I had a pleasant stay and my experiences were good. Everhome has great amenities, I used the gym and liked that there was a washer and drawer on the first floor for guests to use. The rooms were spacious and the team members were nice. It's close to the exit. The other guests were nice and it's in a location that felt safe. I would stay again.

This place is amazing. This is the best Hotel we have gotten off booking.com. When we first arrived we were greeted by the front desk staff Eric and Emma Jean. These two were super attentive and helpful. When we checked into the room Eric called the room later to Ensure we were totally satisfied and happy. The room was super beautiful with all the amenities you could think of to cook in room or not. Full size fridge for those staying some time.

I got a hotel yesterday to hang with some friends and I saw that this brand new hotel was just barely opened so I decided to give it a shot. There are plenty of parking around the hotel so you won't have to worry about not finding a spot. Inside is beautifully done with the front desk looking exquisite. Checking in was super easy and quick. Inside my room I was amazed by how lovely it looked, it felt like I was at home. My room was nice and spacious and it comes with a king size bed, kitchen, electric stove top, fridge, dish washer, sink, utensils, pots and pans, coffee machine, closet, sofa, ottoman, pull out desk, tv, and microwave. You also get free WiFi to enjoy while you're in the hotel. The bathroom is nice and big with a huge shower and a big sliding glass door. Some rooms come with washer and dryer and on the first floor they also have an area for washing and drying your clothes. Overall this hotel is pretty nice and I would definitely be coming back here someday.

Pretty decent spot for the area. My in laws live down the road so it's convenient for us (and our 4…read morekids) to stay here when visiting. My MIL always says we should stay in their house but having two toddler boys and a 10yr old boy is madness at times. This is the best way to contain them lol. The rooms are equipped with a wet bar and sink in the living area and then a shower and toilet in the bathroom with the sink and vanity separately (at the foot of the bed). This is probably my only gripe cause its impossible use the vanity area without disturbing everyone. The gym is clean and 24hrs. The pool is clean and kids like it which helps in the heat of the desert. It would be nice if they offered a little more of a customer service style room service though. Makes it a little challenging when it's 11pm and you need something like pillows, towels or TP and have to go to the front desk yourself with little ones. The lobby has some pretty good munchie food to get you through the night since there isn't a kitchen service. Ot the healthiest options, but definitely comes in clutch! Staff is and has always been nice, professional and helpful. The overnight shift is probably not used to a lot of customer interaction but they are pretty patient with me and my late night energy and munchy needs lol.

Instead, it was one of the most stressful and irritating experiences I've had in a long time. I had the most unrestful sleep imaginable. The guests in the room above us were constantly stomping and blasting their TV. I called the front desk to ask them to intervene, but absolutely nothing was done about it. The issues started before I even arrived. Two days prior, I called to confirm my booking and was told everything was set. When I called again right before arrival, I was suddenly told my booking didn't exist. Though they eventually found it, it left me incredibly uneasy. When I finally arrived--exhausted and desperate to lie down--it took nearly 25 minutes of total confusion. The two older ladies at the front desk explicitly stated they didn't know how to check me in, leaving us just standing there. Also, the second floor hallway had a pungent, powerful marijuana odor permeating from outside of the rooms. To make matters worse, breakfast both mornings was barely lukewarm. The entire dining area was completely disorganized, and the staff seemed utterly confused about what they were supposed to be doing. From the messy administrative errors to the lack of basic noise control and cold food, the customer service here is entirely lacking. If you are looking for a peaceful, restful stay, look elsewhere. I will not be returning~~~~~~

After looking at the photos of Home2Suites Hilton Hotel in Corona , CA we decided to book the trip. The hotel was clean, it felt newer, the rooms are suites so you get a kitchen, living room and bedroom areas for what seemed like a reasonable price. We stayed two nights. Breakfast is served each morning and there were different options each day. I have to do a big shout out to the front desk clerk, Dennis. He was so friendly, helpful and really seemed like he went out of his way to make us feel welcome, answer questions and help with whatever we needed. You don't find that too often these days. He is a real asset to this hotel. We had a nice time while staying here. The hotel is right next door to a big outdoor mall. There were lots of shops and restaurants nearby and some a short drive from there. My only complaint was that the website showed photos of a beautiful firepit. We were looking forward to sitting outside and enjoying this and while we were there a lady working there couldn't get it to turn on. Another worker tried too, they couldn't get it to turn on. It wasn't working the second evening either. When I asked a different worker if it was finally working, that person said "On yeah that thing never seems to work. I thought to myself....... Well maybe they should hire someone to repair it since it's one of the main photos in their ad that draws you in on how nice this place is, but I didn't say anything. I do think if a hotel has something nice like this, they should be maintaining the property and have it working on a regular basis. Aside from that I recommend this hotel as a very nice place to stay.

Room was clean and able to fit 4 people no problem, with the fold out bed. Kitchen area had a coffee machine, tea was available too. Utensils and cookware were available and clean, along with dishes and cups. The pool area is clean and stocked with towels, same with the 24hr gym.

My room had a wonderful view of the hills and the room was also very decent. More things were right in my experience with this hotel versus the little things that could use some improvement. It was minor however there were some staples sticking out that you can see in some of the pictures here that could've caused harm to someone. I did raise it to the attention of the front desk and hopefully they got it taken care of. Other than that, this was a great place to stay at.

