This experience was life-changing, life-altering I felt that all the women that attended came in with an open mind and the desire to look inward and heal. It was also a way to create balance with the feminine and masculine energies. Each day was build with so many new ways in finding out inner light. We connected with our higher selfs, our guides, and the collective. We created new foundations for ourselves. I felt at peace full of so much love and compassion. I felt worth of existing! I was filled with gratitude. The facilitors/hosts Mama Ren, Mother Yaya and sister Jesse all created such a safe space for all of us to be our authentic selves. I highly encourage you to take a step into finding your divine feminine.

The retreat itself was one of the most healing and transformative experiences I've ever had. We felt talked down to and we were embarrassed for the 2 other patrons who were talked down to also. We really wanted to love this place. It's a shame we didn't. I know the instructor has many years of experience and the whole time I was trying to have an open mind. I really appreciate places like these being in business, I just wish there were more of them to choose from. I did end up putting a tip in the tip jar because I'm a hairdresser and that's what we do. I know how hard it is to run a business. I wish this place lots of love and understanding in the future.

The all level "hot" class was amazing! As intense as I wanted and wad a solid 75 minutes. I loved the variety that the other yoga class offered so it did not feel repetitive and gave my body just what it needed and asked for. I felt incredible after both classes! I used Momentum to buy their drop in class for $20. Make sure you do that before you go and not when you're there your first time. We ended up not using the "gift" I gave my husband to take the class with me, so paid an additional cost. At least we can use it for another time when we are in town. They have a cute little shop as you enter and a beautiful giant Buddha facing the door. The Buddha is facing North East-ish which is the correct Feng shui to bring forth good energy. Yogaden was definitely a den of good vibes and welcoming energy.

Because classes never went live in person again I emailed the owner to ask if I could just redeem them online and she said that since it has been over a year the gift certificate was no good. Nowhere on the gift certificate does it say there is an expiration date. That was never told to me when I purchased it either. She was very rude in her emails to me and was not willing to work with me. When I told her I would leave a bad review she then said that I could use the credit online but why would I want to now if I have to see her face & bad energy? Had she have dealt with the situation professionally I would have redeemed them online. This is supposed to be a meditation place seems like someone needs to work on their ego & anger. I'm not "playing the victim" I lost my business too due to COVID , still , that is no way to treat customers. Based on other peoples reviews and her responses to them I see this is just how she is. So praying for you Larrise.

I have been intrigued and somehow, drawn to Bindupoint since it opened last summer. I didn't get a…read morechance to try a class but finally tried it for the first time tonight. Such a great enlightening experience! First off, the place is welcoming, calm, peaceful and nicely decorated which is already a great first feeling. The class I took is called 'Sound Bath & Overtoning' and was taught by the owner herself, Larise Megerdichian. She was warm and friendly, and started the class with some very interesting and thought-provoking reflections about the mind. We then started to meditate then laid down, and she started the sound vibrations. It was a very unique experience for me especially since I hardly ever stop thinking, but this forced me to calm my mind and my thoughts and experience nothingness. At some points the vibrations were so loud and strong, it was almost unbearable, but in the end, I felt more calm and relaxed, and somehow more peaceful. Bindupoint has very unique classes about mindfulness and healing. It's not your average-Joe yoga studio, it's more like an experience. Give it a try, it's worth it and beneficial.
