. After visiting several venues in the area, Temecula Creek Cottages immediately stood out as the clear choice. Not only is the property stunning, but the cottages themselves were incredibly convenient and had everything we and our wedding party needed. From day one, Julie was extraordinarily organized, thoughtful, reassuring, and genuinely a dream to work with. Her vendor recommendations saved us countless hours of planning, and we were thrilled with each and every one. I truly don't know how we would have brought our vision to life without Julie. Beyond being an outstanding wedding planner, she has a wonderful sense of humor and made the entire process fun. She was available whenever we needed her, start to finish, and by the end she felt like family. My wife and I cannot recommend Julie or Temecula Creek Cottages highly enough. Thank you a million times over to Julie and the entire team for making our dream day a reality.

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty, the serenity, and the undeniable charm that this property radiates from every corner. The grounds are stunningly beautiful--lush, thoughtfully maintained landscaping, picturesque pathways, and a sense of privacy that makes you feel as though you've stepped into your own hidden oasis. It offered the perfect blend of elegance and rustic romance, giving us the intimate atmosphere we were hoping for without sacrificing refinement or comfort. The scenery created the most breathtaking backdrop for our ceremony and photos; every angle felt like a magazine cover. The cottages themselves were absolutely perfect. Each one was cozy, comfortable, and full of character, creating an environment that truly enhanced the magic of the weekend. They gave us and our loved ones that "wedding retreat" feeling--quaint, warm, and incredibly special. Waking up on the property on our wedding day felt peaceful, grounding, and unforgettable. But beyond the beauty of the venue, what truly elevated our entire experience was working with Julie Edwards, owner of Simply Regal. Julie is, without exaggeration, the greatest wedding planner we have ever come across. Her talent, professionalism, and dedication are genuinely unmatched. From the very beginning, she approached our wedding with a level of care and creativity that was absolutely mind-blowing. Julie has an extraordinary ability to take your vision--even when it's not fully formed--and bring it to life in ways you didn't even realize were possible. She thinks of every detail, big and small, and executes with a level of precision and grace that made the entire day flow flawlessly. Her organization, her calm presence, and her intuitive understanding of what a couple needs (often before they even know themselves) transformed our wedding day into something truly spectacular. It wasn't just that she planned a wedding--it's that she crafted an experience. Every moment felt intentional, personal, and seamless. We felt supported, cared for, and genuinely understood throughout the entire process. Julie has a gift, and we are so grateful we got to benefit from it. If you're considering Temecula Creek Cottages for your wedding, do it. The venue is magical. And if you have the chance to work with Julie from Simply Regal, don't hesitate--she will elevate your day beyond anything you could imagine. Our wedding was absolutely perfect, and we owe so much of that to this venue and to Julie Edwards. They helped create memories we will treasure for the rest of our lives.