I love their Socials they have (I don't think this is available everyday). But it's like happy hour and you get wine or beer and a small little snack or bite size appetizer. This time it was mini tacos with ground beef and fixings on the side. The beer was a little too warm but I drank it anyway, cuz umm it's free!!! Then breakfast was at 7am and soooo yummy. They had mini cheese omelettes and sausage patties and potatoes. Plus you can make your own waffles. This is self serve bar so go up and make it exactly how you want it. Coffee, juices and hot tea available too. Love the location to Glen Ivy and walking distance to great restaurants. 11/10 recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

It's near many restaurants/fast food chains and supermarkets so no worries about having to travel far. Parking lot doesn't look too big but was occupied by many cars already though there were still a few parking spaces available. The lobby is clean and open with a water dispenser with lemon slices. I was hoping to refill my water bottle but there's a sign that says to not do that but rather use the plastic cups to the side if you want water. There are 3 floors but ONLY 1 elevator and it's slow. Faster to walk the stairs though its located on either end of each floor. Imagine the hotel busy and waiting for the elevator. Eeek. The hallway and stairways are clean. Our room with 2 Queen size beds is a decent size though a little narrow eith limited walk space. There is a long bench to put your luggage(s) on or for you to sit on. The back wall where the bench is there are square hooks to hang your purse or clothing items. There is a small dresser part of the desk and a small closet/armoire with somw hangers, iron and an iron board. There are many dimmed lights options within the room. There are switches under the TV, by the bed stand, and 1 by the closetn but I like the table light (3 settings) better to act as night light as its dimmer and doesnt brighten up the room. The bathroom is very spacious. The tub has a grip mat to prevent falling and there are complimentary Dove brand hair care and hand wash & lotion. The water pressure is strong and the hot water is hot! What I like is that there is a bathroom fan that is strong enough to suck away the moist after a shower. It's loud but it does its function. Most hotel rooms don't even have the fan. The bed is good, not great. Not soft but not firm. The pillows though are very fluffy. I like that the linens are clean and pretty white as I did not see any stains. Complimentary breakfast is good though I wish they had bacon on the weekends as they only had it on Friday. The rest of the weekend was turkey or pork sausages instead. There's a variety of hot breakfast (scrambled eggs, cheese egg Omelette, bacon, sausages, biscuit and gravy) options with bread, english muffins, muffins and including a pancake machine. They also have a small fridge with Oikos yogurt (strawberry/ blueberr/vanilla flavors), organic valley milk )regular/chocolate milk), and SILK brand milk with a juice machine. A coffee station is available all day including a basket of fruits (apples/bananas/oranges) on the table for you to grab. The eating area is small though I didn't experience any issues with getting a table during my 4 days/3 nights there. Service at the front desk is good though my interaction was to request a pool towel only. My husband managed the check in and check out but he didnt complain so I guess all is good. The gated outdoor swimming pool & hot tub area is small with a few lounge chairs and 2 tables. But good enough for little kids to enjoy during their stay. I would definitely return to this hotel if our hockey tournament requires us to. It it kind of farther to the rink where we have to be compare to another hotel where we usually stay.

The hallways and common areas are always clean and tidy. We had several of our presenters leaving on super early flights and wouldn't be able to get breakfast. They gave them breakfast bags to go. Nothing fancy--basically some of the portable food from the breakfast, but that small effort went a long way towards making our presenters happy which made us--the organizers--happy too. The location is right off the 91 so it's centrally located to wherever you're going in Riverside. The two places for improvement would be (1) for them to have more non-pork options for breakfast (turkey bacon at least) and (2) addressing some of the rooms which showed notable signs of age and wear--particularly the bathrooms (sink, shower). I would take off half a star but yelp only allows whole stars. So it's either a 4 or 5. Quite frankly, I think the customer service a hospitality outweighs a few cosmetic issues in the vanity. So 5 stars it is! Besides, they appeared to be renovating several of the rooms so I trust they will have them all done by the next time we come. We absolutely intend to use them again and would recommend them to others.

After fifteen minutes of waiting (still no sign of an attendant) I retrieved my phone from my car to call the front desk number. After minutes of ringing, it sounded like someone picked the phone up and immediately slammed it down to end the call. Another exasperated guest who had arrived as I was retrievign my phone from my car was now pacing in the lobby, loudly complaining about the unattended desk, commenting that he had never seen such dereliction. At around 8:30, a slight man, perhaps in his mid thirties with olive skin and black hair entered the lobby with a trace of a smirk on his face. His body language was defiant and avoidant as he rounded the desk, opened a side door, and then appeared through a door behind the desk. Making no eye contact, and with nothing in way of a greeting or apology for his lengthy absence, he curtly mutters "driver's licence" in the empty space between me and the other guest. I give him mine and my credit card (at this point still willing to check in). Noticing the defiant and rude body language continue, I then politely asked the man what his name was. He flatly ignores this question, refusing to look up from his screen. I then, politely, but firmly ask him again. He then retorts with a rudely toned "why do you want to know?". I give him a third chance to tell me what his name is, before I inform him I will be recording the rest of our interaction. He does not protest this, and I record a five minute film of this man's very, very rude, unprovoked and defiant refusal to answer polite but firm questions, and his subsequent decision to slam my credit card and id on the desk before storming off into the room whence he had come to hide from his job. The other guest began to shout loudly in protest, knocking on the door this man was hiding behind, pleading for him to return to his duties. The recording of this man's abandonment of his duties lasts about five minutes before the guest and I resort to a customer service call to a Philippine call center where a woman calls this man on an internal line, coaxing him to return to his desk. When, after perhaps another five minutes he does, I again ask him politely and firmly why he had refused to tell me his name. Again refusing to answer any of my questions, the man simply storms off again to his hideout... Video of the incident will be shared with management and the corporate entities concerned. If you experience similar behavior, please document it and report it here.
